Ultimately, coaching became his true passion, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives.

Married for 36 years, Tim has navigated life from a small-town upbringing to the streets of New York City and Nashville. With a wife, two daughters, and a daughter-in-law—all passionately pursuing their own paths—he considers his life in a family of strong women one of his greatest opportunities for growth and learning.

Tim understands struggle firsthand. From youthful indulgences to confronting personal battles with alcohol, he has gained profound insights that shape his life and coaching philosophy today.
