Welcome back to another episode of the Film and Pod where we dive deeper into the world of aesthetics. I'm Ma Injector John,

and I'm aesthetic Nurse Nicole.

Welcome guys.

Yes, welcome back.

Hope you had a great week. I'm ready for spring.

I was gonna say we're almost there.

Syracuse, New York. We're

almost there

is full of snow, which is currently melting, but we we're supposed to get more,

you guys got like over five feet.

Literally. Yes. It's been wonderful. Mm-hmm.  And let me tell you, patients are not canceling. I'm sure they Botox appointments. Oh, I'm sure. I'm, they'll drive. I'm like, you're risking your life. Yeah. To come in here. And they're like, yes I am. And I don't care.

But you know what? You guys are used to it up there.

At least we are. Yeah, I know.

It's so true. If you're not, if you're living here and you're bitching about Yeah. You know, driving, it's like, what are you doing here? Then move to Florida.

We already knew this. Yes, we, we did pretty good. We only got a few inches so far this year, so.

Do you guys panic down there though when there's like two or three inches or is it like it think, it kind

of depends on the area that you live in because Okay.

More, there's certain areas in New Jersey they got more snow than others, so it Okay. Yeah, it definitely depends on the area you're from. Oh my God, we're, where I live, we're kind of like, whatever, we'll still come to work and all that, but you know, we, we do a patients cancel unlike you.

I know. Like there's a few like, you know, which I get like we don't, yeah.

We don't penalize for people that No, of course,

of course. Especially for weather. Yeah. No,

not at all. Yeah. But what are we talking about today, Nicole?

Today? I thought it'd be fun if we did something a little less serious. Okay. Yeah.

Alright. Beautiful.

Even though it's gonna be like a serious topic, we could just kind of like chat about it and give our thoughts on it.

Mm-hmm. Um, I don't know if you follow Zachary Lutz, he's a pa. I

do.

Uh, yeah. And he just recently

actually, because he posted this amazing Yes. Video. Yes. A reel. And I'm like, wow. He came up on like the for you, and I'm like, Ooh.

Yeah. Yeah. His, so his, um, his Instagram handle is  the_pa.pa, I think. Mm-hmm. We'll, we'll put it up on the screen.

Yeah. But he posted a great reel, basically just saying, you know.  Even though we all have a good amount of following mm-hmm. We're not influencers, you know? Right. At the end of the day, we're medical providers and we need to make sure that we are providing accurate and evidence-based. Exactly. Information.

Information and mm-hmm. Instead of like what we're seeing online currently, is this the fear mongering, the hooks, the clickbait, click bait.

Yep.

All these things that are mis and bullying, educating and misinforming. Yep. Our, our mm-hmm. Clients and. Bullying, bullying, other providers. Mm-hmm. Um, especially providers that are doing research within our community and oh

my God,

might be.

Posting about things that you haven't seen yet because it's new. Mm-hmm. And they are trialing it and, and researching it. Mm-hmm. And, and, um, you know, those people are getting bashed and it's, it's, mm-hmm. It takes away the credibility of our medical field.

Yeah. It completely undermines the cred, credibility of the, of the field.

Right. You know, and I always tell, you know, tell people, especially like new injectors coming into it, you know, patients don't wanna hear you talking negatively about other providers. If they do, it's a red flag. Mm-hmm. You know, and you know, they want. They want to hear about what treatments are best for them.

They wanna hear the science behind, you know? Right. What you're doing. The why behind the injection. They, the, the appointment is about them. Right. Right. So, and I always say like, you know, with my patients, the minute I hear, you know, something, I just, la la la la la. Mm-hmm. I try not to even. Like I might hear it, but it goes in one ear out the other.

Exactly. Yep. 'cause we're focusing on what we're doing at that moment.

Yep. The patient, their result, and their safety. Yeah, that's a hundred

percent. Ultimately all that

matters.

Yeah. And I feel like, you know, some people, you know, and this might not be, I. Fully the reason, you know, um, but I feel like some people are doing the click clickbait things.

Mm-hmm. Um, and all of that just to get more followers Yep. And things like that. And I get it, like social media is hard. Mm-hmm. You know, like, and I get like wanting to gain your following and all of that. And there's a lot of hard work that goes into it. But I think it's important that we all stay true to ourselves and we.

Uh, post our passions and, um, I think that's what attracts people.

Yeah. And, and to keep the education alive. You know? I think education, yes. So important.

Yeah.

Yeah. Mm-hmm. You can't just because you saw one thing go viral on TikTok, be like, I'm gonna do that too. Or I'm, you know? Yeah. You have to do your own research and you have to make sure it's what's right for your patients.

Mm-hmm. And especially  specific patients. Not everything is cookie cutter, you know? Mm-hmm. You can't do everything the same. So it's so important to do your trainings. And that's the other thing too, is. Patients love to see you continuing your education.

A hundred percent

conferences and mm-hmm. Classes and all that.

I mean, we did what mm-hmm. Like 13 last year. Mm-hmm.

Well, literally so many. Yeah. And, um, you know, and obviously we're tired. Mm-hmm.  But like we, we do it for a reason and it's to bring the best and safest. The most efficacious and safest techniques to our patients. Right. And

I really do think networking is so important.

It

is.

Because if you talk to me  four or five years ago, when I was a couple years into this field mm-hmm. You know, where I worked, I was just kind of like sheltered. You know, we didn't get to go to conferences a lot. We didn't get to go to classes or meet new people. And it's how you learn.  And it's how you see new things and it's how you learn new techniques and learn new research.

You have to be out there networking. If you're not yes, you're, you're not gonna grow

and don't you leave feeling so inspired. So

inspired. Yeah. 'cause

you wanna, you're seeing everybody else and their, their aspirations, their passions and like their excitement. And you're like, I want to go back home and I wanna do like.

10 times more than what I'm doing. Literally. Yeah. We're, we're already on

e and we wanna do more. And

if you're ever feeling complacent, go to a conference and then come back. Mm-hmm. Because when the minute you go to a conference, you're like, oh my God. Yep. It it's like you come back thinking, oh my God, I have so much work to do.

The girls, you know,

the girls hate it. I go to a conference and I come back and it's like 15 minutes, oh, here we go. 15 minute rule. We got 24 hour rule we're doing, everything's changing. We're.  They're like, oh God, here goes the call again.

Oh God. I know.

But there's, there's so many things you can learn about running your business.

That's true. And you know, and at the end of the day too, our business, it's, it's also customer service and it's making sure that there's patient satisfaction and there's so many things that you can learn from other practices and other providers on that too.

It's all about the, all about the patient. Yeah.

Um, I mean, I always tell my staff too, I mean, people are spending money mm-hmm. To come to us. Right. And it's also they're paying to be vulnerable Yes. As well. Yeah. Which. That takes a lot, you know, and if they're doing that, it's like we have to give them the satisfaction. Right? Absolutely. And the time.

Absolutely. But what I was gonna say, and, and this really stuck with me, um, Erica Berry, she, in one of her lectures, she posted that people that are competing, like the, uh, providers that are competing. They're the ones that are, that are at the bottom. Yep. The people that are succeeding mm-hmm. Are collaborating together at the top, and that's something really to remember.

Don't you think

snaps for that? Yes. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Because the second you start a competition

mm-hmm.

Or feeling like you're in a competition.

Mm-hmm.

It's. No, you're only hurting yourself. Right? The only thing you should be focused on is yourself, your growth. Mm-hmm. And especially your educational growth.

You know?

Yeah. I think that that, I think that's like the biggest piece of advice I could give any, um, person who's trying to make it on social media, right? Mm-hmm. Who is a provider, right? And I think just stay organically. You, yes. Focus on you. Um, don't look at anybody else's social medias, just. Make your list of topics you want to talk about that week.

Right. Which is what me and Nicole do. Mm-hmm. And then you do those reels, you post them, you hope they do well. Right. Um, you engage with other people. I always say go on and, and comment on other people's. Mm-hmm. Um, create a

community, right? Yeah. Create a community.

Mm-hmm. And, um, also respond to your comments on your  post.

So important, which I'm still working. I'm still working on. Um, but it's like sometimes you like see it and you're like, oh my God. Such nice things or Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're like, I'll get back to them. And then it's a week later you're like, yeah, you

like it and you forget. Yeah, yeah. No, it's so true. Then a week goes by and you're like, oh, it's weird if I comment back now.

Yeah, I know.

But I think it does. It means something. No,

it does. It absolutely does. And it's this sense of the community, you know? Yeah. But I do think, I think it's fine to have role models and people that you want to mm-hmm. Emulate and look like, and, and perceive. How people perceive you as, but you have to stay true to yourself.

Do and do. That's something that I feel like in the past, maybe since after Covid, like I feel like in the past a year or so, like having that authenticity with your patients

mm-hmm.

Has been so important. Mm-hmm. Because they, they look for it and they can tell when you're being fake or you're trying to sell something.

You know, they can tell when you're being authentic. Mm-hmm. And true. And when you're not, and when they feel like they're being pushed out the door or pushed for a sale, you know? Mm-hmm. It's just so important to. To give them the treatments 'cause they need the treatments. Mm-hmm. And educate them as to why they need the treatments.

You know? So true Nicole.

So true.

Hey guys, just popping in. If you're enjoying our podcast, please subscribe and don't forget to follow us on Instagram injector John and Aesthetic Nurse Call.

Um, and I always tell my staff like to treat my patients the way that I would treat them. Mm-hmm. Right? I think that's so huge.

And obviously Nicole, you own a practice. I own a practice. We built our brand and we've worked so hard. To build it where it is. Mm-hmm. And you know, and our patients come first. Right. You know, they become our family. Right. Yeah. Um, it's so true,

so true. Look at all my baby shower gifts. I haven't even had my baby shower yet.

Oh my

God, Nicole. It's so cute. People

literally make me cry like three times a day. Oh yeah. Yeah.

And she's already hormonal folks. Yeah. Please.

No, but I, we say it all the time to our staff too, like, you know, we're, we're ranked top one 50 in the United States. Oh,

that's amazing, Nicole. Good for you. Ah, thank

you.

And I know you're like top two 50, aren't you?

Very close, very close.

Very close. We'll give it to you, but you know. When a patient walks in here, they should feel that and they should feel it. They should, they should feel it from everyone, not just their provider. You know? It's, it's the whole experience.

It's so true. We were top 10 in New York state last year. Yes. Uh, which is great. And we were top five. No, we were top two 50 last year. Yeah. Amazing. Um, yeah. Yeah. So it's great. Yeah. And we're very humbled by it, and so blessed every day. Of course. Always.

Yep. No, always. Mm-hmm. But patients see that, and that matters to them too, you know?

Mm-hmm.

Um, but I think, like, you know.  One thing that you touched base on that you wanted to talk about today right, is like being a boss. Mm-hmm. It is not, it's not easy.

No.

It's really not. Especially if you're a provider. Yeah. Like, you know, we're not trained to be bosses, you know, and I think, you know,  that's where the leadership comes into play.

Mm-hmm. And it's hard to separate it a little bit and it's hard to deal with the problems. Absolutely. Absolutely. I think, you know, um, and we

work with these people. Every day. Yeah. You know, every day  we, you, you do always say you shouldn't be too friendly if you're the boss, but like, yes, this, they're my family, they're my friends.

They are. Yep. You know, it's just that you have to have a boundary. Mm-hmm. But I think especially coming up on two years in business, it's like you learn that with time. Mm-hmm. On how, how to kind of create those boundaries. But you still have. You know, the friendships and,

and you do it in a loving way.

Exactly. Yep. You know, it's, and I always tell all my staff, I know you do too. I'm like, I'm here to build you up. Mm-hmm. You know, I, you know, we were top 10 in New York state last year. Like, I hold you guys to a standard. Right. You know, and I want you guys up here if I'm ever coming across like I'm disappointed or whatever.

It's not that I'm mad at you, it's just because I hold you to that standard and I want us to be up here. You know? Exactly. Like for you, like you're, it's like for you, you say we're exhibit. Mm-hmm. I say we're toxin pal. Like, you know what I mean? And I just. Want to be the best, you know, for this area. Right.

You know,

and we only grow if they grow, you know? Exactly. The second you start to stunt their growth and performance a hundred percent. That's when everything goes downhill

and we wanna be role models for them. Mm-hmm. I think that's the biggest thing.

Absolutely. Absolutely. Mm-hmm. So that's again, going back to the conferences and, and all that.

Mm-hmm. And how you  kind of portray yourself on social media is huge too.

Oh my God.

I can't even tell you,

Nicole, the professional, like you have if it's your professional account. Yes. Stay professional. Yes. And make it educational. You can be funny. Mm-hmm. You know, like, and, and

post your personal stuff here and there.

Yeah. Show your

personality. But like,

yeah. It, it gets crazy out there. It

does. It does. Yes. And I, I think what we're trying to say is, is that we want our patients to, um, look at us profess as a, as a, you know, professionally. Professionally. Exactly, exactly. In a respectful way. Yes, yes. And if we're not looking professional or respectful on social media, right.

They're not, they're not gonna take us seriously. And

I think we talked about this with, um,

Michelle or Melissa Giordano, right? Yes. Yes.

Like.  You wanna have enough fun stuff on there, but you don't want it to be just jokes and just dance and all of that, you know, like mm-hmm. It's gotta be a good mixture of the two.

Yeah. I'm not gonna lie. Like I had my dancing days, you know? Yeah, we all did. And that's, we all did. And I, but I still put in educational content with it, and that's what I'm saying before is like, you can mix it, just don't do just.  It's okay to have a

personality. Exactly. Like we all have to, we all right.

That's what people

gravitate to. Right. I feel like our patients too, I mean, when they come in, they're like, I just, I just feel like I know you already. Right. Yeah. You know? Yeah. And that's what

you want. Exactly. It's what's so

special about it.

They feel like they already have a relationship with you. They feel comfortable with you.

I think that's a big thing too, is patients kind of  view this field as like almost scary for them to come in and, and mm-hmm. You're gonna tear them apart and you're gonna. Tell them they need all this work or mm-hmm. They look horrible, you know, but, right. Which in some places they walk into, that might happen because they're more for the sales and the, the money and all of that.

Mm-hmm. I know when you walk into toxin, pout, or exhibit like,  we make you feel comfortable. We make sure that none of that feels that way. Mm-hmm. We're still gonna give you a very thorough assessment and Oh yeah. And show you what's happening, but. We're gonna give it to you in an educational way and, and show you why you're aging and how it's happened, why it's happened, and how we can help slowly reverse it.

You

know, and so it's not like, Ugh, you have such crepey skin.

Oh no. Oh my God. What, what

happened to you?

And also like setting like realistic expectations from the start, you know? Right. Mm-hmm. Not over promising. I think that's something that, you know, we all, as new providers do in this field, you know, it's like, you, you wanna, you're, we're people pleasers, right?

I feel like some of us at heart, you know, and, and we wanna please them, but we can't, like you have to. You have to be real from the get go. Right. And say whether or not we can make, achieve their goals. Right. Absolutely. And that and that if they're gonna align with us, you know,

and like you said, that's like the hardest thing to learn.

Like that definitely took me two or three years to feel comfortable.

Same

telling people, you know, listen, I can do this, but it's only gonna make. Maybe a 30% difference or mm-hmm. You know, like,

like, and then maybe in a year or two it'll be 60% Right. You know, if you, if you

keep up with it. Right. Right. But you, you see these people online doing a before picture in like a dark room with like someone looking all the way up so their hollows look really deep and then the after is them like stepped back a little bit with the.

With the ring light on, they're looking directly at the camera. They have a little bit of a smirk.

The angle's different. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Like they,

you have to be so careful of looking at these before and afters. You do. And even people even use Photoshop. Like you're not, you're not just safe from angles. You know, Photoshop is a real thing too, unfortunately.

Or ai. Or ai. There's not even a real patient. Right. Oh my

God.

Yep. You gotta be so careful nowadays. Yes. So I, another, another

pet peeve is mine is providers using an AI photo. Mm-hmm. To promote themselves, like mm-hmm.  We don't look like that people. Yeah. Yeah. Like I, you know, and yeah, I, I, I don't know. I've been

very, like, I try to avoid filters at all costs.

Mm-hmm. Like all that kind of face tune, all that stuff. Sure. Because at the end of the day, we're supposed to be selling them the confidence, you know what I mean? Like, we should have the confidence too, and, you know, little lines here and there are Okay. It's okay. Right. You know, it's, it's to be expected.

Mm-hmm. But because we all see  filtered people all day long online.

Can I just tell you, I'm having a moment here because  I,

are you having your own moment?

Hold on. No, no, no. And we have to keep this on, like, I want Joey to keep this on, like I've been using this PTX serum  UHHUH for SkinCeuticals, right? Oh, yes.

Yeah,

yeah. The

neuro modulating serum. Okay. Mm-hmm. I'm like due for my Botox and like every time I've been lifting Move, wait, wait, hold on.  This is amazing.  Before when I lifted, I had creases tell everyone

what?  P, yeah.  PTs. Yeah,

so it's a peptide serum, but it's a neuro modulating peptide serum, so it helps with contraction lines, it helps to lessen them so it can really help to prolong your Botox treatments, which is really great.

Um, I think it does take about three to four weeks to see the full results of it, but I've been using it consistently now for like, almost two months and I absolutely love it. Um. But yes, you can

see, yeah, you got wiggle, but you don't have lines.

Yeah. And it helps the crow's feet a lot. Yeah. Like it's great too, like if you're a side sleeper, like I try to sleep dead like a corpse.

Mm-hmm.  And I just got that flawless face pillow.

Yes. Yep. Yeah. Which is great.

Um, but like, I, I was noticing like that I, I've always backs slept, but like lately I've been on your side, side sleeping, waking up, and I've been getting this diagonal c crease. Oh,

absolutely not.

Oh. So I'm like using this pox like, oh, like rubbing it in there.

And she's like, yeah, she's not there. Not early. She's not there. Nope. So we're good. Nope, she's not there. Um, we caught her early.

You know, it's funny you mentioned that because I've had like six people. In the past two weeks complained to me about sleep lines.

Hmm.

And, you know, I show them their before and afters and, and Nicole, where

do we see them the most?

Well, the forehead and around the eyes For sure. For sure.

And lower face. And in the Yes, you can, you can all of these lines catch 'em through and. There are some people that have a ton of lines all here in the lower mm-hmm. Like peri oral, like chin area, and they're all squiggly. Yep. And the first thing I say, you know, of course they come and they said, this really bothers me.

And I'm like, are you a stomach or a side sleeper? And they're like, mm-hmm. Oh, I shoved my face right in that pillow. And I'm like, well, that's really what it's from. Right. I, you know, and side sleeping. It could be smoking, it could be other things, but.

And they, they expect Botox to take care of it. And I'm like, listen, Botox is for the contraction of the muscle.

Mm-hmm. So it's only gonna help the lines that are caused by the contraction of the muscle. Sure. You know, these are sleep lines and it's happening because when you lay down at night, you're smushing. Look at that, all those lines together. And it unfortunately, too, just one night of not sleeping on your side or stomach isn't gonna fix it.

It's, it's No, unfortunately, a, a lifestyle change

has to be repetition over and over. Yeah. Mm-hmm.

And. The treatment stacking, like we talked about in our last episode. Mm-hmm.

Yeah.  A high intensity Erbium or Yes, a high intensity mxi, you know? Exactly,

exactly. Resurface that skin.

Oh, resurface that. Oh my god.

But so funny. Sorry, we

went off, we went off on a tangent. Sorry, everyone on a tangent

here. It was about time we did. Yeah.

Yeah. We're due for it. We're due for it.

Yes.

Uh, but no, so like we were talking about Instagram, I think it's really all about how you portray yourself. Mm-hmm. And.  You know, it's funny, our, our rep, when we first opened, we kind of came up with our mission statement and we sat down and, and I think it's so important to do those exercises and kind of write down what you wanna portray to people.

Like if you know, if, if someone's watching you, what do you want them to feel? What do you want them to hear? What do you want them to see? And, um, planning that out I think helps kind of.  You know, help you make your content or mm-hmm. Or schedule some content. Plan content. And then also what you post, like I think posting family stuff is great.

Oh, it's great. You know, I think it allows people to see that other side of you. Right. Which is really nice. Right.

Which they all wanna see, you know? Yeah. They wanna feel like they know you. So,

God, I post my dogs my three little golden doodles.

Yes. Little those SIGs are humans.

They're not little,  but they're fluffer nutters.

I love 'em. Oh, they're so

cute. They're so cute. Yeah.

But yeah, post my husband. Yeah. You know, you know, we're, you know, I post this going on vacation. Mm-hmm. Stuff like that, that, that stuff is just fun to post. Right. And it's nice to show that side.

Right. It's funny, when I go on vacation, I'm like, okay, no one's getting any.

Educational content or any, yeah. Any reposts of exhibit. It's just my vacation posts. That's it.

Yep. Yep.

Until I get back.

But I'm, but we're preaching that we're using SBF for that. Yep,

for sure. Our color science, all the things. And our, our, uh, smart, smart, active spray.

Smart, yes. Everything. Mm-hmm.

But definitely keeping it lighthearted and keeping it professional.

Mm-hmm.

I mean. Do we even have to bring up the topic of not discussing politics on your business page?

Oh, so important. But like,

and again, we all have opinions. We're all entitled to an opinion. Yeah,

yeah. However, this world is totally different now. Yeah, yeah. Like social if, and this is one thing I will say, like this is one part where I'm like, I wish we didn't have social media.

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Because I felt like years ago when we didn't have it, this was never an issue. Right Now we have social media and people are posting.  Political views and it's like, yeah. Oh yeah. This is making it so much worse.

Yeah. Yeah. And not, not everyone's fact checking and you're getting things from one person and that another.

Yeah. And you know, and it's important

for us. I mean, I, we have to remain neutral. Mm-hmm. Exactly. Yep.

Yep. At the end of the day, it's like, same thing when you worked in the er, you know, when I went in the hospital. Yeah. Like, you're not gonna refuse care to someone just because of their beliefs. Just respect everybody.

Exactly. Yep. Exactly. My

God doesn't make them a bad person who they voted for.

Right, right.

You know?

But. It could potentially hurt your business.

Yeah. Hundred percent. If you,

if you're on there, on your business profile mm-hmm. Discussing, discussing politics, you know,

what do they always say in family functions?

Don't discuss politics or religion. Yes,

yes. Yeah. Religion or ex exes, right?

Oh, yeah.  Although, although we're like, we are like the gateway in our, our rooms for everything. Are we? Oh yeah. We're the therapists

and, and we are. I am here for all of it. I really am. I too. I, I really am. I would

love. Yeah, and that's the part I love that bonds us to our patients is, you know, that's what makes it so special too.

Yeah.

Yeah. Well, patients find it so funny when I like remember things. Uh, like I see them like what? Sure. Once every four to six months and they're like, oh my God. Do you remember that?

Yeah. And it's because we like tie that like emotional connection mm-hmm. To that first sentence. The face. Yep. To the face.

It's just, yeah. Mm-hmm.

It can't forget it.

I know, I know.

And some of my patients have been with me for like seven years.

That's insane. Right.

It's crazy.  So you just, you remember stuff,

doesn't it make your heart melt?

Oh yeah. It really does. Mm-hmm. It really does. Mm-hmm. It reminds you why you do it, you know?

And now you're gonna have a baby. It's crazy. Oh my. Wait, wait. Ooh. We probably can't talk about it, but what's the name? Did you choose the name? I think we

have, but it's not the one you wanted.

Am I gonna have to talk to your As then?

We're trialing the other one right now. It's fine. It's fine. We'll see. We'll see. It's fine. It's so funny. It's right. We practice. They're both great. We practice it at home, like yelling it out.

Do you really?  Or like you talk to

Yeah, my stomach played in your belly.

Oh,

so funny.

Yeah. We'll, we'll see. We still have a list going. Okay. Yeah,  this has been the bane of, uh,  it's so funny because my husband is very, he wants something not too out there. And I really didn't think I was that out there, but apparently I am

so funny.  I didn't think you It was that out there. Them both?

No. Weren't that bad. I think they're both great. Yeah. Like yeah, there's just one I was drawn to more.

Yeah, no, Kevin, I was laughing. I was telling the girls the other day he was cooking and I asked him what he was cooking and he was like, same shit I always cook.  And for some reason I took that as a personal attack and started crying for like 20 minutes.

Oh no.  And he literally turned around. He's like,  what's going  me?  Meanwhile, he.  Talking like any other day.

Meanwhile, you're looking at him saying, did you have a bad day? Yeah. Like, why are you taking it out on

me?

Oh,  oh my God. Oh, it was

just so funny. He was like, oh my, what can I do? What can I do right now?

That is hysterical.

So the hormones are hitting

Aw, they're hitting well, 26 weeks now, Nicole, right? You said? Yes. Yep. Yep. Crazy. I know, it's crazy. Where will you give birth? What hospital? Uh,

Morristown.

Morristown. Cool. Yeah.

Yeah. It's a, it is a pretty big hospital and, um. They have like have a doula and they have tubs and stuff there, so Oh, that's great.

Yeah. So hoping for a natural birth. My sister did it and my sister can do it. I can do it.

Mm-hmm. Yep. You're hoping for a natural, no epidural. Yeah. Like you want. Okay.

But again, I'm not. Setting myself to anything. Because you're

going with the flow.

Yeah, I'm going with the flow. If I need that epidural when I get there, the second I get there, I'm gonna do it.

Oh my God.

I know my, my rn Alicia, yeah, she just had a baby back in September and she, and I've done treatments on her. She has the highest pain tolerance. Like, I'm like, wow. And then she literally said, Jonathan, there is nothing. Like the pain of childbirth. Like I didn't think I'd be yelling for that epidural.

Yeah.

Yeah. Like I was, yeah. Right, right. Well it was funny 'cause I was telling Kevin, I'm like, I'm like, I'm just gonna see, but I had a cramp the other day, like right in the middle of my abdomen. Oh boy. And it was like so intense. It stopped me in my tracks. I'm like, but if it's anything like that, I think I'm gonna need the epidural.

He's like, I think it's gonna be worse than that.

Oh boy.

Yeah. So we'll see.

We'll see. We'll see. I have the Botox ready.

Yeah, please. Oh my God.

Alright guys, so thank you so much again for tuning into this week's episode of the Fill Me In Podcast, where we talked about being a boss, leadership  everyth sweet, keeping it professional on Instagram. Yes. Yes.

All the things. Nicole's pregnancy. Yeah,

it was funny. It was just like we were hanging out

and who thinks she's gonna have a natural birth versus an epidural? Let's do like,

yeah, let's do a poll. Let's do a poll. Let's do a poll.

Yeah. So if you guys think she's gonna have a natural, let us know. Or an epidural.

I'm thinking epidural, but that's just me.  I don't know. But now listen,

I don't even have high hopes for myself. Okay.

Oh God. I.  Alright, but I'm injector John

and I'm aesthetic nurse Nicole,

and we'll see you next time. Bye guys. Bye.
