Women In... Episode 72: Sandra Draganoiu - Bowler - Edge of Greatness: Ice Shows, Sports Biz & the Mom Hustle
Sandra graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors Distinction from Kent State University, earning a BBA in Business Management and a Minor in International Business. She joined Mavrx Sports Housing in 2020 and has since grown with the company, taking on various roles. Currently, Sandra is the Senior Director of Inside Sales & Client Relations.
Sandra is actively involved in her community, serving as a Cleveland Board Member and Membership Chair for Women In Sports & Events (WISE), and as a Board Member for the #RAKE nonprofit organization. Along with her role at Mavrx, Sandra has been an in-game host/emcee since 2011, working with teams across the AFL, AHL, WNBA, NHL, and most recently, the NBA, MLB, and the United States Figure Skating Championships. Prior to her hosting career, Sandra toured the world as a professional figure skater with Disney On Ice. She resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband, three young sons, and two pups!
