Women In... Episode 95: Sarah Bolor - Overcommitment Detox: The Power of Instagram + Therapy
Sarah Bolor, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in Nevada and Montana and founder of SayIt Mental Health, where she helps high-achieving women break free from burnout, perfectionism, and people-pleasing so they can succeed without sacrificing their mental health. With over a decade of experience, Sarah blends clinical expertise with a bold, relatable approach that empowers women to set boundaries, quiet negative self-talk, and create lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside. Before entering private practice, she built her career across diverse areas of social work, including foster care, acute medical settings, the public defender’s office, hospice care, and crisis response following the October 1 mass shooting in Las Vegas. These experiences shaped her perspective and fuel her passion for guiding ambitious women from survival mode to sustainable success.
