We Went to Movie World & Got Fyre Festival’d 🔥🎬 S2E12
This week, we proudly enter our Park Theme Era — but let’s just say… it didn’t go quite as planned. Picture this: we’re buzzing with excitement, up at the crack of dawn, and standing at the gates of Movie World on the Gold Coast an hour early like two hyper little theme park disciples.
But what followed? Pure chaos.
Think less “Hollywood magic” and more Fyre Festival with rollercoasters.
From dashed dreams to dry churros, shady signage to soul-crushingly closed rides — we were used, abused, and emotionally bruised by what should’ve been the happiest place in Queensland.
