[00:00:00] Jon: All right, guys. Welcome back to another episode of the Fill Me In Podcast. We have

[00:00:10] not filmed in so long, Nicole.

[00:00:12] Nicole: It's felt like so long. It's actually

[00:00:14] Jon: since-

[00:00:15] Nicole: Are we still on podcasts? I know, right? It's crazy. It's, we have- It's been since

[00:00:17] Jon: Modern Beauty Con.

[00:00:18] Nicole: Yeah. We had so many [00:00:20] episodes from Modern Beauty Con- Yes

that we have not sat down and done this since Modern Beauty Con.

[00:00:23] Jon: Oh. So good to be back. We missed you guys. You got me and

[00:00:28] Nicole: Nicole. We missed you so much, and I miss sitting down and [00:00:30] yapping with you.

[00:00:30] Jon: Oh, yes. And for those of you that are new to the podcast, thank you for listening. And I am Injector John, and...

[00:00:37] Nicole: And I'm Aesthetic Nurse Nicole. Yeah. Thank you guys for [00:00:40] joining us.

[00:00:41] Jon: Yeah. Um, what have you been doing the past three months, Nicole?

[00:00:44] Nicole: Oh, too much.

[00:00:46] Jon: Yeah.

[00:00:46] Nicole: What have I not been doing?

[00:00:47] Jon: You're, you're gearing towards moving [00:00:50] into a new office.

[00:00:51] Nicole: Yes.

[00:00:51] Jon: Bigger office.

[00:00:51] Nicole: Yes, yep.

[00:00:52] Jon: Right? And-

[00:00:53] Nicole: Yeah, we have our final design meeting on Wednesday, so.

So

[00:00:57] Jon: exciting.

[00:00:57] Nicole: Yes, and- When

[00:00:58] Jon: are you anticipating moving in? [00:01:00]

[00:01:00] Nicole: Um, so it was September 1st. It's looking like it might be October 1st right now, but we're getting there. We

[00:01:04] Jon: might be moving in at around the same time there, Nicole.

[00:01:07] Nicole: Yeah, we're gonna have to do the-

[00:01:08] Jon: Oh my God ...

[00:01:09] Nicole: some [00:01:10] joint grand openings.

[00:01:11] Jon: It's funny.

You know, I, I, I'm glad that though we're moving in potentially before busy season.

[00:01:18] Music: Mm-hmm.

[00:01:19] Jon: You know, [00:01:20] obviously that's, it's, you know, peak season's like October- Yep ... to December, and then I feel like March to June.

[00:01:25] Music: Mm-hmm.

[00:01:26] Jon: You know? So yeah, like anybody who owns a [00:01:30] practice that's listening in, I feel like we all as business owners try to get all of our dirty work done during the winter.

[00:01:36] Nicole: Yep.

[00:01:37] Jon: And like those off months, like technically [00:01:40] in the summer it's off months, but-

[00:01:41] Nicole: Yeah

[00:01:42] Jon: It, it's been crazy this summer

[00:01:44] Nicole: No, I know. And you know what?

[00:01:45] Jon: It's been

[00:01:46] Nicole: busy. It's funny, we're, we're still busy, but a, um, two of our injectors are out. We [00:01:50] have one on maternity leave, and one, um, is getting married, so she's been out for most of July, and it just feels so slow.

It's, like, crazy.

[00:01:57] Jon: Yeah, 'cause you're used to four of you guys there at once.

[00:01:59] Nicole: [00:02:00] Right. Right. Yeah. And we're like, "What is this? This is so weird." So,

[00:02:02] Jon: so you and Melissa, baby- Oh,

[00:02:04] Nicole: yeah ...

[00:02:04] Jon: you guys are pulling

[00:02:05] Nicole: the slack. Back to it, back

[00:02:06] Jon: to it. Oh my God. So funny. That's cool.

[00:02:09] Nicole: How's your [00:02:10] space coming along?

[00:02:11] Jon: It's going really well.

Um, you know, it could be November when we move in.

[00:02:15] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:02:15] Jon: It could be January 1st. Yeah. Like, you know, just a- over the new year. But-

[00:02:19] Nicole: Yeah ...

[00:02:19] Jon: [00:02:20] we'll see. If they tell me it's ready closer to Thanksgiving- Mm-hmm ... I'm just gonna wait to get through the holidays and move in- Yeah ... in January. Our lease is up end of January, so we [00:02:30] have time.

Yeah,

[00:02:30] Nicole: so perfect.

[00:02:30] Jon: Yeah. Yeah.

[00:02:31] Nicole: You're right on schedule.

[00:02:33] Jon: But I would love to be in before the holidays and- Yeah ... decorate for Christmas and make it look cute. I know. But we'll see.

[00:02:38] Nicole: Yeah, it's all right.

[00:02:39] Jon: Yeah. [00:02:40] Um, so Nicole, we have something really exciting to share.

[00:02:43] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:02:44] Jon: Right? Um- Yes,

[00:02:45] Nicole: we do.

[00:02:46] Jon: Yeah, it's kind of s- some big news, and I, I [00:02:50] know I'm very excited about it.

I've been really... I, I, I feel like Corey, my husband, you know, who is, for those of you that don't know, is a family doctor. Mm-hmm. [00:03:00] He works for me. He does the GLP-1s, and he does some Botox as well. But he has always talked about how he wanted a booking system and an EMR to [00:03:10] be together under one umbrella.

Mm-hmm. And I know there's some EMRs are, you know, that offer that. But from our experience, we just haven't found the right [00:03:20] fit at our office.

[00:03:20] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:03:21] Jon: And when this company came, right, it was like, "Is this too good to be true?" And we did the walkthroughs. I know you... I kinda [00:03:30] did our... Well, no, you did yours first.

[00:03:31] Nicole: Yeah, yep, yeah.

[00:03:33] Jon: And then I, and here I am. And I was like- I'm on the advisory board-

[00:03:36] Nicole: Yeah ...

[00:03:36] Jon: for Moxie, and, you know, I knew all about it, but I've never done a [00:03:40] walkthrough-

[00:03:40] Nicole: I'm like- ... VMR ... "John, you gotta, you gotta check this thing out."

[00:03:42] Jon: Yeah. So then I, I, I do the whole walkthrough and I'm like, "This is insane. This is insane."

So what's our big news, [00:03:50] Nicole?

[00:03:50] Nicole: We have officially both partnered with Moxie. Woo!

[00:03:53] Jon: Woo-hoo! We're

[00:03:55] Nicole: so excited. I'm so excited.

[00:03:56] Jon: Oh, so pumped.

[00:03:57] Nicole: Jinx. No, I really- Yes ... it's, it's an [00:04:00] incredible system, and the fact that everything is right there, I mean, it's, it's a no-brainer for compliance. Yeah. Like, when I toured everything, booking, um, [00:04:10] and, and EMR-wise, like, I was like, "This is a no-brainer."

Like, it's, it's just everything is right there.

[00:04:15] Jon: Yeah. I mean, it's everything. I mean, it has your EMR, your- Mm-hmm ... e-scribing, it has your [00:04:20] booking all in one. Mm-hmm. Um, you can develop a wait list. You can actually work with these website engineers to design your Moxie suite- [00:04:30] Mm-hmm ... however you want. Yeah. And it also has bookkeeping help, marketing help.

They have a practice success manager, which I think, I think- Which I'm

[00:04:37] Nicole: most excited about ...

[00:04:38] Jon: right, who [00:04:40] works with your manager or- Yep ... you know, the owner to make sure that your practice is succeeding. Mm-hmm.

[00:04:46] Nicole: So- And it, I think on top of that, too, is, right, like, we're all, we're all in this and, [00:04:50] like, trying to figure out, you know, where we fall in line with all these other practices, and that's where Moxie's great because it can kinda tell you, like, on a benchmark, like, okay, this is kind of what people in your [00:05:00] wheelhouse are doing on a yearly basis- Mm-hmm

on a monthly basis. Like, let's see where you compare, and how we can, you know, get you to the next level. So I think having that success manager is, like, huge.

[00:05:09] Jon: It's [00:05:10] huge. I love it. Very exciting.

[00:05:12] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:05:12] Jon: Um, I think our office will be transitioning, I think, by, by September 1st.

[00:05:16] Nicole: We're on the same timeline- Is it this time?

baby.

[00:05:18] Jon: Are we really?

[00:05:18] Nicole: Yes.

[00:05:19] Jon: It's [00:05:20] literally insane. I mean-

[00:05:21] Nicole: Oh, yeah.

[00:05:22] Jon: All the things ... I- Yeah ... I mean, it's really cool. Mm-hmm. Like, we, they handle SEO. Mm-hmm. They do SEM. So if you guys don't know what that is, it's search [00:05:30] engine optimization or search- Mm-hmm ... engine management. So, like, your keywords on Google when people search Botox near me, you wanna be the first one.

Yep. So they assist with that. We got rid of, you know, had [00:05:40] no issues with Growth99, but obviously signing on with Moxie, they handle- They- ... the website. So- Condenses

[00:05:45] Nicole: everything,

[00:05:45] Jon: yeah ... we were able to get rid of Growth99 and get rid of- Mm-hmm ... another, [00:05:50] uh, you know, marketing partner that we had who we- Mm-hmm

absolutely loved and actually are gonna continue to use, maybe on radio and other things. Um, but it's just, it's just an incredible opportunity, [00:06:00] and this company specifically works with aesthetic practices, so they know exactly- Mm-hmm ... what we need.

[00:06:04] Nicole: Right. And I think, too, like, it's just, it's kind of important, like- When you simplify [00:06:10] and you condense everything like that, you're saving expenses elsewhere.

Yeah. And then y- you have everything in one place. Like, for me, it always felt like I was using this company for this, this company for that. [00:06:20] They weren't translating together. Nothing was working together, but, like, we just made it work for our practice. But, like, having everything in one place where it actually makes sense, like I'm- Yeah

very, very excited for. And, um- [00:06:30] And it

[00:06:30] Jon: adds more work to your front desk, to your other- Mm-hmm ... employees too, and I think there's more room for error when you have- Mm-hmm ... multiple platforms. Like, you know, we had Square [00:06:40] booking, we had Aesthetic Record-

[00:06:41] Nicole: Right ...

[00:06:42] Jon: you know, for a deca-

[00:06:42] Nicole: You

[00:06:42] Jon: have

[00:06:42] Nicole: all

[00:06:42] Jon: these

[00:06:42] Nicole: different things.

We

[00:06:43] Jon: had all these different things. Then you have,

[00:06:44] Nicole: you use Square, but I use Stripe for check- Like, it's just, like, all these different things that go together to, to make- Yeah ... a checkout and [00:06:50] a, and a, and a chart. We, we really love, we love the, the company, and we love the, the EMR- And like the people ... and everything that goes into it.

Yep. And they- The people are great ... you can tell. You, that is something I [00:07:00] actually said to my manager is you can genuinely tell that, like, every Moxe employee cares about Moxe. Like- They do ... they want you to have a good experience. They want you to have good customer service, and that's important to me [00:07:10] because, and I'm sure to you, like, me and you spend 100% of our day making sure our patients have good customer service.

[00:07:16] Jon: Yeah.

[00:07:17] Nicole: When I work with a company or work with someone and, [00:07:20] and I don't get that in return, I can't stand that. So customer service is, like, huge to me, and you're right- Huge ... that is something that, that they're incredible on.

[00:07:26] Jon: Yeah.

[00:07:27] Nicole: So.

[00:07:27] Jon: Yeah, and-

[00:07:27] Nicole: So more to come, but we wanted to, we [00:07:30] wanted to tell everybody. Oh, yeah.

We're very, we're very excited.

[00:07:32] Jon: More to come, and also what's really cool what Moxe is doing for Scale Society members- Mm-hmm ... right now is that [00:07:40] they're doing these What are they called? Challenges? The cha- yeah.

[00:07:44] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:07:44] Jon: Four-week challenges. Mm-hmm. And there's one challenge a week, and there's gonna [00:07:50] be, I think- Okay, I'll pull 'em up

weekly webinars with different advisory board members. Mm-hmm. Um, and there's different topics each week, and it's really cool for practice owners [00:08:00] to hop on board, you know, these, uh, challenges because it's all about getting ready for peak season.

[00:08:06] Music: Mm-hmm.

[00:08:06] Jon: Which peak season is usually, you know, October to December, which is the [00:08:10] holiday crazy, right?

Yep. I think there's another peak season, Moxie, and that is March through June. Mm-hmm. People are getting ready for summer, their weddings, their graduation parties, everything.

[00:08:19] Music: Yep.

[00:08:19] Jon: [00:08:20] So it's really, really great for practice owners to take advantage of this. And if you participate in every week challenge, everybody gets a completion prize, which is really cool.

Mm-hmm. I know. What are some of the [00:08:30] things that

[00:08:30] Nicole: you

[00:08:30] Jon: get? Um, it,

[00:08:31] Nicole: you get a baseball hat. I know that one.

[00:08:33] Jon: Yep.

[00:08:33] Nicole: You get $25 off the first month of the Aesthetic Social Vault, which I believe is like things to help you with your [00:08:40] social media.

[00:08:40] Jon: Yep.

[00:08:41] Nicole: Um, on-demand consultation training series, and then the peak season social media planning calendar, and AI prompt playbook.

So just like more things to help you- [00:08:50] Yeah ... uh, with your, with your socials, and then you get that grand prize entry.

[00:08:53] Jon: Yeah. And the, yeah, so there's one winner. So at the end of the four weeks, they pick one winner for this grand prize, and it's totaled at what, Nicole?

[00:08:59] Nicole: A [00:09:00] value of $25,000. So there's just- Insane

so many things in it that- Yeah ... you can benefit from. Um, yesterday's, July 27th, was with Dr. Gretchen, [00:09:10] um, oh my God, I don't know how to say her last name. Yeah. Freeling?

[00:09:13] Jon: Yeah, yeah. Yeah.

[00:09:14] Nicole: Okay. Mm-hmm. Um, so yeah, yesterday's, on July 27th, was with Dr. Gretchen Freeling. It was which services are [00:09:20] actually profitable once product costs and provider time are factored in.

Uh, that is huge, right? Like there's- Yeah ... there's so many things that like, you know, even I've been in [00:09:30] business three years, you've been in business- Three years too? Four years. Four years Four Like, those are some things that I'm still like, "Wait, I need to, I need to listen to that."

[00:09:39] Jon: Yes, [00:09:40] 100%.

[00:09:40] Nicole: Um, on August 3rd they have Protocol Refresh, which is so important, right?

Dr. David Sadat and Brittany Bresky, um- Yeah ... turning treatment plans into name-branded [00:09:50] offers patient c- uh, patients commit to.

[00:09:52] Jon: That's huge.

[00:09:52] Nicole: And then August 10th, they have Practice Checkup with Dr. Sheila Barb- Barbarino and Africa Mal- d- oh [00:10:00] my God, and Africa Maldonado, Auditing the Patient Journey for Cracks that Break Under Peak Season Volume.

And then- Yeah, that's great ... lastly, August [00:10:10] 17th, the Team Scorecard, Ali McAlister and Farrah EdS, Moxie-sponsored, or I'm sorry, Moxie-supported practice owners, uh, setting clear [00:10:20] performance targets so the team knows what they're running toward, which is also such an important thing.

[00:10:24] Jon: I think it's great, and everybody loves a little competition-

[00:10:27] Nicole: Mm-hmm

[00:10:27] Jon: too, don't you think? You know- Yep ... [00:10:30] it's, it's fun. And I think everybody gets so burnt out during peak season- Mm-hmm ... which is the holiday time. So to have something like this scorecard, scoreboard or whatever, [00:10:40] to have that, it kind of like, you know, puts an incentive into- Right ... people's laps and then also just it's something fun to do- Right

with your

[00:10:49] Nicole: staff, you know? Right. Absolutely. A [00:10:50] little friendly competition. And then yeah, it keeps morale high.

[00:10:52] Jon: It does. It really does. I love it. Um, have you been doing a lot of trainings, [00:11:00] Nicole?

[00:11:01] Nicole: I have.

[00:11:02] Jon: Yeah.

[00:11:03] Nicole: Yeah. I, um, I recently had one last week. Um, and I have three more coming up in September.

[00:11:09] Jon: That's [00:11:10] amazing.

[00:11:10] Nicole: Yeah. How about you?

[00:11:11] Jon: Good for you. I just did two today in- Mm-hmm ... Buffalo, New York. Um, I did one last month. Um, I, I've been [00:11:20] doing around, like two, two to three a month.

[00:11:22] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:11:23] Jon: Um, nothing too crazy. I'm trying to enjoy summer- I

[00:11:26] Nicole: know.

[00:11:26] Jon: I know ... as best I can.

[00:11:26] Nicole: Me too.

[00:11:27] Jon: Yeah. And honestly, I'm taking advantage of these Mondays off because- Oh,

[00:11:29] Nicole: [00:11:30] yeah

[00:11:30] Jon: anybody who's opening up a bigger practice, it is, it- So- We're building from the ground up, so it's a lot.

[00:11:36] Nicole: So much work. Ah.

[00:11:37] Jon: So it's, and it's crunch time right now- Yeah ... to [00:11:40] g- finalize all the design details. Mm-hmm. So it's exciting. But, um, something that I've been hearing a lot- Mm-hmm ... at when, you know, we're training [00:11:50] these practices, like today, um, both places were...

I, I was asking them what their barriers are- Mm-hmm ... in their practice, you know, and [00:12:00] one of them said their main barrier is filler. Like, no one wants to do filler. Really? They wanna do biostimulators. They-

[00:12:05] Nicole: Hmm ...

[00:12:06] Jon: of course, are scared of looking fake. They see everything that's on [00:12:10] social media, and they think that they can achieve...

They see biostimulators, s- simulation, and they think that that is what they need to do to achieve their goals- Mm-hmm ... without [00:12:20] filler. And what do you, what do you think about that?

[00:12:21] Nicole: So it's funny, you know, I'm not, and I'm not bashing Biostims in any way. I'm just not really-

[00:12:26] Jon: No, they're great. They have a place I'm not,

[00:12:27] Nicole: I'm not really a Biostim girl.

I've always [00:12:30] done fillers, and that's kind of what I'm really good at, and I tend to hone in on things that I'm really good at. I have other providers for those types of procedures, um, like Sculptra and hyper dilute [00:12:40] Radiesse and everything. Um, but I find it funny when a patient comes in and says, like, they're not scared of that, but they're scared of filler.

Mm-hmm.

[00:12:47] Music: And

[00:12:47] Nicole: I'm like, I'm like, [00:12:50] "If anything, if you're looking at, like, from an adverse event reason, Biostim is a little bit more worrisome because I don't have an antidote. I don't have Hylenex for Biostim." You [00:13:00] know? So, like, i- in a patient's mind, I think they think it's, like, so much safer because it's not, like, filling.

Um, but in reality, like, if you do have a complication, they are a little bit harder to... [00:13:10] And yes, you can, you can manage them, absolutely. Uh, but like, you know, filler to me is more predictable. I know exactly what it's gonna do, and I have an antidote. I have Hylenex if I [00:13:20] need it. Um- But yeah, a BioStim is gonna build their own collagen, and if they get a nodule or something, it might be a little bit harder for me to treat.

[00:13:27] Jon: Yeah, I think what it comes down to [00:13:30] is realistic expectations in the treatment room. Mm-hmm. And when they... Someone tells me they're scared that filler's gonna make them look fake, they heard that bio-stimulators do the same thing that filler does, I [00:13:40] immediately say, "Listen, we never know how much-" Mm-hmm

volume restoration you're gonna get with BioStim. It can make... It will make your skin look better.

[00:13:47] Music: Right.

[00:13:47] Jon: Right? It'll restore collagen. [00:13:50] Depending on which BioStim it is, it'll restore collagen and elastin, right? But when it comes to volume, filler's the only one that suc- like successfully- [00:14:00] Mm-hmm ... gives volume, and helps to define the face, helps to, you know, treat asymmetries and harmonize the face.

Mm-hmm. And it's immediate gratification, [00:14:10] right? Yep. Which, which people love. And like you said, you know, you can dissolve filler if there's a negative outcome- Mm-hmm ... or if they don't like it, or if it doesn't look right. Right. You can dissolve it. Very simple.

[00:14:19] Music: [00:14:20] Mm-hmm.

[00:14:20] Jon: I did a webinar for Moxie with Dr. Ripkin- Mm-hmm

all about incorporating biostimulators and HA fillers together, and how they both obviously have a place.

[00:14:29] Nicole: [00:14:30] Yes.

[00:14:30] Jon: I love that we have biostimulators, but until... It really depends on the patient, right? Like, if they come in and they have severe skin laxity, a lot of sun damage- Mm-hmm ... [00:14:40] you, you know that their skin is not going to tolerate the filler well.

Then I s- usually start with either a resurfacing laser, or I'll do some Sculptra [00:14:50] or hyperdermic Radiesse- Right ... just to prime the skin. Mm-hmm. Think of the Biostim as your primer for those patients, and then you go in with the paint, which is [00:15:00] the filler, right? And that's gonna define the face. But you only wanna inject the filler if the skin will, will hold that filler well and make it look good.

[00:15:09] Nicole: I think a good way that I [00:15:10] explain Biostims, too, if patients are, like, asking, I'm like, "It's not..." I don't like to ever use the word tighten. I think that explaining it in, like, it's almost strengthening- Firm ... the skin. It firms it. It's gonna, it's gonna [00:15:20] almost thicken the skin because it's gonna boost your collagen.

Like, it's not- It's

[00:15:23] Jon: not going to lift.

[00:15:24] Nicole: Exactly. It's just gonna firm. You're not gonna get that pull. Exactly. It's more of that firming because it's strengthening your tissue. Yeah. [00:15:30] Uh, but it's not, it's not gonna lift the tissue. Mm-hmm. And, um, I remember what I was gonna say. To your point before, when patients are like, "I don't wanna look crazy.

I want it to look natural," and then you [00:15:40] do a Biostim, and then they come back four weeks later and they're like, "Oh, I didn't really notice a difference."

[00:15:45] Jon: Yeah.

[00:15:46] Nicole: I'm like, "I thought we wanted so unnoticeable and undetectable, [00:15:50] and you wanted something so natural, and now we're mad it's natural." Yeah.

[00:15:53] Jon: And the thing is, is there might be a difference in their skin- Mm-hmm

but it's not actually taking care of the issue or concern that they came in with. The

[00:15:59] Nicole: volume [00:16:00] deficit,

[00:16:00] Jon: right. Which might be, like, you know, a hollow midface. Mm-hmm. Under-eye hollowness. Yeah. You know, what have you. So, yeah.

[00:16:06] Nicole: That's where I think they definitely do go hand-in-hand, where, like- Yeah ... the [00:16:10] Sculptra, the hyperdilute Radiesse, the Biostims are gonna be more for, like you said, strengthening the tissue, making sure that it can hold the filler.

[00:16:16] Jon: Yeah.

[00:16:16] Nicole: A- and, and we talked... We touched on this on our episode about 50 plus, [00:16:20] fillers on 50 plus. Like, you really have to be doing things for the skin before you go in and fill, um, unless they've, you

[00:16:26] Jon: know- Yeah, occasionally ... pre-treated ... unless they already have that- Right ... meatier [00:16:30] skin. Mm-hmm. Like, if they have meaty skin, good tissue, you know, then of course you can go in and do filler.

Yeah. Um, but if they have too much skin laxity, then honestly you should start [00:16:40] by-

[00:16:40] Nicole: Yeah,

[00:16:40] Jon: lasers ... you know, treating the

[00:16:41] Nicole: skin Sculptra, things like that. I think it's really education.

[00:16:45] Jon: It is. Yeah. I think it comes down to the consultation, and I think you have to [00:16:50] kind of debunk-

[00:16:50] Music: Mm-hmm ...

[00:16:51] Jon: a lot of myths and things that they see on whether it's TikTok- Mm-hmm

or what have you. And yeah, it adds more time in the treatment room, but, [00:17:00] you know, I think it's wrong of us to allow the patients to- Absolutely ... dictate their treatment plan.

[00:17:06] Nicole: Absolutely.

[00:17:06] Jon: You know? And obviously you would hope that [00:17:10] you put your faith and trust in that provider-

[00:17:12] Nicole: Mm-hmm ...

[00:17:12] Jon: right? And just say like, "Oh, you know, what do you think I need?"

Right? Right. And to me it's kind of a red flag when they're like, "I, well, I don't know. What do you want?"

[00:17:18] Nicole: Right. Right. And,

[00:17:19] Jon: and you know [00:17:20] that that probably happens a lot.

[00:17:21] Nicole: Yes.

[00:17:22] Jon: Right? Yep. And truthfully, like my husband just said it to me downstairs, like people truly when they come to you, they trust you. Mm-hmm.

They really wanna hear your [00:17:30] recommendations. You're not giving them a construct.

[00:17:32] Nicole: Right.

[00:17:32] Jon: Right? You're just giving them an honest fa- And you say it like, "I'm giving an honest facial assessment."

[00:17:37] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:17:37] Jon: And I always ask them, "Do you want a facial assessment [00:17:40] after you tell me your concerns?" 100% of them say yes.

[00:17:43] Nicole: Right. And another-

[00:17:43] Jon: And I think- Yeah ...

[00:17:44] Nicole: I, a good thing I always do too is like, you know, I tell people, I'm like, "Listen, you're beautiful. None of this [00:17:50] is necessary." Like, "This is not something that you have to do right now. Like, I'm gonna tell you if you wanna be a little bit more symmetric, if you wanna be a little bit more balanced, this is what I'm gonna suggest."

Yeah. [00:18:00] "Is it necessary? Do you need it? Are you gonna die without it? No." Like, and I think sometimes too, that brings down like, "Okay, she's not, she's not telling me I'm ugly or like I need X, Y, Z [00:18:10] because like I'm so- Right ... asymmetric." Like, she's telling me because I could be a little bit more balanced and if I wanna be, great.

[00:18:16] Music: Yeah.

[00:18:16] Nicole: And I, I kind of lead it that way so that they don't feel like [00:18:20] you're just like, "You know, it's terrible. You need this." Like, it's all about how you present it to them and the way you educate them on it.

[00:18:26] Jon: Yeah. Yeah. One thing I'm really happy about that I haven't been [00:18:30] hearing lately, and maybe, you know, you can clar- or, uh, tell me your side of this, but-

[00:18:35] Nicole: Mm-hmm

[00:18:35] Jon: there's, there was a lot of Juvederm bashing for- Yes ... a while. Yeah. Mm-hmm. And I haven't been hearing [00:18:40] it, you know- Much of it, yeah ... lately. I hope I'm not gonna manifest it right now, but- I know. Um, but it's been really nice-

[00:18:46] Nicole: Yeah ...

[00:18:46] Jon: like not to deal with that. I think we're getting to the point where we know it's [00:18:50] all about injection technique.

[00:18:51] Music: Mm-hmm.

[00:18:53] Jon: Knowing, you know, look, assessing the patient's anatomy- Mm-hmm ... looking at their lips, you know, looking at their face, and really [00:19:00] deciding how much they need, when is enough-

[00:19:02] Nicole: Right ...

[00:19:03] Jon: you know, or, you know, when do we need to say no?

[00:19:05] Nicole: Yep.

[00:19:06] Jon: It's really

[00:19:06] Nicole: important. And I think, I think even, like, [00:19:10] cleansing tech- like, I feel like there's so much more training now.

Now we know you gotta double cleanse every area. Like-

[00:19:16] Jon: Yes ...

[00:19:17] Nicole: also, you have gloves on, but you [00:19:20] have the gloves on, and then maybe you massaged their lip. You had your finger inside their mouth, and then you're using the same glove to continue injecting. Like, like-

[00:19:27] Jon: Well, and think about training, Nicole. Like, we're injecting- [00:19:30] Mm-hmm

but then we're also using our glove- Touching, yep ... and we're pointing and touching, and then I'm always re-wiping.

[00:19:34] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:19:34] Jon: You know? And then it's like getting rid of my marks, but then I have to re-

[00:19:37] Nicole: Right,

[00:19:37] Jon: re-mark ... re-draw the- And then

[00:19:38] Nicole: it's like,

[00:19:38] Jon: yeah ... the whole thing. But it's, [00:19:40] cleansing this is so important. Right.

And something that people don't do- Mm-hmm ... is people that when they use those, um, you know, the white makeup pencils or whatever-

[00:19:49] Nicole: Mm-hmm ... [00:19:50]

[00:19:50] Jon: people should be wiping those pencils, like the tips- Yep ... of them, the white... You know? Mm-hmm. Because you're touching every patient with them. How many

[00:19:56] Nicole: people? Right, yep.

[00:19:58] Jon: Yeah.

It's... So I have my medical assistant [00:20:00] do that now.

[00:20:00] Nicole: Yep. You gotta wipe or you gotta sharpen it, yep.

[00:20:02] Jon: Yep. Mm-hmm.

[00:20:03] Nicole: You can't, you can't just use the same pencil over and over- Yeah ... without cleaning it. But- But you kind of forget ... this is what people do, right? And this is what people do. And like, [00:20:10] you know, I, I think people go straight to blaming the filler because they wanna blame something.

And this is something I tell all my girls in my practice, like, "When a patient complains, like, you are to consider [00:20:20] yourself the problem first." Like, you're never- 100%, you have to ... you are, you are never gonna be like, "Oh, well, what did you do after?" The patient's lack of accountability. Yeah. Like, "What, what did, what did you do after?

Did you go to the gym? Did you..." Like, let's step back, really [00:20:30] evaluate the situation. Could

[00:20:30] Jon: we be the problem?

[00:20:31] Nicole: Right. And if it is- And like, was there something I could have done better? Like- Yeah ... you know? And like, you don't have to say that to the patient, but like, do not, you do not get reactive [00:20:40] right away.

Like, you do not get defensive. Like, you have to really... That's what you're here for. You're here to make sure your patient's outcomes are great, and it, and when you do have an adverse event, that you [00:20:50] take care of them. And, and- 100% ... it's your job to figure out why it happened, you know? Yeah. Um, and did it...

Was it because they went into the sauna and sweat their butt off right after injections? Maybe. But like-

[00:20:57] Jon: Or they went in- into their car and reapplied [00:21:00] their makeup with their dirty makeup brush. Right, with,

[00:21:01] Nicole: with an old brush, right. Right. Or

[00:21:02] Jon: put on their old lip gloss even though we tell them not to, you know?

[00:21:05] Nicole: Right. But like, I think it's always good to be evaluating, too, like, "Is there something I could have done better?" 100%. Even if it [00:21:10] was in the way that I educated aftercare, you know? Like-

[00:21:12] Jon: Yeah. No, I totally get it. Is there anything else that you're seeing? Oh, one very interesting thing in Buffalo- Mm-hmm ... that I was told, you [00:21:20] know, is that what they think...

One of the reasons why they think that their filler numbers have been less is because- Mm-hmm ... patients have been going to Canada, in [00:21:30] Buffalo, over the border because they can get Juvederm for $425 a syringe instead of 700 to $1,000 a syringe.

[00:21:37] Nicole: So that's- Is it real Juvederm?

[00:21:39] Jon: I don't [00:21:40] know, but- ... th- they're getting it for much cheaper, and people Unfortunately sometimes want the cheaper option

[00:21:46] Nicole: Yeah

[00:21:47] Jon: Um, so that's really interesting.

I [00:21:50] didn't know that.

[00:21:50] Nicole: Yeah. Huh. Um, uh, you know, it's funny when, when people bring up cost, I think I- we're one of the top. We have so [00:22:00] many Alipay transactions.

[00:22:01] Jon: Oh my God.

[00:22:02] Nicole: Um- So

[00:22:02] Jon: do we ...

[00:22:02] Nicole: right? Like, it's like when, when a cus- w- if, if a patient were to tell me that, like, "Oh, well I could go across the border and get it for [00:22:10] f- for

[00:22:11] Jon: $450" Go ahead

[00:22:11] Nicole: I, I would... Well, and I would be honest with them. I'd be like, "Okay, do you know if this person's, one, is, is licensed?"

[00:22:17] Jon: Yep.

[00:22:17] Nicole: Two, do we know the product's legit, right? They could [00:22:20] be advertising anything, but do you know that that's actually what you're getting? Are they giving you a lot number? Are you seeing the packaging?

Um, because another thing we hear all the time is, is the black [00:22:30] market stuff that people are getting, you know, online that's fake. Who knows where it's from? Oh. Who knows where it was made? Um, like just because it's cheaper doesn't always mean it's [00:22:40] better. And at the end of the day, it is your face and it is your health.

And is that $400 that you would save that, with that trip to Canada worth potential adverse [00:22:50] events, you know?

[00:22:50] Jon: Right. And people also are getting their peptides now- Mm-hmm ... on the gray market or bla- whatever. Mm-hmm. And they, they don't know what's in there.

[00:22:57] Nicole: Right.

[00:22:57] Jon: And, and I think we're slowly finding out [00:23:00] that there's actually some people that are receiving just saline in there- Mm-hmm

or just- Or

[00:23:05] Nicole: dan- something dangerous ...

[00:23:06] Jon: or something dangerous. Yeah. And they're getting a placebo effect- Yep, yep ... because of [00:23:10] it. And it's out there, guys. Mm-hmm. So just be very careful where you, you know, seek out your wellness-

[00:23:16] Nicole: Right ...

[00:23:16] Jon: medications. Yeah. And, you know- [00:23:20] me and Nicole will be doing it down the road, you already have-

[00:23:22] Nicole: Mm-hmm

[00:23:22] Jon: wellness at your office, which is great. Yep. And to go to a reputable practitioner- Yeah ... or doctor or whate- whatever [00:23:30] is very important.

[00:23:31] Nicole: Mm-hmm. And if, if you're a provider listening and, like, you do have patients that bring up cost issues, like, I think an important conversation to [00:23:40] have- It happens everywhere though, right?

Right. Yeah, yeah. And I, and I think an important, like, conversation for you to feel comfortable having is, is financing. Like- Yeah ... have options for your patients, whether it's [00:23:50] CareCredit, Cherry. Alley pays one I love because they do take a lot of the burden of those-

[00:23:55] Jon: Those

[00:23:55] Nicole: fees off of the- ... percentage costs, the fees off of us- Yeah

off of providers. So I do love that. Um, [00:24:00] and-

[00:24:01] Jon: And there's no hit to people's credit score

[00:24:03] Nicole: Their... Right, their credit score. Like, it's a zer- it's a har- a non-hard credit check, right? What do they call it? It's soft. Soft credit check. Yeah, soft credit check. Non-hard.

[00:24:08] Jon: A [00:24:10]

[00:24:10] Nicole: non, non-hard... I've had a long day.

[00:24:12] Jon: I love you.

It's a soft serve ice cream credit check.

[00:24:18] Nicole: Oh my God.

[00:24:19] Jon: I [00:24:20]

[00:24:20] Nicole: can't. But, like, so it doesn't hurt their credit, and, like, they could pay it 0% most of the time over, over- Six

[00:24:26] Jon: months to a year Yeah. So like- And then they could pay it off sooner if they want ...

[00:24:29] Nicole: [00:24:30] and they don't have to take that trip to Canada, and they can rest assured- Correct

that they're in good hands.

[00:24:34] Jon: And they can girl math it every day- Exactly ... using Alley Pay.

[00:24:37] Nicole: Yep. Yeah. Exactly.

[00:24:38] Jon: Yep, exactly. [00:24:40] Um, something exciting coming up is Juvederm Day.

[00:24:42] Nicole: Yes, yes. It's in August. I'm waiting for a video to go live. Where's our video?

[00:24:46] Jon: Oh my God, guys, watch out for it, so exciting. [00:24:50] Uh, me and Nicole made an Alley video at Modern Beautycon, and, uh, apparently it's really good.

Yeah. So can't wait to watch it. Um-

[00:24:55] Nicole: Came

[00:24:55] Jon: out really

[00:24:56] Nicole: cute ...

[00:24:56] Jon: but it's a $75 gift card. You purchase- Mm-hmm ... a $75 gift [00:25:00] card. You get a $75 gift card free, and this is only through Alley. Yep. So if you are a Juvederm lover, if you receive filler from either me or Nicole or any practice that carries Juvederm, [00:25:10] purchase this gift card.

It's great. Yeah. And you can also gift it to someone- Mm-hmm ... which is really cool.

[00:25:14] Nicole: And providers listening too, like, we usually do something, whether it's a match or, like, something that we offer the [00:25:20] patients with those gift cards. It's great to get you busier, you know? Mm-hmm. Alley's giving away free money, so it- it's patients- Yeah

that have this free money, they need to spend it somewhere, so do [00:25:30] something to get those people in the door, especially if you're feeling a little bit slower right now, you know, with the summer months.

[00:25:34] Jon: And their double points is, are back.

[00:25:36] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:25:37] Jon: Right?

[00:25:37] Nicole: Yep.

[00:25:38] Jon: Yeah. Yep. That's really exciting. So I think it's [00:25:40] double points from- Is it August 19th or 17th?

Yes.

[00:25:44] Nicole: I don't know. It's like, it's either after or right around that, that launch- Yeah ... they're gonna do the double points. So when a patient comes in and gets [00:25:50] treated- Mm-hmm ... they get double points on the treatment too.

[00:25:51] Jon: And it goes through August 31st, right?

[00:25:53] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:25:54] Jon: Yeah. So real exciting.

[00:25:55] Nicole: Yeah.

[00:25:56] Jon: Yeah.

[00:25:56] Nicole: Yeah, so

[00:25:57] Jon: that's coming up.

So a lot of, a lot of fun things. I, I re- [00:26:00] literally love Alle. I, I think that, like, there's a practice I was at today. Mm-hmm. They are, um, they do spine and wellness, so they do a lot of- Oh ... um, [00:26:10] uh, therapeutic Botox. Mm-hmm. Botox therapeutics, so they get it through the therapeutic side of Allergan Aesthetics- Mm-hmm

which is great, right? Um, but they're, you know, starting to [00:26:20] do more of- Get into the

[00:26:21] Nicole: cosmetic ...

[00:26:21] Jon: cosmetics. So, you know, they learned all about Alle today- Mm-hmm ... and they're like, "Oh my God. Like, we're gonna start obviously purchasing, you know, [00:26:30] our Botox through you guys for the cosmetic side." Right. "So that way, you know, people can use Alle."

[00:26:35] Nicole: And if, if you're a patient listening and you don't know what Alle is, it's basically an app that you sign up for [00:26:40] that builds rewards. So every treatment you get, I believe, like, every Botox treatment is $20. 20. And then depending on how much filler you get, it could be beyond that. So you could, you just basically [00:26:50] build points.

So every time you come in, you either, you either have like 20, 40, 60, $100 off your treatment. Yeah. Uh, which is great. We love free money. Again, girl math.

[00:26:58] Jon: Yeah. Yeah, so [00:27:00] say you get three syringes of filler in your Botox, right? That's $60 worth of filler that you- Mm-hmm ... and then $20 of Botox, so you earn $80.

[00:27:08] Nicole: So next time you come get treated, you have [00:27:10] $80 to spend.

[00:27:10] Jon: Yes, and you can use it at your next Botox treatment. That's basically, what? Seven, eight units for free of Botox? Yeah. It's pretty amazing.

[00:27:17] Nicole: That's great.

[00:27:18] Jon: Yep. That's half an Nefertiti neck lift.

[00:27:19] Nicole: Yeah. [00:27:20] There you go.

[00:27:22] Jon: That's, that's how I look at it.

[00:27:24] Nicole: Sean, you know, we, we talked so much about Moxie earlier, we forgot to mention something else super exciting with our [00:27:30] partnership with Moxie.

[00:27:32] Jon: Oh my God, yes. Go ahead.

[00:27:33] Nicole: We're gonna be doing two conferences next year.

[00:27:36] Jon: Yes, we are.

[00:27:38] Nicole: So- In partnership with

[00:27:38] Jon: Moxie, right?

[00:27:39] Nicole: [00:27:40] Yep. So our, our trip to Modern Beauty Con as a podcast went so well. We had, we had so many good episodes and so many people coming up to us, and, uh, we really wanna- It was so fun ... do more of that.

So Moxie [00:27:50] is so kind to be taking us to two conferences next year.

[00:27:53] Jon: Yep.

[00:27:53] Nicole: Um, so we need to pick those. So you guys tell us which ones you wanna see us at.

[00:27:57] Jon: Yes. So can you please, please, [00:28:00] if this becomes a reel, to Joey- Yeah. ... our editor, um, could you please post this to Instagram? And in the comment section, put in the conferences that you wanna see us at.

Yeah. We obviously love [00:28:10] going to AMSPA. Mm-hmm. We love Modern Beauty Con. You know, Aesthetic Extender is wonderful. Um, I know there's this... I've yet to go to Aesthetic Next. Um- Same ... I know that's a popular one. But-

[00:28:19] Nicole: Yep ...

[00:28:19] Jon: please [00:28:20] put in the comment section, message us what conferences you wanna see us at.

[00:28:23] Nicole: Yeah.

I'm so, I'm so excited for that. I loved Modern Beauty Con. Like, I loved- Yeah ... meeting all of you guys, and, like, being able to [00:28:30] do some of the episodes that with, you know, people that we wouldn't normally be able to do 'cause they're so busy. But we were able to grab them for 30 minutes and, and do an episode, you know?

[00:28:37] Jon: Oh, it was so cool. So

[00:28:39] Nicole: fun.

[00:28:39] Jon: So fun. [00:28:40] And we wanted to interview so many more people.

[00:28:41] Nicole: Mm-hmm.

[00:28:42] Jon: But let me tell you- It's hard ... Johnny and Nicole were drained-ah, drained-ah.

[00:28:48] Nicole: Drained is an understatement [00:28:50]

[00:28:50] Jon: And trying to l- Trying to, you know, go to some of these lectures, too, in between, you know, and learn.

[00:28:56] Nicole: Yeah. So- I think next time we have to, we have to [00:29:00] Take more

[00:29:00] Jon: Advil?

[00:29:01] Nicole: Well, that. Also not have so many sugary drinks the night before. The bar always gets us. It always gets

[00:29:08] Jon: us. I can't help it. I can't help it. [00:29:10]

[00:29:10] Nicole: No. Um, we need to like not attend- Mm-hmm ... and do the podcast. Yes. Yes, yes, yes. That was a lot. That was a lot. That was a lot. 'Cause we were, we were trying to like go to lectures, and then come [00:29:20] back and film, and then it w- it was a lot.

There was a lot going on.

[00:29:23] Jon: I agree.

[00:29:23] Nicole: But we... I know we both love to learn, so it's really hard.

[00:29:26] Jon: We do, and we love people, and we love to socialize. Yeah. And sometimes we're Chatty Cathys, and [00:29:30] we can't help it. Yeah.

[00:29:31] Nicole: But that was a chat. I was like, I came home, and I was like, "I just need to sit in silence."

[00:29:35] Jon: Oh, I know.

Yep, eating our McDonald's that we DoorDashed. Yeah. [00:29:40] Oh my God.

[00:29:41] Nicole: Oh, me and John in bed that night. We just DoorDashed McDonald's. I

[00:29:44] Jon: can't.

[00:29:44] Nicole: And we sat in silence for the

[00:29:48] Jon: most part. We did. Sat in silence, and I think at one point we looked at each other, and we're like, [00:29:50] "This is pitiful. This is pitiful." "Is this what life has gone to?"

[00:29:54] Nicole: Oh my gosh, sharing a bed, eating McDonald's.

[00:29:58] Jon: Oh my God.

[00:29:59] Nicole: Honestly, [00:30:00] one of the best nights of my life.

[00:30:01] Jon: Oh my God. So fun. So fun.

[00:30:03] Nicole: But it went so well, so we're so excited to do it again. Yes. And I- it is really... I... You guys, like we love [00:30:10] meeting you guys too.

[00:30:11] Jon: It's so cool, and uh, I don't even know. I feel like doing this podcast too is like, it's also helped our public speaking.

Oh, yeah. It's helped us- Mm-hmm ... get [00:30:20] out of our comfort zone, and-

[00:30:21] Nicole: Mm-hmm ...

[00:30:21] Jon: you know, now we're, after a busy day, we're just running on quick and doing an episode.

[00:30:25] Nicole: Yep.

[00:30:26] Jon: And before we would ge- be so nervous- ... and we'd have to wear a cute outfit, and make sure our [00:30:30] skin was perfect, hair is perfect. Have

[00:30:31] Nicole: makeup on, and-

[00:30:32] Jon: Yep

[00:30:32] Nicole: have an outline. Oh my gosh. And now we're like, "Let's just hop on and chat."

[00:30:35] Jon: Let's just hop on. Let's do a little quick... Yeah, it's great. It's great.

[00:30:39] Nicole: Oh. So. [00:30:40] And yeah, no, it's, it's very exci- And we're just very excited to have a partner like Moxie now. You know, we started this as just me, and John, and our editor Joey, and, and um, it's fun to see how far it's, it's gone, and now we have a [00:30:50] partner, and-

[00:30:51] Jon: And it's cool that not, uh, not just injectors are wa- are listening.

Mm-hmm. It's also patients. Patients,

[00:30:56] Nicole: yep.

[00:30:57] Jon: I mean, I could, I cannot get over how many of our [00:31:00] patients listen, and- Mm-hmm ... they actually learn so much about these treatments from what we talk about. Yeah. So when they come in, it's like, "Oh, no, no, I'm already well-versed. You talked about it, you and Nicole, you know, [00:31:10] throughout your whole entire, this episode, and I'm good.

Go right ahead and start." Yep. I'm like, "Well, I need to talk about it one more time just to make sure."

[00:31:16] Nicole: Yeah, I need to tell you in person.

[00:31:18] Jon: Yes, because it's not a cookie cutter treatment. [00:31:20] Everyone's different. Um, but no, it's been so, just so great. Yeah. It d- never anticipated this-

[00:31:28] Nicole: No ...

[00:31:28] Jon: I'll tell you that.

[00:31:28] Nicole: Nope.

Nope. Yeah. [00:31:30] And I'm glad we stayed consistent. You know, this is, this

[00:31:33] Jon: is - It's a

[00:31:33] Nicole: lot of work ... again, it's a lot of work, and like, you know, people always ask us, like, uh, before we had Moxie, like, people were like, "Oh, do you guys, [00:31:40] like, have sponsorships?" I'm like, "No, me and John pay to make this podcast." We

[00:31:43] Music: do.

[00:31:44] Nicole: This is like- It's, yeah

our side hustle. Like, and, um, it is hard to, you know, find time. Like, it's, [00:31:50] it's 9:30 PM right now, and me and John are sitting down after a long day-

[00:31:54] Jon: Yeah ...

[00:31:54] Nicole: filming the episode, and I'm just, I'm glad that me and you have stayed consistent because it's- Me too ... so worth it. And we've met so many people, [00:32:00] and-

[00:32:00] Jon: Yes

[00:32:00] Nicole: we've learned so much, too, and like you said, it, it's grown us. So it's just been really cool.

[00:32:04] Jon: It really has. It's good. Um, guys, great episode. Mm-hmm. Love you guys. [00:32:10] I hope you're killing it this summer. If you guys are a little slow, do not fret.

[00:32:14] Nicole: Yep.

[00:32:15] Jon: Summertime- '

[00:32:15] Nicole: Cause I'm slow right now, okay?

[00:32:16] Jon: Listen, no, and summertime is a, a slower time.

People are on [00:32:20] vacations.

[00:32:20] Nicole: Yep.

[00:32:21] Jon: They're out and about. They're in the sun. So, you know, they're not doing all the aesthetic treatments that they were doing all year round. So- Yep ... don't fret. Don't fret. Fall is coming, and- I

[00:32:29] Nicole: [00:32:30] had four cancellations- We're good ... today. It's okay.

[00:32:31] Jon: Yeah, listen, if it's a sunny day, I automatically s- Yep

I look at my schedule, I'm like, "Who's not coming?"

[00:32:36] Nicole: Yep. Like, who's not coming?

[00:32:36] Jon: They're

[00:32:36] Nicole: going to the beach. They're going to the beach.

[00:32:37] Jon: Yes. Yeah. And, uh, [00:32:40] use this time wisely for practice owners, and even just injectors period. Like-

[00:32:44] Nicole: Mm-hmm ...

[00:32:44] Jon: if you're slow, use this time to build your social media. Yep. If you're a practice owner, use this time to build your [00:32:50] protocols, to do everything in the background so that way when it's busy season, you can just focus on the patients and not all the ad- admin things that you have to do.

[00:32:58] Nicole: Right. Yep, and join [00:33:00] that, the Scale Society, uh, Challenge.

[00:33:03] Jon: Join the Scale Society Challenge. There's- That'll get you prepped ... three more challenges to go. So if you're listening and you already completed challenge [00:33:10] one, good for you. Yes. So proud of you. Good job. Um, but either way, if you don't wanna do it, join Scale Society period.

There's just- Yep ... so many free webinars and so many opportunities to connect- Mm-hmm ... [00:33:20] and, um, meet other inj- injectors in the industry and learn from each other.

[00:33:23] Nicole: Yep.

[00:33:24] Jon: Yep. Bye. So all right, guys.

[00:33:26] Nicole: Bye, guys.

[00:33:27] Jon: We love you. Yes. And thanks for tuning in to this week's [00:33:30] episode of the Fill Me In pod. Till next time.

[00:33:33] Nicole: [00:33:40] Bye.
