For cleansings we show you how to do it and what are good ways to cleanse your space and yourself. there are more ways that smoke cleansing. Listen to find out the other ways. Putting all those together to manifest what you want is a fantastic way to get what you want out of life.

And with me Tess. Let's dive and do it. Hi, everyone. This is Tess back with another episode, April will not be joining me this week. And she is really, really busy doing, Her job at. spirit. Halloween. In addition to her full-time phlebotomy job. So not to stress her out and try to. Get together to record. The podcast this week and maybe a few weeks, maybe two or three weeks, I will be doing the episodes myself. And we are going to go a little bit off topic of what we were doing. We're going to put on hold the Zodiac. Cause that's April's baby. She's been Diving into all of that and doing all the research for it. And The other one, the shockers, we're going to put those two on hold and I'm just going to do some little different episodes in between until. Both of us can get back together and continue on those two series. This week, we're going to do meditation cleansing. Manifesting. Oh, my. There's a lot of information on this. We're going to be talking about how to meditate, how long is good. The different ways to meditate. And some more stuff. Also to how to cleanse your space. Your circle, your room, a house. And lastly. On how to use all that to manifest what you want. So meditating is a good way. To focus on yourself. You can meditate. From five minutes to half an hour or more, depending on how well you can concentrate. Once you start and keep doing it the longer you can meditate at one time. Meditating is really hard to do, especially if you have an active mind. But you don't have to really clear your mind completely. So don't get upset if you can't do it for longer than a minute or two, when you first start. So what is meditation? Is the practice involving focusing the mind to achieve a state of calm. And clarity. It is a technique that trains your mind to concentrate and re direct thoughts. Often towards. You're breathing. Which is an anchor for you. When learning to meditate, you pay attention to your breath as you inhale and exhale. And also you need to notice when your mind wanders from the task of meditating. Practicing to return to the breath. Builds the muscles of attention and mindfulness. Paying attention to our breath. We learn how to return to. And remain in the present moment. To anchor ourselves in the here and now. On purpose and without judgment. It seems simple. But it takes patience and practice. You might think you can sit there for a hundred breaths without your mind wandering. But it could happen on your second breath that your mind wanders. Meditation can provide some much needed space in your life. It isn't a cure-all. It can help to make better decisions, better choices. As we come from a place of calm. And a new perspective. Some reasons to meditate. R one, understanding your pain. You will become more aware of physical and emotional pain. Which will allow you to address. With better clarity and compassion. So if you're in pain, say it's maybe not. Physical pain, but it's emotional pain. If you sit. And meditate on it. And bring that pain level down. You can think a lot more clear. Two it lowers your stress. Regular meditation can reduce the stress levels, making you feel calmer and more relaxed in daily life. That is so true Like if I'm driving and that's my biggest problem with stress. Like I have road rage. And I'm really, really working on it and it's getting better. It's getting better. But it brings my stress level up. So high. So that when I notice I'm stressed, I just do the four inhales. Hold for four and the four exhale. And I just do that a couple of times and it brings my stress level down. It calms me out. So it does work. It doesn't mean that you have to just because you know that four breaths in hold for four and four breaths out is a meditative practice. It doesn't mean that you have to have your mind clear because I can't have my mind clear as I'm driving. But it's enough to. Have me stop. Think about what I'm really. Thinking about, and my anxiety or my stress level goes down. Anger goes away. And I can continue on. Driving. Like a normal human being. Number three connect better. It can enhance your mindfulness and empathy. Which can then improve your relationship and communication with others. For improve focus. It trains your mind to concentrate better. Which makes you stay focused and productive. Five. Reduces brain chatter. It quiet. The constant noise and mental clutter. Leading to a clearer. And more peaceful mind. Six. Emotional health. It can improve your mood and outlook on life. By fostering a more positive and balanced mindset. Seven. Increases self-awareness. Through meditation, you gain a better insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Which will lead to a greater self understanding and personal growth. Eight promote better sleep. Meditation can relax the mind and body making it easier to fall asleep and have better quality of sleep. Nine. Boost immunity, regular meditation can strengthen your immune system, making it easier to resist illness and recover quickly. Six support mental resilience. Which allows you to cope better with challenges and setbacks in life. And that's true. in meditating. Your mind can make you sick. And I'm not saying that as a doctor or medical. Personnel or anything like that. But. If you're in a better state of mind and a more positive state of mind, which meditation will get you into a more positive state of mind. And you tend to Not be. Maybe quite as sick, not to say you can't get sick. But if you have a better mind frame, You'll handle the sickness better. And I'm meditating. Like I said, we do stress. And puts you into a more relaxed, calm state. So that you can we cover quicker from. Even the common cold. All right. So how do you meditate? First you find a place to sit or lay down. That is calm. Quiet for you. And where you won't be distracted or interrupted. I know. Good luck trying to find that. But like I said, Even if it's five minutes. So at a time limited in the beginning, starting with a short time, like five to 10 minutes. Notice how your body feels. Can you sit in that position you're in for the length of time you want to meditate. Feel your breath. Follow the sensation. Of your breath. As it goes in and as it goes out, Notice when your mind wanders, don't be upset. Just bring it back to meditating. You mean? She have to do it 10 times in a 10 minute meditation. I did in the beginning. When I was trying to meditate. Oh, I couldn't meditate for two, three minutes when I first started. Sometimes I still can't do more than five minutes. Other times I could sit there and meditate for 30 minutes. Just all depends. What's going on. Eventually you will be able to meditate longer without your mind wandering. When you're finished, open your eyes. Or lift your gaze. Sit for a moment and notice. How your body feels right now. Notice your thoughts and emotions. Don't stress about your mind. Wandering. Just bring it back. You want to feel calm and relaxed? So the practice of meditation is as simple as focusing your attention and what you want and relax. Do the practice of meditation. Within this meditation. Your mind wanders, bring it back. And try to do it as kindly as possible. The common question is how much, or how many times a week should you meditate? It's no more complicated. Then what we just described. Well, that's a simple task. It does have its challenges. Keeping your mind on meditating. It is powerful. And so worth it. Key to it. Is to sit every day. Even just for five minutes. Once you commit. Sit and meditate. You will believe it will change you and you were taking care of yourself. And you are making it a real thing. You don't have to sit in silence. You can listen to music that is relaxing. White noise sounds Indian flute or drum music. Chanting anything that can help you to relax. And become we'll work. You will concentrate on your breath going in and out as you inhale. And your breath going out as you exhale. Pay attention as to where you feel your breath. Is it in your belly or in your news? Concentrate on that area. She how long you can concentrate before your mind wanders. See, if you can concentrate for longer periods of time before your mind. Wanders off. While you were concentrating on your breath. You can concentrate once you want to manifest in your life. Keep positive ideas. In your head and keep repeating what you want. Guided meditations are good for beginners. It helps you guide you along and what to think about or see as they walk you through it. You can get all kinds of meditations on YouTube. One kind. Is a body scan meditation. You feel your feet on the ground? You feel all the way up to the crown? This is to check in with your whole body. You're just noticing your body going from your feet to your ankles, to your calves. Then the knees. Thighs hip. But. The pelvis. Abdomen lower back. Just. Shoulders arms down to the fingertips nEC. Face. And head. Make sure you linger at each area for a few moments. If your mind wanders, just refocus, go back to the area that you last remember doing. Same as you fall asleep. Just go back to the last era you remember doing. Another meditation is your premium phrases that offer good qualities. To you. Start by taking delight in your own. Goodness, we calling things you have done out of the goodness of your heart and rejoice in those memories, silently repeating phrases. We wish most deeply for ourselves. Like I live in safety. I have mental happiness. I have physical happiness, health and freedom from pain. I live with ease. I have happiness. In peace and joy. Say them with a rhythm that pleases you, if that helps. If your mind wanders, like always just go back repeating the phrases. After sometime visualize yourself in the censor of a circle that is composed of people who have been kind to you. Or whoever inspired you, whether living or dead, real or mythical. Visualize yourself as the recipient of their love and attention and keep repeating the phrases of loving kindness to yourself. To close it. Let go of the visualization. But keeps saying the phrases. For a few more minutes. Each time you do. You are transforming your old hurtful relationship. To yourself and are moving forward. And that's a, good key point. You know, you have a relationship with yourself to not what just other people. So you need to have the relationship to yourself. Be good. Healthy. And strong. Then you can have good, healthy and strong relationships with other people. So in closing of meditation, you can do it by yourself, in a group anytime a day. I just don't think you would do it tomorrow. Do it today. If your pet walks in and sits next to you. So what keep meditating? There are times in meditation that you want to think about certain things to manifest, but on a whole. You don't try to control your thoughts, but to observe them. Without judgment. Or any attachments? And that's a key thing. There is with G when you just are going to meditate, not even to meditate, to manifest, but suggest meditate just to get yourself in a good, calm, relaxed state. So don't control your thoughts. Just sit there and observe. On to cleansings. Everything is made of energy. And it's easy for it to build up. And bring you down. Getting rid of negative. Chaotic energy that surrounds you. Can make your space feel lighter, brighter, and more creative. When you get rid of negative energy. You will be able to experience tranquility and harmony. In your life. It can take five to 10 minutes a day. It's to transform the energy of your space. It is said to clear the energy in your home. Before bringing new crystals. In the home. As the crystals will amplify. The energy in your home. When is it time? To cleanse your space. Or energy. When you're in a funk or having a bad day. The negative energy in your home could be causing it. After being sick. Along with the stress of feeling under the weather, the physical condition carries negative energy into the space around you. Following a breakup or loss. Clarien. During heartache or grief can help you process pain and move forward. So if you break up and it was a nasty one, you want to get the negative energy from that toxic. Person out of your home and from around your body. You can cleanse after arguing with your partner or family member. You said some not nice things. They said some not nice things. And now that the disagreement is over, it's time to clear the air, literally. During any major life transitions like a new job partnership. Pets or babies arriving. Clearing out the old create space for the new energy. These things bring. When you're feeling stuck. If you want to improve your life. And haven't made progress. It might be time to question whether your home is keeping you stuck in the past. The first thing you need to set new intentions for your home. Like it's my intention to cleanse negative energy from my home. So I am. Focused and productive, or if it's after an ex leaves. You, your intention would be to claim. To release. My X's energy and feel peace again. Speak the intention out loud. And with powerful force, but not screaming it though. Just with some. Gusto behind it. And some real meaning behind it. You take some dried herbs sticks or dried incense in a fireproof container, please light it. Blow out the flame and let it smolder giving off the smoke. Fin the smoke into every part of your house room by room. If you have asthma, you can use herbs sprays to clean. Sage is a good plant to use, to cleanse to home, but watch where you get the Sage from. There are companies selling white Sage. Which is what the indigenous people use and should only really be sold by them. I use garden, Sage cleanse my house. I grow my own. But I sell Sage lemon, balm, spearmint, Sage, and lavender sticks for the purpose of cleansing homes of negative energy. You can email us if you would like to order. Some. You can set crystals around your house to help put the positive energies and for protection. Also two of the best are black tourmaline. N hematite. Another way is to use noise. As you walk through your space, clap drum. Gongs, which might be a little loud, but you can use them. Can help break up negative energy. Stand at your front door and move clockwise through the inner perimeter of your home. Playing an instrument, clapping your hands. Towards the walls until you make a full loop. You can burn incense like Paula Santo, which is a fragrant wood that's native to south America. It is thought to be a vigorous energy cleanser. Use it like Sage and other herbs. So it has been used to sterilize cutting boards. Two moons. It clears negative energy to. You can dissolve it in spray bottles, filled with water. And miss the air of every room. Place a thin line of Cecil in front of your home's entrance or around the perimeter of your property. Include a small dish assault on your altar. Dissolve it in water. Used to cleanse surfaces and floors use Himalayas. Lamps. You can put it in the four corners of your room and let it set for 48 hours. Then sweep it up and flush it down the toilet. And that's like, you can put like not the Himalayan salt lamps in the corner of your rooms. You can just put. A little container. Of salt. Or you can sprinkle it on the floor. And like it says, you know, sweep it up and then flush it down the toilet. You can use candles to remove negative energy. White candles have been used to remove negative energies from a space. They are also. An effective way to set the mood for peace and tranquility. Use lemons. The scent is uplifting and invigorating. Simmer summon water and let the steam scent. Your place. Put small dishes filled with fresh lemon slices around your home. Put lemon essential oils in your diffuser. You can use lemon balm leaves to smoke, cleanse your house of any negativity. You can also feel your place, but just smell the plants, you Sage lavender and frankincense to dissolve negativity. You can use fragrant plants like peace lilies. Please Ella Vera or English, Ivy invasives around your home. Imagine a glowing golden light inside your heart space. As you breathe in deeply expand that light until it was outside of your body. Then spread that light out to your living space with the intention. That all of the energetic congestion clears out. That's more on like people who on a Reiki level. And who have. Practice Reiki can do that easier. But you can do it too. You know, you just have to really concentrate and bring that golden light inside your heart space and sit there and concentrate on a little bit. And just keep saying, you know, I went on negativity out. All. Chaotic energy out. Only one good positive things in. And then just spread that out through the room. Physically declutter your house, keep it clean. And clutter-free so negativity won't have a space to congregate. You know, I watch. I watch a lot of the paranormal. Shows. And. I was watching, I think it was kindred spirits, but I'm not positive. And they were talking about how they walked into this one house AME. It was very cluttered. Not dirty, just cluttered with a lot of stuff. And In the one room was like a hundred dolls or whatever, just cluttering up the whole room. And they were like, you know, this is all. Keeping. All this negativity in this house. Into this room. So once you get rid of and declutter all this. A lot of your problems will go away. And they did. Declutter some. And it's at work. So. When you do go to cleanse your house. Make sure your windows are open. So that's negativity can get out. The more you do it, the lighter you were feel. So, I'm not saying you have to cleanse your house every day. But if you're in, you're in a household where you have a lot of teenagers, You know, cause they always bring so much negative energy in. Not that they're meaning to, they're just hormonal. Or. If your relationship is, is having a really bad. Time, every relationship goes. Through the good times and the bad times. And if you're in a bad negative energy, Doesn't hurt to cleanse the house once a week. You know, Until you get over that hump and who knows, maybe Clint clearing up that negative energy. I'll help your relationship get better quicker. So to get rid of bad spirits in your home. Some rooms might be more cleansing than others, such as bedrooms, where someone is healing from an illness. An office filled with electronics. Or. Unexplainable heaviness. In the air in a room. One way to do is fill mason jars. Half full with spring water and a few pinches of salt. At a piece of black tourmaline. And fresh Sage to the water. That's a powerful combination for absorbing and neutralizing negativity. Then place a jar in each corner of the room. Which will. Create a grid that seals off and protects the room from negative energy. Every 24 hours empty the water and rinse out the jars. Especially if someone who was recovering from an illness. We replace it with a fresh mixture of water and salts. Before placing the black tourmaline back in the jar. Cleanses stones with water. Or Sage smoke. So like when you take terminally, no. When it under the water. Clean off all the negativity. And then. You can put it back in the water. Also put Fresh Sage back in. Throw the old Sage out that you had in there. Some crystals you can use. To cleanse your home. Amethyst. Transforms. Negativity into vibrations of peace and love. It brings a peaceful and relaxing vibe to your home. Celine night. Put on a window sill to help purify the space and to block bad vibes from coming into your home. Salina we'll fill your home with a radiant. Hi. Vibrational energy and constantly purified the energy in your space. It's like a at crystal version of Sage. And Selena is not expensive at all. You could. Put a piece of it on every window sill so. In your home. And doesn't have to be big pieces. Can be little pieces. And you could probably do that. Well, it, depending on how many. Windows you have, but on an average, probably like around 20 bucks or maybe even less. Cleansing your body of negative energy. You can meditate with crystals. If you're feeling stressed or anxious. So you get back into balance. By holding. As soothing. And calming crystal, such as amethyst or rose quartz in your hands. Take a deep breath visualize. Taking a deep breath harnessing the energy of the crystals. Visualize inhaling a pure white light. Then exhaling, any negativity you don't want. So. If you feel like you yourself has negative energy attached. What they're saying here is to hold. An amethyst rose cohorts. You were black tourmaline, black obsidian. It's another good protection. Nick getting rid of negative energy stones. Just hold it in your hand. Breathe in and visualize you breathing in the energy of the stone. Along with. Clear white light. From source. God. Universe, whatever you believe in. Breathe that in breathing the positivity. And exhale out. All the black negativity. Musicking. Have healing powers also. If any bad thoughts still Persist after your cleansing practices. Play your favorite songs to get rid of them. Playing a musical instrument makes you focus on the chords or notes instead of going down the rabbit hole of negative thinking. So if you try to get the negative. Energy out of your body. And, you know, you get the most of it out, but you're still feeling like, oh, there's still some there. I'm still feeling a little bit negative. You know, it's definitely, probably going to take more than one time to do it. But if you play. Your music. That you resonate with. Doesn't matter what it is. And you just sit there and you either rock out or you sit there too. Soothing. Classical music and whatever, just sit there. Into the music and, you know, just breathe in the positivity and exhale the negativity. And if you do play a musical instrument, you know, if you pick that up, it takes you out of all your negative thoughts and puts you into this happy. State of play music, do that too. So, you know, cleansing your body. Cleansing your energy. N and your house. That all just. Is so good for you to set up, to do the manifesting that we're going to talk about next. So when you manifest. Manifestation works on the power of positive thinking. And the law of attraction to gather. Our thoughts are incredibly powerful. And we'll play a major role in determining the course of our lives. Having a positive attitude can help you ever overcome. Your worries and fears. Strongly believing that you can achieve your goals we'll help you to focus your thoughts and energy into action towards them. Your fears, worry, and self-doubt will only hold you back. From even trying to achieve your goals and dreams. There's no guarantees in life. But with positive thinking, you will have a better chance of succeeding. If you set your mind to it. And who knows you might even get something better. Law of attraction states. That, what you focus on is what you will attract into your life. If you're interested in something, you were research it, learn more about it. May join a group related to it. Other people with similar interests will recognize your enthusiasm for it. You are in the position to be readily recognized as someone who is in the position to achieve, say goal or dream. Then someone who has no knowledge. So your focus and interest in something can help you develop expertise, knowledge, or build a network. To attract opportunities that will help you meet your goals. Did you ever get a new car and you're so attracted to it. And this is my dream car. I always wanted it. Then you start seeing similar cars everywhere. I know that's happened to me. There are a few steps to manifest what you want. One is practice visualization. Take a little time each dates to visualizing your goals. And how you are going to achieve them. You can do this every morning when you wake up. Knowing you are working towards your goal. You can help motivate. You to get through the day. You can also do it at night and reflect on what you did to get you closer to your goals. Create a vision board. Will you paste images and notes about your goal? It can be physical or digital. If you want a house, you can put up pictures of places you want to live. And houses rooms, the core. Anything to go with owning your own home. Maintain a future box or also known as a vision box, wish box manifestation box. Whatever you want to call it. It is a place where you can store material related to your goal. Take an empty box. Decorated. If you wish. And start collecting things that in there. So, if you're saving for a holiday, you can buy small items that you were carry on your trip and store them in the box. You know, like travel size. Do you go to rents? Shampoos. Um, little pins. If you're say, if you're going to Disney world. Put a little Disney pins in there, you know, put whatever you would take on your trip. And you can put a picture in there, anything to go with your goal. Then there's a 3, 6, 9 method. Repeating or writing your goals? Three times in the morning. Six times in the afternoon and nine times in the evening. We're repeating goals multiple times day helps you to stay focused on them. You can just put a notebook. And first thing, when you wake up in the morning, We Pete, your goal. I want a new car. I see myself in a new car. You know, write it down three times. Then in the afternoon. You know, having a notebook app. At work, it doesn't have to be in the same notebook. I have a piece of paper at work right at six times. And the afternoon. Right. At nine times in the evening, before you go to bed. Or you could just say it, you don't have to write it. So how'd that little piece of paper with you, whatever you want to manifest. Then the prac there's the practice of the 7, 7, 7 method. Involves writing what you would like to manifest. Seven times in the morning, seven times at night for seven days in a row. It helps you to keep focused on your goals for every day. This would be used for a more short term goal that you can achieve in a week. Such as getting an assignment at work done on time or doing a household project, that's not, you know, ripping your whole house apart. But Maybe you want to. I don't know, you want to redo a closet. You want to get it organized? So do the 7 77 method. So that by the end of the seven days, You've accomplished what you wanted to do. There's also a make a 10, 10, 10 worksheet. On a piece of paper, make a lit, a list of 10 things you desire. 10 things you're grateful for. And 10 things you enjoy doing. Making this worksheet can help you to create a big picture view of your goals, assets, and interest. It can improve your self awareness. Help you understand how all different pieces of your life. Interact and promote positive thinking. Then there's also that keep a journal. It's where you write down your dreams and your goals. If you're anxious about them, write down your fears. Can help you too. Identify your triggers. So that you can work on finding a solution. Some strategies that will help you manifest your goals. Be absolutely clear. And what you want to manifest. Articulate them clearly. Make positive statements while you're manifesting what you want. Some things you can say. I am capable of this job and deserving. Of this promotion. I trust that the universe. Is bringing a worthy partner into my life. I am grateful for the abundance of success. I have already. Achieved in my business and I will accomplish much more. And I am confident. That I will live in my dream home. Within five years. As you visualize your goals, start making steps toward achieving them. You can set aside a little time each day or each week towards it. If you're trying to find a new job, you can aim to do at least one job application. Every week. I understand being out of your comfort zone can be scary. But start with small steps. If you want to be. Singer. Start singing in front of your family. Then work your way to bigger performances like a friend's wedding or an office party. Build your confidence during this process, you can start with affirmations like you are strong and capable. You can do this. To boost your self-confidence. While you're waiting. Be grateful for what you do have. Having an attitude for gratitude can help create a positive mindset. If you need to seek support from a trusted family member or friend. If you need additional support. Seek out. A mental health provider. They can help you to cope with disappointment or help you build your confidence. In the end though, don't let anxiety, fear, self doubt or negativity. Get in your way. Why manifesting. Don't put any negative thoughts in your manifestation. Only positive thoughts. So. Cleanse your area. And home and yourself. Meditate with the intentions. Of what you want to manifest. So, first of all, you want to, you want to cleanse your house. You want to cleanse your body? You want to get all that negativity out of the house? You don't. You know, want to start manifesting with negativity all around you. So clean out, cleanse out your house. Start learning the meditate. Take a few practice meditations, just sit there and meditate. Just breathe in positivity, exhale out the negativity cleanse your home. Then when you go to meditate. When you figure out exactly what you want to manifest. Put it out there. Like, if you want to buy a house. Don't manifest. I want a home. Because of home can be an apartment. You want to manifest? I want to buy my own home. If you want. A brand new car. And. You just put out there. I want a new car. Well, Y could end up with a used car. So if you want a brand new car, Put out there. I want a brand new car. You can even put the make and model if that, if you want to be that specific, not saying you're going to get that. But putting out there a brand new car, universal bring you the car that you're supposed to have, or it'll bring you the house you're supposed to have. You know, so you have to be very, very specific of what you want to manifest. But also leave. Leave a little leeway because a lot of times. Your angels and your guides and. You know, God or.
