Women In... Bonus Episode: Jessica Davila - Leading at Scale: A Mom of Six (Including Triplets!) and a Corporate VP Shares Her Playbook
Jessica Davila is a Partner and Sales Executive at MAVRX Sports Housing, where she is widely recognized as one of the driving forces behind the company’s national growth and community-focused culture. Known for her tenacity and heart, Jessica has built a reputation as a powerhouse in the sports housing industry—connecting professional and minor league athletes with tailored housing solutions that support privacy, performance, and recovery.
Since joining MAVRX in 2017, Jessica has been instrumental in scaling the company’s reach and impact. Her background spans banking, sales, insurance, and property management—where she earned top honors as the #1 salesperson in her district at US Bank. Her success in male-dominated industries reflects her drive, resilience, and unwavering commitment to client service.
Beyond her business acumen, Jessica was a key force behind the creation of The PITCH Initiative, MAVRX’s nonprofit focused on youth access to sports, women’s entrepreneurship, and housing insecurity. Her leadership and personal values helped shape the organization’s people-first mission, setting a new standard for purpose-driven work in the sports business space.
As the wife of former Hall of Fame Arena Football League quarterback Nick Davila and a former athlete herself, Jessica brings lived experience and authenticity to everything she does. She's also a proud mother of six—five sons and one daughter—with three competitive athletes and three just beginning their sports journeys. This gives her a personal lens into the unique needs of sports families and a deep empathy for the clients she serves.
Jessica is an active member of Women in Sports and Events (WISE) Arizona, Latinos in Sports, and a mentor through the ECHL’s Women in Hockey program. Her ability to lead with both grit and grace makes her an indispensable part of the MAVRX leadership team and a respected voice in the athlete housing space.
