Nicolette identified a critical gap in the market for temporary, furnished housing for professional

Under the P.R.O.S. umbrella, MAVRX has become the gold standard in providing turnkey
housing solutions for teams across prestigious leagues, including the NFL,WNBA, NBA, NBA
G-League, IFL, USL, ECHL, MLB, and MiLB. Representing over 70 professional sports teams
across nine leagues and 34 states, MAVRX achieved a major milestone as the official housing
provider for Minor League Baseball. With two decades of experience in corporate housing and a
robust background in real estate, Nicolette has redefined the sports housing landscape.

established the P.I.T.C.H. Initiative (Pros In The Community Helping), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit,

meaningful changes in communities nationwide.
