I am on a mission to make this world a healthier place, one person at a time. My journey of helping people started out as a physical therapist. After getting burnt out by the medical/insurance system, I went back to school and got my MBA. I did a lot of exploring on my journey to get to where I am today. Now I am coaching to help people on their health journey. I have a deep tool bag and a passion for changing the way people use alcohol and other vices to cope or avoid feeling all the things.
