Um, just to let you guys know, we are going to put some. Chakra episodes in between the Zodiac. Just so that we have two different, two different things going and kind of break it up just so you're not having 12 whole weeks of Zodiac or like 14 weeks of all chakras. It'll just break it up. So you guys still stay interested. So you're not like, oh my God. More Zodiac. Right, right. Not that this stuff is boring. It's not. No, but when you're listening to the same thing over like the same topic over and over, just of different. Aspect, I guess you could say. Right. Cause when, when people are Learning about their Zodiac, they're interested or maybe their husbands Zodiac or their kids, but, you know, They're not as interested in some of the other Zodiacs, cause I know I'm I'm that way, but you know, we're going to do all 12 of them. But we're going to start with the chakra Um, Before we dive into all the chakras Uh, I was going to tell you, um, this is a story from work. Like I was saying, I think it was like a week or two before. And. I kept saying, I was like, this is my 13th. Reason I'm quitting. I hated here being my overdramatic self. And then I see her keep looking over, like all my other coworkers are laughing because they know how overdramatic I am and whatnot. So I get it all figured out. And this lady asked the question. I said, once I said, don't ask me nothing. Cause obviously I don't know what's going on here. I feel like I'm the attitude there. I saw him in her face and I was like, Ooh, we're spicy. Okay. So then my other coworker went and helped her, whatever. So then the same thing that happened to her happened me. I was, oh my gosh. It's so funny. Like what just happened to you just happened to me after I just got done saying it hasn't happened to me yet. She was like, oh. And I was like, well, what did you do to fix it? what the fucking mean. Oh. So then. She doesn't help me. I figured it out on my own. Whatever. I, because I had the issue with the paperwork I was there so late, so I didn't go through any home draws. I went to the one nursing home that we do two times a day. Well, our dispatch, it looks at me and goes. You're going to take her with you to like, just show her. The nursing home and show her how to do it and whatnot. And I was like, oh, are you staying in mobile? She goes, Well, I am part of mobile. I'm just from this county. And I was like, Yes, ma'am. Man. I hate when people are snitty. And snotty like that. It's like, just, just be happy and do your job. It goes so much quicker. And you know, it's always, don't take this the wrong way, mom, but always the older women to the younger girls, younger women, and I'm like, lady. stop being an asshole. Oh, God. So then my dispatcher looks at me and she goes, if you guys want a car pulled to like save time. And I was like, I honestly, didn't get in my car. I think she goes, no, I'll just drive. I was like, oh, halleujah. You think everybody. I was like, please. Um, my car is a fricking disaster anyway. I got to clean up. I got like caramel candy wrappers and mint rappers and mini chip bags everywhere. It's it's bad. Anyway. And that's the company car, the company car. Anyway. So then we're driving in this nursing home and she's doing like 20 and a 50. And I'm going to give this lady don't hit the gas. We never going to get there. It's like 20, 25 minutes away. I usually get there in 15 to 20. 24 minutes. It's. And I'm like oh my God count the second. Yes, I did. I was like, what is happening? So we get there. And we're supposed to take your basket and go in. I get my basket all prepped, so I just couldn't get out and run in. We're standing in this parking lot for like five minutes and she's just taking her sweet, old time, just putting everything in I'm like, why didn't you do this at the lab? When I was doing it? Well, yeah, because we're in the middle of a freaking heat wave burrows. But I know it was sweating. Just standing there. I'm trying to find shade what they ain't no dang shade in this parking lot. I'm like, come on lady. She walks slow to begin with. So. This place has 10 floors, four wings, each wing has two. So it's 2, 4, 8 wings. We got to go to 10 floors and I'm like, all right, we have three stats in this place. So we're going through. She's slow, but she's doing what we got to do. Whatever. 12 o'clock hits. And that's when our shift ends has worked four to 12. Right. Yeah, elevator. We're doing the wings and she goes. It's 12 o'clock it's time to go home. And I was like, well, Surprise surprise. Um, you're here helping us because we're short-staffed and I was like, For the last three months, we haven't been going home to after one and two o'clock and she looks at me, she goes, oh, no, And I was like, oh yeah, like, What do you mean? Yeah, you cannot get these people's stuff. I really thought she expected us to just leave. So then she's like, Well, did somebody do this home by themselves in the morning? I was like, yeah, one girl does it all by herself at four in the morning. And she was like, is this her only home? And I'm like, no. And she's like, what? And I'm like, We're short. Staffed. We, none of us do less than two homes and most of us do four and five plus clinics. Like, and she's like, oh, So we're onto like the last two units. And the one test I had to do was a priority. Had to go on ice. This poor man was a hard stick. The nurses from the actual place has stuck this poor man, 10 times sending me in to go stick them. Another two. I feel bad already. And we're waiting. I guess he was getting like a wound dressed or whatever. And she looks at me. She goes, Can I go back to the lab? I said, what. She was like, well, this seems like it's going to take a while. And because we have these priorities and stats, like, can I just go back to the lab now? And I was like, Well, I mean, I guess I was like, you're gonna have to process them. But you're onto spin, spin certain tubes and. Hand them in and she goes, we'll hand them in where, and I was like, The big window, when you walk in the building and she was like, see, you just spend these, you don't spend everything else. And I was like, no, we don't have time to be spinning all of our tubes. And she was like, Oh, So then she leaves I'm there stranded for another half an hour. I call my own coworker as I'm leaving. I tell her. And she had me on speaker, her and my another co worker are dying. They were like, no way. Did she leave you there? I said you watch, she's going to show up like an hour before, half hour before me 45 minutes before me. And then I'm going to show up. Right. I walk in the office. Everyone starts dying like April. And I'm like, y'all really want to know. And my one coworker looks at me and she goes, Apryl, are you always like this? Or is it just because you're pregnant? And I was like, no And she was like, I was like, no girl. I was like, this is me all of the time. I said, you just haven't seen me mad yet. Yeah, the Aries mad. Oh my God. They all started dying, laughing. They're all telling me to be quiet. Cause I guess there was like a higher up on the other side of the cubicle and I was like, oh I don't care I'm angry. Come over here. I was so mad. I couldn't believe. She just left me. And then quick, the kicker. Go ahead. Do you know, it's a full moon. Is it? Yes. That makes so much sense. He's in the kicker was she didn't know how to get out of the place. So I had to leave the wing. Uh, Dang mile to the elevator. And I was like, once you get out of the elevator, I brought us out to the lobby where we first walk in and you're going to go out the sliding door in our parking, lots to the left. You're going to go down. You couldn't just wait the fricking 20 minutes. I know she could have waited, but I do understand that that place is huge. It is huge. It's one of our biggest homes like. Right. And, and I would get lost too, but yeah, she could have waited, but she just wants to get out of there because she was supposed to be done at 12. Yeah. And. She did say she had a 40 minute drive home. Um, we were getting paid for that. Yeah. You were literally getting paid to make that drive. Yeah. Why are you complaining? Like, I'm sorry. When I was driving my personal car. I was driving. Everywhere. I was going everywhere because I was getting. Three to$500 extra in my paychecks. Like I took all that. Granted my car took some good beaten. Yeah. Yeah. But until you got the company cars. Oh my God, but you're saying it's, it is a full moon that makes so much sense for how today was so much sense. Yeah, it's the strawberry moon. Oh my God. Strawberry full moon. Oh my God. I wonder if that's why so many of the homes are having like strawberry festivals today and tomorrow. Yeah. Oh, my God. That's what I pay attention guys. I know, I know. Um, I was supposed to, um, Do the, the one, uh, craft show on Saturday, it's called the. The strawberry moon festival. Yeah. But that makes so much more sense. Um, but all right, now that I'm done ranting about my insanity of a day. I guess we should probably get into what this episode is about and get into these chakras. There are seven main chakras. Here's the root chakra. Sacral chakra. Solar plexus chakra. Heart chakra. Throat chakra. Third high chakra. And crown chakra. That everyone hears aboutwhile we would touch on them in the episode. I want to get into some of the many other chakra that help us through our life. That people might know about, like the earth star chakra, the core star shakra. The sacred heart chakra. The thymus chakra. Cerebellum chakra. The pineal chakra the soul star chakra. And the gods head chakra. So let's dive into all of the secrets about the chakras. We're going to start with the earth star chakra. It is not located in the physical body. Like most of the other chalras are it's located 12 inches beneath your feet. And is the energy center that helps connect you to mother earth. For people that see auras, this chakra is a deep, dark red, black or brown energy center. Resembling a star. It acts as an anchor. Keeping us grounded and connected to the physical plane. It is believed to be the first chakra that forms. When we incarnate into a physical body, establishing our connection to the earth. And the material realm. This chakra we're holds our life purpose and life path. It embodies the wisdom. Of enduring rocks, our ancestors and our. Intimate link with the earth. So basically think of it as your gravity pulled to earth, in a sense, it is the thing holding you. Your soul down, not how gravity holds your physical body. But it's a thing holding your soul. To the core of the earth. That's correct. When this chakra is in balance, it allows you to feel connected to this planet and connected to your earthly journey. It restores harmony to your energy system and promotes feeling of grounding stability. And connection to yourself. Others and the universe. It helps us to feel safe and secure in our physical existence. It also supports the activation and alignment of the other chakra. Enabling them to function optimally. It also helps you to form an in movable bond with mother earth and you begin to grow as a much stronger connection to planet earth and all humanity. When out of balance, it gets a darker color. This chakra can manifest feelings of wanting to return home. And being out of touch with the planet. Cycles of nature and the environment. When it is blocked, you may experience lack of balance or instability in what ever you do. Eating disorders, blood circulation issues, phobias and lack of security. Grounding exercises and spending time in nature are a great way to help align and balance the earth star chakra center. It is said that karmic issues can be resolved and forgiven through the earth star chakra, enabling the soul to transcend the karmic loop. Balancing the earth chakra one method is to relax and listen. To the earth star activation meditations. Would you can find on YouTube. There's a bunch of them on there. Let the soothing vibrations and frequency resonate with your chakra and restore its harmony. Sit in a Lotus position, if you can. Close your eyes. Imagine energy flowing from the top of your head. Through all your chakras and moving down to your feet. Continuing through the earth store chakra and to the core of the earth. Setting clear intention is also key. It directs the energy. To focus toward the healing. And awakening of the earth chakra. Guided visualizations further deep in the process, helping us to visualize the flow of healing energy as we connect with the Earth's wisdom. Earth lane. Hello, fellow earlys. Alright. So I had to bust down. No one was good. All right, everybody brief pause because mom can't breathe at the moment. Ooh. God. She's going to be able to read it. Birthing. I meant to say earthing, which is walking barefoot in the grass or sand just sitting in the grass. To have a direct connection to the earth energy. If you can't get outside, put your feet on the floor. Take a few deep breaths. Feel your feet connecting to the earth. Our roots growing out of your feet and into the earth, through the floor. So I was talking to Kenna the other day. Yeah. Oh, no, I like today. Cause I asked her if she wanted to go to Jacob's. Berg park. And she was like, okay, he needs to go like, hike I was like, yeah, I'm gonna go hiking in the Creek, just walking in the grass. And she goes. We could walk in grass in your backyard. What do you mean. And it's like, it's different when you're out in nature. Actually it's the same thing. But. It's in a different scenery is what I told her. Oh, yeah. Yeah, definitely. The scenery helps a lot. Yeah. You know, but if you can't go to a park that's beautiful and has running water. And sightseeing birds and a million people. Hey Jacobsburg isn't that bad no, it's not. But, um, I mean, going to your, go to your front yard, even if it's a little patch of grass, put your feet in it. if you can't sit in it. Cause I just your feet as enough just your feet. Definitely. Earth star chakra yoga poses. Uh, such as the mountain pose. To do this post staying upright. With your knees, slightly bent forward your feet together. Toes separated. Your neck aligned with your spine. Your shoulder set back. Your palms open facing forward. Take deep breaths as you hold this position for a few minutes, I can align my spine. My spine curves too much. Like I. Pull more double chins out to like align my back and my spine and my neck. I'm not saying yoga is easy to do. I mean, you can, everybody can go online that you can pull up how the poses are supposed to look. I know it's kind of hard on a podcast to explain how a yoga poses. I just want a YouTube video of us doing yoga poses. Send that email. Cause I think that'd be freaking hilarious. Um, okay. You're pregnant little, but Hey, whatever. And my old ass. I don't know, fall over on my ass. It'll be comic relief anyway. Oh, my God. We'll get the kids in it too. Could you imagine. But, but, uh, yoga poses for chakra work is very good. For it. And you only have to hold it for like a minute. At a time. I know it's really good for like, Relieving stress and everything too. Oh my God. Yeah. Yeah. Yoga is a good thing. It's it's actually good for, for manifesting. It's good to get you like before you manifest pull few poses. To, to calm yourself down because you know, everybody's life is hectic and, um, you know, but if you can't do yoga poses, which I don't think I could do. I could either the last time I did that was in high school and those dirty wrestling mats. Yeah, it's probably got ringworm from probably. As things have been down there since he went to that school. Yeah. And, um, you know, just do the breathing, just do the breathing of it, you know? And, um, get yourself. In, in the right mindset. But some affirmations that you can say, one of them is my energy is completely grounded and stable. Another one. I connect with the healing energy of mother earth. A third one is I'm grounded and support it. By mother earth. And then the last one that I have here. The energy of earth. Flows through me. And recharges me. So as you're doing those yoga poses, you can say those. Any affirmation you want to say. Yeah. Is good. It doesn't have to be one of those four. I just had these, that kind of go with. The whole thing of, The earth star chakra. We do have some grounding, crystals and essential oils that can aid. In your earth, chakra activation. Crystal's like red Jasper, black obisian and black tourmaline. Caring grounding properties, enhancing your connection to the earth energy in promoting balance within. Red Jasper. Helps with self-confidence self-trust. Courage. Grounding. Stability. And energy flow. It provides you with comfort, security, strength. And balance. Red Jasper will help you to reconnect with Earth's grounding energies by creating a stable. Frequency that matches the earth star chakra. Black obsidian. It helps with energy flow courage. Self-confidence. Uh, decision-making clarity and grounding. It's a powerful cleansing stone. It has amazing grounding and protective properties. It can help ease, fear, stress, and anger. Black tourmaline helps with tension release. Energy flow. Self-confidence. Overcoming fear protection and grounding. It is best as a shield against negative energies. It is a great grounding and empowering stone. I really like black. Obsidian that just resonates with me. Like when I hold it in my hand, like, I just feel that energy from, from the black obsidian. The tourmaline. That's what they make those rings out of. Or what are those rings? And when you wear them, after they absorbed all the negative energy, they break. Oh, that's Is that malkite? Oh, my God. To life for me, I can't think of what it is. It's not that it's not tourmaline no. I'm completely different. Yeah, I can't. We did figure out it was hematite. No. Um, So then the essential oils. You can use like patchouli that's your favorite? I do what, when I, when I put, patchouli when I put it as incense, it just calms me. I just love the. I remember during COVID I had bought mom. This, I think it was, was it a bracelet or necklace? It was an essential oils, bracelet or necklace. And I got her, the patchouli sent with it. I remember I'd gotten it for her for her birthday during COVID. Yeah, cause it was one where you, you put it in the oils. on the disk. Yeah. Yeah. I just found that not too long ago, I still have it. Cedar wood. And. vetiver. I can never say that word. Can be used in aroma therapy or applied topically to support the grounding and healing process..patchoulie has a grounding scent helping you feel safe. rub on your wrist or diffuse it. Breathe deeply to repel negative feelings. Use it to speed up manifestation. Use it to overcome laziness, goddamn need it. And stay motivated in focus. Give me all of it. I don't know, patcouli just relaxes me, puts me in a good mood. It takes all stress away from me. I just thought that all over my house so I can actually clean my house and stop ignoring everything. Oh, for overcoming laziness. Yes. Cedar wood is grounding and has an anchoring effect. It calms a scattered mind. And restless energy, you can put it on the soles of your feet. Just fortifies the spiritual foundation so you can stand strong. In life challenges and reinforces your sense of stability. Vetter Mer.. Activation of the earth. chakra. Through yoga, spending time in nature. Taking deep breaths with intention can further support the activation. Of our earth chakra. And create. Our harmonious flow of energy throughout our being. Earth meditation. Find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take deep breaths. Inhale the earth, energy and exhaling. Any negativity. Or tension. I visualize. Roots extending from the soles of your feet, to the earth grounding and anchoring you and your energy. Allow yourself to feel supported and nurtured. Grounding techniques help to establish a strong connection between your energy and the Earth's energy. Walk barefoot on grass or sand hug, a tree. You're a tree hugger. I used to fucking do that in high school? And my friends. used to make fun of me all the time. Like when I would get like real frustrated, I. I just hug the trees and they just look at me like I was insane, but it helped. Right. It got me down so much. It probably looks so freaking stupid. Hey. It worked. You're a tree hugger. You are shirt that says I'm a tree hugger, I'm screaming lie on the ground. Feel the earth beneath you and imagine it's energy flowing through your body. Cleansing and balancing your chakras. I actually might have a picture of me hugging the tree. Oh, you're going to have to find that. Spending time in nature is a great way to activate your earth chakra. And, you know, you can go and you can take a walk in a park. You can visit a beach, sit in your garden. Just observe the beauty around you. Listening to the sounds of nature can unlock the healing power of your earth star chakra. The earth star chakra or a works in harmony with the other energy centers in our body. It provides a stable foundation. For the upward movement of energy, allowing it to flow. Freely. So the entire chakra system. Now, I know this is not a chakra that most people talk about. Um, Actually there's even not a whole ton of stuff about it. It was really hard to. Um, deep. Deep dive into it to deep dive into it. But it's definitely one, especially like if you're going to do rituals and that kind of stuff, you want to ground yourself to that star chakra. And you want to make sure that you're grounded. And once you get that going. And the next chakra where the root chakra that we're going to talk about next. Um, once you get those two going together and they start going, man, you feel so much better. And it's like everything, like just eases up. Once those two chakras, I have a really hard time getting my root chakra. But maybe it was because I wasn't working with the star. The earth star chakra or two. So I'm going to work on both of those together. That's another thing, like that's why this summer. The past couple summers, we have not gotten out. We haven't taken the kids to do anything. So I have been planning like ways to get out. Room's been begging me to go on a picnic. So I'm going to. I have a week in the room and I go, and we're just going to do a picnic, get them out in the grass, get them outside. hug a tree Literally. Um, we're going to go out. To the different parks and go hiking. I'm going to let them. And run in the Creek barefoot in. Let them. Just let them do their thing because. We haven't been getting out and I've been thinking that that's why my kids have been so rowdy and reckless lately. Because it would be, cause they're not. Getting out in nature and grounding. Yeah, they're all over the place. They're constantly fighting. So, I wonder if just getting them out into that. Just into nature, just letting them get dirty, letting them play in the mud and in the, in the water and finding the bugs. And yeah, I had. Doing all those things, even though we're in the middle of a heat wave. Oh, a massive heat wave here in Pennsylvania. Um, I had them out today and they, they were going on the swings and, you know, Romans learning how to do the leg part of the swing so that he can swing himself. And it's getting really good at it. And, you know, We were out for maybe 15 minutes and the kids were red faced. Like your kids always are. And they were sweating and I was like, all right, well, let's get the hose out. And they ran barefoot through the yard and they had grass from head to foot stuck to them. And they had the. And they just cut the grass. Yeah, they had the best time ever just running around in the hose. Cause I don't know where all your stuff is. I wasn't looking at anything up. I don't blame you. It's everywhere. And, um, they just had a really, really good time. They only had one argument through the whole thing. And they just, they just ran. And would come up and, and I love it. Raleigh's two. And I sprayed her accidentally in the face and she had absolutely no problem with it. So I kept doing it. And it lets you get a little bit of frustration that you have on them from like the days previous. And no, that's not why. Because most two year olds will cry. But she gets a shower. Yeah, my kids shower. They don't really take baths. Right. So if they take a bath it's because, and this is gonna sound so bad. It's cause it's a reward and they, they got a bath bomb at the store. They got the bath confetti at the store because they were good. Right, right. I don't think letting them bathe in their own dirt. Well, it's not only that. And I mean, once in a while is okay. But especially like for Raleigh and stuff, it's not good to put her in a bath with all that different stuff because girls can get different and the PhD may come unbalanced and all that. Yeah. I shower them together still. It just saves me on water. They're still young enough for it. So, yeah, but once Ronan starts school, you're going to have to start. I have to start separating them. No, I know. But honestlyshowering them together has helped Raleigh Ronan and showed Raleigh how to actually clean her body. Oh, Ronan deep cleans his body. Right. She now. They do it together. So like they clean themselves. So I don't got to do it. All they gotta do is wash their hair. Cause I don't trust them to wash the hair yet. Oh yeah, no, but they wash their own bodies. They subs themselves all up. Bottoms of their feet. There aren't everything. I think they've worked together with it. So, and I'm sure it's a competition who can get it done faster, actually. No. Oh, okay. in the shower they're actually just like. Do their thing. And then we have like that wall paint. Yeah. So they do that. Well, that's cool. But yeah, they had so much fun being in nature and stuff like that. They love being outside. That's why I'm trying to. Pull my laziness. Well, you're also too pregnant. So. I'm not even that for a long. But I do see the first three months are the hardest. So, yeah. You should know. It's third one now. But let's say you. I did not feel this. Tired with my other two, but that's also because I wasn't getting up at three in the morning. Right. Exactly. It is kicking my ass. Right, right. My one coworker tagging in something. It was like when I show up late to work every day and it was like, they know I'm coming, I know I'm coming. They know I'm going to come there and work as hard as I can. I know I'm going to work as hard as I can, so nobody can be mad. I was like, She tagged me, she goes, this is so you and I was you're right? Anyway. So now we are going to jump into the root chakra, which is one of like the core seven that you always hear about. So the root chakra is the first chakra in the body's chakra system. It is associated with the feeling of grounding and safety and has earth energy. It's basically the next step up from the earth star chakra. It is located at the base of the chakra system and at the base of your spine. Or to be more specific it's located in the pure. perineum. Perineum. On the first three vertebrae at the pelvic plexus. On the physical level, the root chakra is associated with the adrenal glands. The skeletal structure. Teeth. Large intestine, kidneys and the blood. This chakra is the instinctual of all the chakras. It is the survival center, your fight or flight response. Is initiated from the chakra as well as your primal animal nature. Energy of the root chakra allows us to harness courage. Resourcefulness and the will to live during trying time told them I'm better kick it up because I'm ready to go right now. Life is a little tough. Um, it connects us with the spiritual energies of our ancestors. There are challenges and their triumphs. Since the root chakra carries our ancestral memories. Basically everyone's experiences, challenges or blockages within this chakra You know, I never realized. And so I was researching this. That your ancestral memories are in your root chakra. Yeah. And all the traumas that they went through. And I wonder if that's why they deja lose a thing. Could be. Definitely. Um, war famine, natural disasters, and any event that threatened our basic survival. Are all recorded within energies of the first chakra Sorry. Sorry, I'm drinking water and now I have the hiccups. These memories are imprinted in the subtle body and are passed from generation to generation. Creating unconscious generational patterns, generational traumas and stuff. Like that's exactly where that's hitting. Just remember all of the chakras, are important and interconnected and balancing one will create change in all of the other chakras. Great. So once you start balancing your, your root chakra, It might take some of your other chakras a little bit out of balance. So you're going to have to go up and work on them too. Yeah. Some other things that can make this chakra rat out of balance. For over at or overactive our emotional traumas. Growing up poor long-term childhood food or home insecurity. Natural disasters that directly impact your security and stability. Childhood neglect long long-term effects of being invisible to your parents. And making yourself as low maintenance as possible. If the root chakra is out of balance. And what is your problem? Just as you typed binge. You know, anyway, I taped Bing. Whatever. I can't read either, so it's fine. If the root chakra is out of balance, it relates to excessive negativity, eating disorders, greed. Excessive feeling of insecurity. Like you're in a constant survival mode. That's, this is something that. I know a lot of postpartum mothers. We're even like people who are pregnant or mothers alone. Feel like they're always kind of in that survival mode. Yeah. So if you really take that time, even if you just let your little heathens run outside, put your feet in the grass and just breathe a little bit. Yup. That'll help so much. It will start to help you feel like you're getting out of that survival mode. When the root chakra is blocked by your behaviors and mainly ruled by fear and the world feels unsafe. It's a root chakras overactive. The fear can turn into greed and paranoia and issues with control over food and diet can also happen. So opening the chakra by engaging in grounding and earth related activities, such as gardening. Healthy cooking, taking walks in nature. That'll all help open you up. So the color for this chakra, right. Is red. Red symbolizes strength. Mentality and simulates or instinctive tendencies. Uh, what happens when your root chakra opens you'll feel a tingling in your pelvis region or your lower body? You will have improved sleep. More energy and, um, healthier adrenal glands, improve your energy flow. You have less pain and discomfort. Your aches and pains will fade away as your chakra rhe is restored. You would also feel grounded, connected, and more aware. You'll feel more out of that fight or flight mode and more relaxed and calm. Um, Some red crystals are good for the root chakra around. If you play some on your lower abdomen, below your belly button. Garnett. Is a regenerative. Energy crystal. It raises low energy and support you through the spectrum of emotions and physical health. Red Jasper. Is a nurturing stone and is know and knows how to clear your root chakra and the sacral chakra or right out. And as warm fire and fierce energy, helping you to overcome roadblocks and other challenges. Granting you strength and confidence to take life by the horns. By your vitality and connecting you to your true power. Black tourmaline is about protecting. And the powerful. Root chakra energy. It is a powerful healing stone that helps you feel protected. Black tourmaline is known to transform negative energy into positive. Right. And, and one thing I want to say is we always give these, um, crystals and a lot of things that. That we talk about. And like so many crystals can be used for so many different things. And what, what you need to do is when you use a crystal after you. You cleanse it. And you're going to use it for a specific reason. You have to. Meditate and hold it in your hands. And either whisper into it or just talk to it or tellthem What the intention is. What you w what you needed to do. Because these crystals can be used for. So, so, so many different things. And if you don't tell them what you want it to do, it'll just choose whatever it wants. It's not going to know what you want. Right. So then some essential oils for the root chakra to activate it. Is sandalwood, frankincense myrrh, and veitiver. Sandalwood is a sacred oil and the properties are calming sedated and antidepressant. Use during meditation, it can help awaken your life force energy. It is gentle on the nervous system. As it calms and harmonizes the emotional body. And helps with grounding of the excessive root chakra issues. Myrrh is a sacred oil that. That is uplifting and promote spiritual awareness. It helps to build a bridge between the crown and the root chakra. It is also calming to the nervous system. Myrrh brings us closer to our true nature. Our essence. Grounding us in its truth and allowing transcendence of the material aspects of the root chakra. Frankincense. Is a holy oil. In middle Eastern countries. It has antidepressant and sedate of qualities. It is a soothing oil. Calming. And it also connects the crown and the root chakra. vetiver is another. Way to bridge the gap between the root and the crown chakra. It is good for calming down the overactive root chakra due to chakra trauma. And it can also promote a more restful sleep. Yoga pose for balancing the root chakra you can do is the warrior pose. All I remember that. It's one arm behind your one arm in front of your, when you go. Um, your legs are one in front of. Whatever, and that your arms are like up in like a touchdown. You're lunging anyway. Take a deep breath and on the exhale step, your left foot back. Three and a half feet. Three. So why. I was like the height of Raleigh man. All right, take your left foot back three and a half feet. And turn your left foot to about a 45 degree angle. So math into this now we're making it hard. On the next exhale. Then your right knee to have the right ankle so that your shin is perpendicular to the floor. Raise your arms above your head. And the. Put your palms together and hold the pose for a minute and then repeat on the. Other side. You can also look it up and get pictures. It's a lot easier than what we're trying to explain, but I didn't want to just say, you know, the word warrior pose. So, yeah. So if math confuses you, like it does me just look up. What is the warrior pose in yoga? Thanks Google. Or as my son likes to say, Hey, Siri, Yeah, he does all the time and he'll be talking to the dang wall. He won't be like, Hey Siri, tell like Ronan, you gotta talk to the phone or the iPad. Um, some affirmations to help heal the negative programming that can be embedded in our subtle body. Is. I feel deeply rooted. I am connected to my body. I feel safe and secure. Just like a tree or a star. I have a right to be here. I stand for my values for truth and for justice. I have what I need. I am grounded, stable and standing on my own two feet. I am open to possibilities. And there's so many more, you can think of whatever you can write your own. Again, Google is a good asset in all of this. You can look it up. All of that. Um, now we're going to jump into the last segment now. Um, The tarot card. We're going to see what. My higher self. wants to say. Gosh, darn it. As she drops the card. No, they threw it on the floor. And work through your fears. Oh, my new moon in Scorpio. That's what we were just talking about. And all of this is your fears and everything else. That's amazing. I want to see if they want to say anything else really quick, or if that's all they got to say for today. Listen, mark. My higher ups say they know what they doing. I know they always hit with the tarot cards, no matter what our, what our, uh, subject is. Yeah. I'm like, I don't know why, like tarot cards are the way for me to like, get them to come through. Like, I can't just have them like come out and just like, say it in my head. It's time to take action. New moon in Aries. So worked through your fears. It's time to take that action. And. Get to it. Get outside. It's summertime. Yeah. It works through all of that. You have worked through anything. I mean, if it's, whether you're starting a new business, You know, you, you want to start a new project. Um, we want to start a new relationship with somebody. Or even if you join. I want to end your relationship. We've been, if you just want to start. New cleaning your whole house. Yeah, starting fresh. Yeah. Sometimes it's all it takes. I know. I need that desperately. I'm going to pay somebody. Anybody wants to come clean my house. Let me know. I don't wanna But I, I think those cards were perfect. Yeah. For, for this segment. And this episode. And, uh, yeah, they. Real quick this time. Yeah, they did. And I just think it's amazing because between the earth star chakra and the root chakra. Talked a lot about fears as you know, being one of the things when they're blocked. And, um, for that card to come up to work through your fears was just, yeah, to me, that's amazing. It's just amazing. My, my guides work quickly, but then they make me work cause they was throw them on the floor. Oh, you have to bend down and pick them up then. Yeah, they make me work for, for my answers. They're like, we'll give it to you. Nice and easy. But. Bend over, pick it up. Yeah. And you're lazy. So exactly.
