Welcome to holistic secrets podcast. Where we will guide you to reveal the secrets that aren't always shared join us. As we help you gain an understanding of spiritual world with me Apryl. And with me Tess. Let's dive and do it. Hello, so glad to have everyone back again for another episode. Today we will be discussing The throat chakra. And the cerebellum chakra. If the throw chakra is outta balance, it can make all other chakras out of balance. It is the middle one and it can block the chakras in the lower and upper body, so it is really important to keep this one unblocked and running in good order, but we'll get back to that in a minute, just a little bit of information. I've been busy getting ready for vendor shows in my area. I have some new items that I'm working on. I'm really excited to work on making incense cones from herbs and plants that I grow out of my garden for the ones that I'm not able to grow, I do have to order them. And I've done a few shows already this year, and it's really exciting to sell the incense at every one. I also started making hat chandeliers from the witch's hats. It's a fun spin on them. I make witches hats for people to wear. So I thought it was a cute idea to make the witch hat chandeliers that you can hang in a corner of your room if you have your own, um, workshop or you have a library, they are lighted. You could see them on my Facebook at a Brewing Witch by Tess Gregory. I have a few other items. I have some, I do have some of my witch hats on there that you can look at. And if you'd like to order, just private message me. I have a big show coming up in a few weeks, so hopefully the weather will be nice. It's been kind of depressing here the last two weeks it's been raining on and off. And for this week it's supposed to rain for the most of it. It kind of makes it hard taking the grandson to the bus stop with the two younger granddaughters. I don't relish getting soaking wet, trying to keep the baby dry, get them in the car and take him out of the car, you know? But that's a life of a grandma. And I went to see my other grandson at his field day last week. It was fun to see him running races, pushing other kids on a scooter around a tennis court. But he did refuse to do the tug of war'cause he didn't wanna get a splinter like last year. It's just a hysterical how kids remember things from year to year. I didn't even remember that he had a splinter in his finger from it. But it's, it was fun to watch him. Uh, the other grandson has his field day Friday, I think it is. Hopefully it won't be raining'cause it's raining all this week. But hopefully we'll get to see him run around and do his field day. Him being in kindergarten, it's cute to see them running around the field and doing all their little. Activities they have for'em. But now let's get on to the topic at hand. The throat chakra, the location of the throat chakra or the fifth chakra is at the level of the throat. It's important to remember that this chakra is multidimensional and it is often represented as going out of the front of the throat and going in the back at a slight upward angle. This chakra is associated with the pharyngeal and the brachial plexus and is connected to the mouth, jaw, tongue, pharynx, And palate. It is also linked to the shoulders and the neck. The gland associated with the fifth chakra is the thyroid, which regulates the processing of energy in the body through temperature growth, and in large part metabolism. So if it's outta whack, so is your metabolism, and that could mean no weight loss if that's your goal. A little later we will learn how to align the throat chakra Behavioral characteristics of the throat chakra. It is associated with the following psychological and behavioral characteristics, expression in particular. Ability to express your truth, to speak out, and to speak up for yourself. Communication, whether it's verbal or nonverbal, external or internal, internal communication is just as important as external. The next one, connection with the urethra realm. The more subtle realm of spirit and intuitive abilities, ability to create, projecting ideas and blueprints into reality. Realizing your vocation, your purpose, a and good sense of timing. The throat chakra is about the expression of yourself, your truth, your purpose in life. Your creativity new. This chakra has a natural connection with the second chakra or the sacral chakra Center of emotions and creativity as well. The throat Chakra's emphasis is on expressing and projecting the creativity into the world according to its perfect form or authenticity. Another function of the throat chakra is to connect you to spirit. Because of its location, it is often seen as the bottleneck of the movement of energy in the body. It sits just before the upper chakras of the head. Opening the throat chakra can greatly help align your vision with reality and release pressure that may affect the heart chakra that is located just below The throat chakra is associated with the ery body, which is set to hold the blueprint or perfect template of the other dimensions of the body. It is an important reference point to align the energy through the whole chakra system. A blocked throat chakra can contribute to feelings of insecurity being timid. An introversion the other end of the spectrum. An overactive chakra may also lead to gossiping nonstop talking and being verbally aggressive or mean. This can seem as though the filter between the discords you have in your mind and what comes outta your mouth is not working or missing entirely. When the throat chakra has an imbalance, it can manifest as lack of control over one speech, speaking too much or inappropriately not being able to listen to others. Excessive fear of speaking, small, imperceptible voice, not being able to keep secrets or to keep your word telling lies. On the opposite side, a closed chakra might manifest as excessive secretiveness or shyness, lack of connection with a vocation or purpose in life. It governs all areas of the mouth, jaw, throat, and thyroid gland. When the throat chakra is in balance, you may experience hoarseness, sore throat, thyroid problems, laryngitis, neck pain, emotional signs. Your throat chakra may be. It may need opening, can include depression, inability to express yourself. Anxiety, aggression, lack of self-esteem. Now, how to open your throat chakra. It is associated with the color blue. The throat chakra enables you to discover yourself and speak with wisdom and honesty regardless of the situation or company you are in. When the chakra is in need of healing. There are several simple steps and exercises you can do to strengthen and restore chakra balance using colors to support or stimulate. This chakra opens up a whole array of possibilities. For example, incorporating the color blue into your decor at home and work is a nice subtle way to bring focus to the throat chakra. The calming effect of this color of wisdom and honesty can help open up and heal a blocked chakra. Wearing precious or semi-precious blue stones is a great boost for chakra healing and balance. Meditating on the color blue also helps alleviate throat chakra imbalance, and we will go over what, a few blue stones a little later. That'll help you balance your chakra. You can also cleanse with water. Make it a conscious effort to drink more water throughout the day. Not only does water help keep you hydrated, it also helps to cleanse the throat chakra, allowing for healthy energy flow. Eat more fruit, add apples, peaches, lemons, and limes to your diet. To cleanse and activate this chakra, clear the air at home. Aromatherapy can help dispel negativity and restore balance to the chakras. Consider introducing one or a combination of these scents to heal and activate your fifth energy center. Jasmine, Rosemary, sandalwood, or just a few? Talk it out. Talk openly with close friends and family. Make it a point to be open and honest with all you say. Simply speaking in a heartfelt way can work wonders to strengthen and balance the throat chakra. Just make sure whatever you say is nice. Write it down. Learning how to express yourself without censoring or editing can be valuable. Practice mindful self-expression by journaling. Get it all out on paper. Let it sit. Then revisit what you have written at a later time. Another thing I do too is like if I'm really, really upset or even angry, I'll write down how I feel. And I'll just write it and I'll just write it exactly how I feel, and then I rip it up and throw it away, or I burn it. It gets the aggression you might have. It gets the anger out, and the only one who knows about it is you. And you're not hurting feelings. You're not saying something you shouldn't say to somebody, and then you can go back to somebody and then talk it out rationally. Sing as the chakra of self-expression. Singing can help dispel blockages, activate, and balance. The fifth chakra. If you're too shy,. Humming is also an option. Just be sure to get those vocal chords vibrating with sound. I always feel better when I freaking blast the music and sing away when no one's around. Another way is just let it be. I know letting go is difficult. We all know it is, but holding onto things where you have no control can lead to resentment, guilt, and anger, and all of that will contribute to an imbalance of a throat chakra. You know, this could be the part where, you know, writing it all out, get it out, then you can just let it be and not worry about it. You got it outta your system. You wrote it down, you rip it up and throw it out or burn it, and it's good to get, you're good to go with it. Now, some yoga poses for the throat chakra. It can focus on simple neck movements such as moving your head from side to side can help ease tension that can block the throat chakra. Believe it or not, throat chakra blockages can be initiated by or contributed to blockages elsewhere in the chakra system. Alleviate physical and emotional signs of the throat chakra. I balance by doing simple yoga poses each day to open up and activate the throat chakra. Give one of these yoga poses a try. The camel, the plow, the bridge, the fish or the standing forward bend. You can look them up on how to do it. Okay. How to balance the throat chakra. Healing this chakra can involve the use of a variety of tools to achieve balance from healing stones and essential oils to healing foods, yoga, meditation. And cleansing it is important to remember. The idea behind balancing is to eliminate the negativity that causes the imbalance, which is commonly an excess or deficiency of something. Among the most commonly used tools for throat chakra healing are stones and crystals. How do stones work exactly. It's all about vibration. We're all made of energy. Energy creates vibration. When chakras become unbalanced, a return to the right vibration is necessary. Chakra healing stones each have their own vibrational frequency. By placing stones just above or on the area of imbalance, the stone's vibration cleanses the negativity. To restore balance, you can heal the throat chakra With the color blue, you can wear blue clothing. Um, it is considered a hue for cleansing and health. Blue has a calming effect. It helps restore balance, eases physical and mental stresses, often associated with throat chakra imbalance. Some of the stones are aqua marine. It's the stone of courage. It is a mermaid kiss that forever invites you to dive right in and swim deeper and deeper into your own soul. This glittering bluegreen throat chakra gem is a talisman of the seas and brings a siren song of clarity and truth even when the waves around you are rising. This gem soothes fear around the throat, losing grip of anxiety, and keeping you connected to your one true voice. Lapis lazuli is a deep blue and flexed with golden glory. It inspires great works backed up by the sublime self-awareness. This stone of truth is perfect for the throat chakra and has long been a companion of SR. Sages and public speakers at it. Encourage. Is eloquence and expression. Writers will benefit from this block breaking stone as lapis knows how to tap into that creativity. Another way which Lapis lazuli can help you shine is by strengthening friendship. It's a stone that puts great weight and purpose into the power of truth. Amazon Knight is the stone of the warrior woman. Not surprisingly to hear that it is a heart chakra and a throat chakra healer. This beautiful stone comes shimmering with blue and green shades and promises, strength, knowledge, protection, and meaningful positivity like the Amazon Warriors, it is a gem that guides us to a place of trust in our own power. This can all start with the voice and our ability to filter our own truth from the chorus that surrounds us. Amazon Knight says yes to putting yourself first and to moving away from the shadow lands of self-doubt and fear of judgment. It offers crystal clear communication and connects with the sisterhood. So do light. It has the colors that capture the promise of salt adult surface and Atlantic swells. It is a wonderful harmonizing energy is a little more active in its energy and is considered to be the stone of poets as it rouses creativity and helps you find the words sodalite connects to the throat chakra and also the third eye chakra. Culling in that wisdom to back up your communication for those who don't want their words to be empty. Solight grants you the knowledge to fill the gaps and to bring meaning, magic, and melody to the sounds that spill out. So the benefits of balancing this throat chakra. Okay, so now let's learn about one of the fewer known chakras, and that's the cerebellum chakra, or it's also called the Ulta Major chakra. It is located in the back of the neck, just where your neck and head meet. This chakra is known as the well of dreams and is said to help you access hidden realms, creative ideas, and your soul contract. When this energy center is strong, it manifests as failing it touch and inspired by your dreams and even prophetic dreaming. I can also help you to see things for what they are. Okay. Without allowing judgments of the mind to interfere when out of balance, this energy center can manifest as clouded judgment, always seeing the negative side of things, and an inability to tap into your intuitive voice. The ultimate major chakra plays a very important role in our ascension and in the integration of our energy and physical bodies. It governs the nervous system, the cerebellum, the medulla, the spinal cord, the vagus nerve, and everything in between. This chakra can highlight your level of nervous tension and can easily assist you in recalibrating your energy when your ultra major chakra needs some love and attention. It will show its imbalance through neck and shoulder pain. Pressure around the head, neck and eyes, lack of mental clarity. You may feel anxious or even feel as though your emotions are out of rhythm. It has its own energy feel, and although it isn't known yet as a major chakra, it is very important to our balance and flow of energy due to its task of transmitting energy into the physical body. Via the nervous system. What is our energy body? It is our transmitter and receiver of energies. It lops the physical body as well as inter, inter penetrating it. It can be seen like a network of light, the threads traveling in all directions, creating a meticulous grid where the. Threads meet and cross are naati points of energy made by meeting of the threads, which allows us to read or sense how our energy body is. There are major and minor naati, depending on how many threads cross the major naati are known to us as the seven physical chakras. These give the best information as to the health of our chakras, as well as the surrounding areas of the body. When we have the minor naati or energy points, which are all over our body, I. For example, we have a liver minor energy point, a stomach minor. There are points behind the knees, which help us with courage, minor points that sit on our adrenal glands, that help us to dispel fear and many more. The body has a very intricate and advanced system of energy points that can be used together in different combinations to balance and realign our energy and entire being, being. The minor nati relay information to the major chakras. Much like how the nervous system works, the, the Bel um, is a minor chakra, but with the importance and role of a major chakra. It even has a related gland known as the carotid gland, it's in the RIC at this point in time. If you're able to take a picture of the nervous system, put it next to a picture of the natti and energy body, then you would see that one overlays the other, almost identically. The energy body gains access to the physical body through the nervous system, and works as a feedback system to the chakra, just as the nervous system works as. A feedback system from the body to the brain. The Ulta major, allows us to sense the health of the nervous system and its responses, the health of the mental body, and its responses, intake and outflow of energy where energy blockages may be, and to highlight when we may be in need of recalibrate, recalibrating our energy body to suit the frequencies surrounding us. By keeping the ultra major in mind and sensing the nervous system, a trained healer is able to discover what is all about. So a trained healer would be a Reiki healer. How can the UL Alter major help us during ascension With the fifth dimensional energies, gloriously coming in thick and fast, our body is sometimes unable to keep up with the influx of higher frequencies, which is resulting in us feeling achy. Tired, exhausted, run down, emotional, and experiencing many other ascension symptoms. Our body needs an adjustment period from the energies that it isn't getting. But with awareness of the Ulta major, we were able to sense the energy coming in and assist our physical body and Es. In adjusting to the energies more easily, any major chakra needs a gland to help distribute the energies into the physical body. That gland works as a filter system. The ultra major has the carotid gland, yet as the carotid. Carotid land is only in the IC and works to. Fine tune the energy into the physical body from there, almost like a calm mechanism, so the energy enters the physical body in a receivable manner. Deepening the connection The human being is a remarkable biological machine, which has the ability to learn and adapt to things quickly when giving the rights accompanying information. This is the case when it comes to working with your chakras and energy body. By absorbing this information about the Ulta major. Your being is subliminally, bringing attention to your nervous system, incoming energies, and the Ulta major chakra. So with a little more attention, it is possible for you to tune into the energy of your Ulta major and sense how it is. Here's some information and in exercise you can practice to bring awareness to your ultimate major chakra and in time allow it to balance and integrate the energies in a smooth way that will help minimize your ascension symptoms. The Ulta major or cerebellum. Chakra is located at the point where your head occipital meets your neck. You can feel this point with your fingers. There is a slight indent. The actual chakra is approximately 10 centimeters behind your head from this point in the ery thick body. Place your hand on this point and slowly move it away and sense the energy when balanced. The flow of energy runs from the back to the front of the head. Through the brain passing both the penal and the pituitary glands. The exit point is at the center of the forehead at the hairline. It's easier to sense this chakra and its flow. If you visualize a version of yourself sitting in front of you like another person, you can then raise your real hand. Hands on either side of the visualized version of you at the chakra, at the occipital and the other at your hairline at the front. Bring your hands out to be about between 10 to 20 centimeters from the visualization version of you so you can sense the flow of energy within the energy feel. Bring your awareness to your Ulti major chakra and ask to sense its flow of energy and trust that this will happen. You have to have trust. You may feel a flow of energy from the back of the head to the front. This signals a good and healthy chakra. Your hands may begin to vibrate or shake. This indicates a blockage. You may feel a full sensation as if there is no flow. This also indicates a blockage. You may sense a strong and fast flow, which indicates an imbalance. You may feel a toing and a froing of energy as if a ball is bouncing between your hands. This indicates an imbalance. You may be finding your hands being pushed outward. This indicates tension that needs to be released. Once you have a feel of the energy flow, use your breath to assist the energy to balance. If a release of blocked energy and imbalance, or a release of tension is needed, breathe in and slowly bring your hands wider. Hold them there while you breathe out. Check the energy and repeat until you feel the flow change and become balanced silently. Let your being know that the breath is allowing balance to restore. Your hands may automatically draw back inwards towards the start points. This indicates the flow is harmonizing. Once there is balance, hold the flow for a few moments and allow your whole being to sense it. Visualize each and every natty and nerve cell coming to balance. With this harmony a flow. Then bring both your hands to the Alta major. You may need to spin your, visualize you around so that they are in front of you. Then keeping a connection with the Alta major through thought. Bring your hands wider to sense the alter major's own energy fill. You will find that this field is in the shape of wings. How far and wide do they span? When the time feels right, your wings will shrink again and release the chakra. Take a moment to see how you feel. You can do this as much as you need to.
