Notes on Grief.

Hey y’all. This week is a surprise solo episode. I’ve missed you all so much.

There is no way to segue into this. My dad recently passed, and it has been such a process. It has changed my entire life. I'm heartbroken and grateful for the time we had. I miss him so much, and I couldn’t help but think about other artists who may have experienced grief or encountered loss. I realized we can make so much space for grief. It doesn’t have to be awkward or taboo to discuss. I wanted to do this impromptu episode to honor the process and (in a way) honor my dad.
