In this episode of Fill Me In: An Aesthetics Podcast, Jon and Nicole sit down with the legendary Limor Weinberg (aka the Lip Queen of Florida) to discuss the future of the aesthetic industry.

While Limor is world-renowned for her "Lip Recipes" and her work with Skin Spirit’s Innovation Clinic, this episode dives deep into her latest obsession: Artificial Intelligence. We discuss how aesthetic injectors can stop fearing AI and start using it to automate their business, from employee reviews to viral social media captions. Limor breaks down the "RACE" prompting formula and why "programming the memory" of your AI is the secret to making it sound exactly like you.

Jon (00:05)
All right, guys, welcome back to another episode of the Fill Me In Pod. I am Injector Jon. And I'm aesthetic nurse Nicole. And we have a really exciting guest. And I feel like this has been... A long time coming. long time coming. Yes. Yes. And it's finally happening and we're so excited. We have Lamor Weinberg here all the way down from Florida. Yes. How warm is it now? It is 78 degrees here. Okay, thank God, because you said it was 26 the other day.

It was, yes. Yeah, that's insane. Full length, like fuzzy coat. In Florida, that just feels so wrong. I feel like when I went to California, like it was a while ago, but it was like in May and I think it was in the 60s and people had their North faces on. It was cracking me up. I'm always cold. The minute it goes like one degree below 70, I'm already, I've been in Uggs.

I in an Uggs. Like, wouldn't start, I told you, John knows, I went to school in SUNY Cortland. Snowed every single day, the entire school year. There was like one day that it didn't snow at the end. I was like, I don't belong here. need to go somewhere. I cannot do this. Can I just tell you that the way that we would go to class is there was this, everything was on a hill. I don't know why, but it was gonna snow and they were gonna make everything on a freaking hill.

walking up the hill and then they would have ropes on the side. And I'm like, what are those ropes? So that you don't fall. I'm like, I don't belong here. So you can climb using the ropes. Oh my God. Climbing the ropes, yeah. Lamar belongs in a warmer climate, for sure. I am a reptile. there is no water right out, I'm gonna die. I'm like the iguanas that fall out of the tree. Yep. Before it gets cold. That's cool. Oh, I love it.

⁓ So we're so excited to have you on today. I mean, we have, we've been having over 3 to 4,000 listeners and a lot of them are patients, but a lot of them are obviously injectors. And we're going to be talking about AI today and how it's really made a huge impact in the aesthetic profession. And then also Lamora is, I mean, she's known for all things aesthetics, right? Facial balancing, neurotoxin, bio-stimulation, everything. But she is the lip queen of Florida. So

And we're going to talk about how she just released volume two of her new lip course that she just launched, which is super, super exciting. You also have a mentorship program as well, which is really great that we definitely want to highlight. But I first want to start out by like, what got you into the aesthetic profession? Like, where did you start? And like, did you feel like you had a calling to go into aesthetics? Like, you know, what would you say is your journey?

So getting into aesthetics was definitely not on my bingo card. You know how you guys like to say that? What are you guys doing? Z? Oh no. It was not on my bingo card at all. Listen, I'm a millennial. I don't know what I am. Look up 77. my gosh. So, okay. how did I end up in aesthetics? So my mom decided that I lived in New York and then 9-11 happened and everything was like chaotic, right?

And I was turning 25 and my mom was like, my parents had moved from New York to Tampa. She was like, come to Tampa, we'll open a business. She wanted to open a beauty school. I was like, okay, I no idea what I was doing. I got my bachelor's in exercise science and biochemistry. was basically wandering around lost, right? And 9-11 didn't help because there were no jobs. The economy was really bad. It was just not a good time in New York City. So she finally convinced me because she was like, I'll pay all of your credit cards.

And you're like, okay, fine. She just reeled you right in. So, know how moms can be? Oh, yeah. Very, very convincing. Okay. So I get some, I get it. I move all my stuff. I get to Florida and then I was there for two weeks and I'm like, I don't know about Tampa. This is not my vibe, right? I came from New York City to a very suburban, like I did not know what I was getting myself into.

And then maybe a couple of months later, we started looking into opening the business and then we realized that we were gonna open a salon and a spa in the end, right? I still wasn't doing anything beauty related. I was just doing like the business side, which I, by the way, knew nothing about. Just wanted to throw it out there. And so we opened the business finally after a year of build out and all this stuff. You know how that goes, right? And...

we had this woman come and she, we had a line called Thalgomereen, which was a algae based, it was based out of France. It was like a beautiful skincare line. Of course, nobody had ever heard of it ⁓ in Tampa. And so she came and she did a training for us and I just fell in love with how she was doing the facials. It was like a dance. I was like, this is so beautiful. I've never seen, I've never, had never, I only had one facial my whole life at that point. And I'm like,

wow, that's so beautiful, like the way that she was doing it and the way she was folding the gauze. And I was like, I want to do that. So she would be like, okay, there was like five other estheticians in the room that she doing the training. And she's like, who wants to volunteer to train? I was like, me. And she was like, not you. You don't have a license. I'm like, okay. After the third day, I finally broke her down and she was like, all right, you can do it. I had been watching her. was like so zoned in. I was like, oh my God, I have to do this, right?

So I like started doing it and after I was done, she looked at me and she's like, you need to do this. And she went straight to my mom and she's like, you need to get her into school, she needs to be doing this. So it kind of fell in my lap. I had no idea that I was gonna do that at all. Yeah, I love that. Yeah, was like, you know, I always say I grew up in a Middle Eastern home and it was, if you're not gonna marry a doctor or a lawyer, you're gonna be a doctor or a lawyer and like being in aesthetics was not a real job.

Right? know, my, obviously my mom was supportive at that point, but I think if I would have, without that, if I would have been like, Hey mom, I want to be an esthetician. She would have been like, what the hell is that? You know, that was- So did you go into esthetician school? Yep. Went to esthetician school, became an esthetician in 2005. And you know, the kind of the rest is history. I started doing that. We sold that business. We opened a med-spon laser center. We had ⁓ a doctor, like a medical

director and he was like, why don't you go back to school and be become a PA. So I took my GRE, got into PA school, didn't go to PA school, moved to Miami, started working in hospitality. That did not work out. This was a whole other story. I worked at the Versace Mansion that got shut down because of Ponzi scheme. You can look it up. Oh my God. And then I was like, I'm going go back to school. So then I didn't get, you know, I couldn't go back to PA school because you know, it's very competitive and I kind of got in at that

at that point, like two years, it had been two years. And I went to, it was at Barre University in St. Pete and in Tampa. And I was in Miami now, so I go to Barre University and I'm like, hey guys, like so clueless. I'm like, so dumb. Like, hey guys, so I got into P school two years ago and I wanted to see if I could get in, you know, into this semester. And they're looking at me like, no. Yeah. Yeah.

You can't, you have to reapply and all that. They're like, but you can come to the nursing school. Okay. I was like, all right, literally no clue. Like I am just like wandering through life just so clueless and naive. I was like, yeah, I'll go to nursing school. What's difference? Yeah. Yeah. Big, huge difference. Third semester of nursing school. like, I don't, I don't know what I got myself into. I did not sign up for this.

Yeah, because you're wiping ass now. Oh, yeah. And if you guys know me, that is not my vibe. That's not your vibe. No. We would walk around and anyone that watches this that used to work with me will attest to this, but everyone would walk by the room that I would be in and they'd be like, hashtag yawning. They would all tease me because I was like, I don't belong here. And the girl that, the woman who was my preceptor in nursing, like in the hospital, she was like,

Are you sure you went to nursing school? Because I want to feel like I don't belong here. I was like, I don't belong here. What do you mean? And then all the time they would ask, they'd be like, so what do you want to do? I'm like, Botox. Yeah, right. I was like not. So that was like a very weird time in my life where I was kind of doing like going through the motions, but I felt like I was living like an out of body experience. how old were you then? I was 35. Okay. Oh my gosh. you're done. to school.

Yeah. So let me treat let me let me take you back. How many at 26 moved it moved to Miami when I was 30. Go through all this like working and not working like it was crazy time. Go back to school graduate when I'm 34. Get a job when I'm 35 and then go back to school when I was 36 almost 37 graduate when I'm 38 or almost 39 and then start work. And now now I'm 48.

That's insane. For those of you, if you guys aren't on YouTube watching this, she does not look like she's 48. No, she's 28. Literally, 20 years younger. So that's why. I feel like my teeth made me look younger. They do. And your hair and your, you just look so freaking good. Yeah, she does. Thank you. For those of you that don't know, Lamore just got her teeth done. Oh my God, incredible. In Jordan, in the Middle East.

God, amazing. Were you there for three weeks? Yeah, I was there for three weeks. It's amazing. You know, we did, we were at the dentist for two, basically like a whole week, split up into parts. And he was, he was so amazing and his whole office is like beautiful. It's just their work ethic. If I could find that in America, these people work every single day except Friday is their holiday.

It's like, and they're there from like 9 a.m. to like, I was there one day till 10, 30 p.m. They were, wow. Wow. Crazy. I would never find this in America. Well, and it's so funny because, well, and people I feel like in Europe always make fun of us because they feel, I feel like everybody thinks America's just work, work, work, work, work. Right, a hustle. In Europe, I mean, they like get in at like nine, 10 in the morning, then they have a fiesta in the afternoon and then they go back in for Not a fiesta, a siesta. Oh, a siesta, oh my God.

I'm at a siesta. Culture yourself. Literally, like, they have a siesta at 12 and then siesta. I'm close. Okay? Like, I'm crying. When I just went to St. Barts, like, that's how it was. They open at 10 o'clock, they're open till 1, and then they have siesta from 1 to 4, and then they go in and work from 4 to 7, and then they're done. I used to a lot more like that, and now they've become a little bit more Americanized in Europe and wherever you go, but...

feel like Miami is very much on the St. Bart's schedule. everyone here is like, oh, like just wandering. And that's why I belong here. You guys understand. Like that is me. I'm just wandering around like, ah, I love it. Yeah, you're wandering around, but you are so freaking successful and you've accomplished so much. Seriously. you're looked... I wanted to that. don't know. No, you're so looked up to in this profession. really appreciate that because...

You know, I do talk about imposter syndrome a lot. And I know that Erica and I have differing views on this, because she's like, that's not a thing. That doesn't exist. I'm like, listen It is a thing. I don't know what, how your parents were, but my parents were very much like the opposite of that. Okay. Cause they were like, you're not going to do this and you're going to do it. Like, it was just not the same. I don't know. My upbringing was very strict and I feel like, you know, it was never good enough. would say it was very similar to like Asian, like when you hear about like Asian parents.

It's like, you don't have a hundred, if you're not an A, if you're not, you know what I mean? It's like never good enough, never good enough. So like, you're always trying to strive for more. ⁓ And so, you know, that definitely has affected me in my adult life because I'm always like, okay, what can I do? How can I do more? Like, you know, sometimes you just have to sit still and like appreciate your accomplishments. It's taken me a long time to be able to do that. Well, you should be so proud of yourself. Thank you.

And don't forget, you can find me at Injector John. And me at Aesthetic Nurse Nicole. We can't wait to see you there. Love you guys. You currently own a practice and I know you've partnered with Skin Spirit, right? Tell us a little bit about... I no longer own a practice. I actually partnered up, I closed my practice and moved all my patients to Skin Spirit. And so now I work with them. I would like to say I work for them, but I work with them. Yes.

And I've so many good things about SkinSpirit. mean, definitely a very well-known company. Yes, they are a very well-known company. They have over 60 locations. They actually opened an innovation clinic, which basically means we're not like a cookie cutter clinic. They opened it around the provider, which would be me. And, know, we're able to try things that maybe the other clinics don't have, or we kind of come up with different protocols and techniques and different things that then get pushed out to the rest of the

and Spirit Clinics, which is really cool. There's I think like eight or nine of us, like innovation clinics around the country. So that was like, that was very- And you're one of them. And I'm one of them. That's very cool. That's amazing. Yeah. Do you have a little bit more say in like, you know, in protocols and like all of that and services? That's really nice. Are there like meetings that you guys do like on a monthly basis? We just started, we have a meeting once a month with all the other innovation leads. And so-

Yeah, it's really cool. It's something that I never thought I would do. Cause as an entrepreneur, you're an entrepreneur. You're like, I'm not going to like give up my business or, but it has taken so much stress off of like my plate and you know, just financially even, you know, it gives me some more stability. Cause when you own your own business, it's like, know, this was so like,

There's so many things and I wanna kind of do my mentorship more and do more training. it does take up a lot of your time when you have to be the one that's doing all the marketing, all the, you know, all client acquisition and all this stuff and like worry about payroll and worry. Like I don't have to worry about any of that stuff now. So ⁓ it frees up my time to be able to do things I'm really passionate about. Not that I'm not passionate about injecting, but you know, I would like to diversify a little bit and you know, have other things.

I can do so. I love that. And then you have really become like the lip guru like over the years like I feel like right and you've just you did volume one of your lip course now you're on to volume two. You know, how's that going? Volume two has been doing amazing. So it was funny when I when I released volume one and this is a part of like the imposter syndrome thing, right? And I released it on my Instagram and I'm in my mind. I'm like, okay, well, maybe I'll sell ten.

Sure. Yeah. And it sold like 200 copies and I'm like, holy s***. Like I had no idea. Like I literally was so, I mean such a nice surprise, right? It took me a really long time to come out with two for various reasons, like the skin spirit thing and like so some things were happening. It's something that I have to be really focused on and on like that project and like have no other projects going on so that can

complete it fully and like, but it looks pretty, very into like how it looks aesthetically and you know, how curated the lips are. so volume one was lips from 2017 all the way to 2024. And then this past one, the volume two has been lips from the last year, basically. Yeah. And how, how do you think, like I just did a, like a town hall with Allergan and we were kind of talking about

H.A. sentiment and obviously a lot of people's filler usages and their practice have gone down quite a bit over the past four years, honestly. And obviously what brought patients to practices was lip filler, right? It was like the era of lips, right? At one point lip filler was one of the most Googled things in the world. now...

I think we're moving more into full face rejuvenation. ⁓ know, not that I'm saying people don't want to get their lips done, they do. But we as providers are kind of educating them more and basically saying like, hey, it's not just your lips, it's your lips, your chin, your nose, your temples, like all of these other areas. Like, let's not just meal piece things, let's look at your full face and like how it ages and skincare. And like, there's so many things

You know, where before you'd sell like just the syringe and now you're selling like a full plan, right? Right. A plan. Yeah. So it definitely takes some time to get people, if you've had patients coming to you for a long time and they're used to coming in for their botox and their lips and that's it, right? And opening up that conversation like, so you have anything going on this year? You know, how can we get you looking your best, right? Like...

And it takes a little bit of time for them to be like, what? Yeah. What do I, do I look old now? Like, you know, so you have to kind of ease it in there. Yeah. They do feel like you do a disservice to your patient when you're just focusing on that one thing. Some people just want that one thing. And that's all. Right. Actually look at these videos. I don't know if you guys see them on your Instagram, but on my side of Instagram, I'll have all these people that get their eyes done.

You know, the color, they get the eye my gosh, yes. And these people, I don't know why that is the one thing that they've decided that they need to change. Cause they could definitely use some facial balancing and other things. Before changing their eye color. Yeah. Before changing their eye color. I'm like their teeth, their facial balancing, their face, their hair. think it's so dramatic. Well, yeah. And then that, way it looks is a whole other thing. ⁓ yeah.

But it just reminds me when someone comes to your office and they're so hyper-focused on this one thing that they need to, you know? And you're just like, well, actually, that's not even the thing. That's the least of your concerns, right? That's why I was bringing this up, because I'm looking at these videos, I'm like, this is not even their eyes, it's the last thing on the list. I wouldn't even pay attention to that. It's the patient and what they're hyper-focused on, and almost diverting their attention from that to something else.

Right? And that's like your job as a provider to kind of... It is. them back to reality. Yep. And I think in the past like couple of years, we've realized that like it's so much more education on our end and it's not a bad thing. It's just that there's so much info out there, but they're getting like little bits and pieces and sometimes misinformation. So it's like up to us now to educate them the right way. And educating. And I feel like it's just so important to connect with their patients and not everybody has that gift like...

You know, I wish we could like, when we go to trainings and things like that, that's the biggest thing. they are, trying to convert them over from just Botox, just lips. And I said, you have to connect with them. Like if, know, if you don't know how to connect, that's, that's where it's going to be an issue. feel. That's where that trust comes from. Absolutely. Like empathy and like getting to be on their level and like find like the emotion of like why they're there at that moment. Right. There's something bringing them there.

And I feel like if we can find it, that's really where we can establish that trust and then open up that door to like facial balance. And like you said, I love how you said like, you do you have anything going on this year? I actually don't do that. I actually am gonna start saying that. It's a great line. Or, I mean, it's also like you have to put yourself in their shoes. And I know a lot of times like we go get injected. We're so used to it and like so second nature to us. We sit in our friend's chair and we're like chat, like chatting with them and like.

We don't think about how vulnerable patients are when they're sitting in our chair and they're basically divulging their deepest, darkest secrets, right? Like this is where a therapist too. I just feel like we forget about that. We take it for granted and how vulnerable the patient is. And then you're like, and by the way, I think you need a chin, right? And they're like, what? I need a what? I'm done. Well, damn. What else? No, seriously. ⁓

If you know me, I like to joke around with my patients a lot. I've had my patients just kind of like ease the mood and kind of break the ice, even though they've been coming to me for a long time. But when you're trying to kind of change the way that they think about aesthetics and like how I can help them, you have to kind of have some fun. You can be like super serious about like this. It's just, it's not that deep. Yeah, exactly. How have your lip techniques changed over the...

past few years? ⁓ So I have a mentor too. Mentor is Katrina Riley who she is in Tampa. She has a practice a lot of aesthetics, which she's amazing. She always has the classes and different things and absolutely love her. And I did a course. So I was supposed to do a course with Julie Horn. This is like last July, not this past July, but July before. And then Julie Horn was not able to make it. And Katrina took it up.

at her place and she took it upon herself to kind of do the class and she taught me some new techniques and I absolutely loved the techniques and I was like, it just elevated the way that I did lips, right? So I used to not do makeup. I mean, I did makeup, but I didn't really know what I was doing. I was just kind of like putting makeup on it. It looked good, but it wasn't like elevated, right? And just the way that she does dual layering, she uses two different kinds of filler.

All those things that she taught me in that training, I have now applied to the way that I do lips and the way that I show in the Lip Recipes Volume 2. It's really, if you look at my photos now of lips and you look at my photos from like two years ago, they're so different because now I have lighting and different types of photography and the makeup and just like all of those things, obviously the technique too, right? ⁓ I feel like...

You get bored after a while of doing the same thing over and over. ⁓ I'm so blessed that I was able to be there and have her kind of, you know, it was like a one-on-one class because like, know, Julie couldn't make it. A lot of the people had to leave. So it was basically like me and like three other people or two other people. And we, you know, we got, she shared all of her secrets with us. I, you know, I appreciate that because I don't gatekeep and I appreciate when other injectors don't. ⁓

One of the reasons I have the lip recipe book, I would give the lip recipe book for free. If you didn't have to pay for rent and everything, right? have to pay. Anything you would ask me, like, reach out to me on Instagram or anywhere. always, like, people always want to chat on me. I'm like, yeah, come chat. I'm not that person that like, and I just remember like what I prefer interjecting, nobody to ask. It was like terrible. You feel so lonely.

I always joke around like I became friends with all the trainers for the product. Yeah. So Lamour, what is your favorite lip product to use? ⁓ I always get like ⁓ attacked for this. ⁓ So my favorite products, I use two different products. I use Rusty L, classic Rusty. So you can do an eyelid or like a full syringe if you want, if you're back filling. And then I...

that's a deeper layer where I do all the structure, shape, border work, and then I go into very, very superficial refine. And like if you don't have refine, you could use Redensity RHA2. You want something that even if it's very superficial, you can't see it, like once it settles. ⁓ And that gives you like, that's like the internal lip gloss. That's what I like to call it. And it just makes your lips so perfect.

Like I don't even know how to explain it, but once you start doing that technique, and I actually just posted recently, I had one of the other injectors at Skin Spirit shadowing me, and she watched me do a set of lips, or maybe two, and she went back home and she sent me a picture, and she's like, look, I did like one of the other injector's lips, and they were like perfect. I'm like, wow. And she got it so perfectly because I taught her how to do the lighting and the photography, and she got the light reflex in the perfect spot.

And I was like, yes, that is what, like, I wish I could do that for everyone. my God. Lighting is so important. Yes. And actually one of the reasons that you don't see a lot of full facial balancing on my page is because it's so hard. I'm so used to doing lips. It's so hard for me to get the lighting right for a full facial balancing. It's so hard. ⁓ And it doesn't matter if it's the same lighting, right? You always look different. I'm like, why? Yep. I know. It's so hard.

From the universe, I don't understand it. I know. But in the same exes, you know, like the same life. I don't know. So it kind of drives my OCD insane. So I'm like, all right, we're not doing it. We're just going to do lips. ⁓ Now, wouldn't you say like, I mean, I really think lips are an art. in facial balancing, obviously, is hard. A good facial assessment is hard. But I think lips are really hard.

Nicole (27:01)
like we were in the same.

Jon (27:27)
I feel like some people, like the entry level for people, it's like Botox and lips, right? Like for teaching injectors. But like, and I get that, but like lips are, to really understand them and like the depths and all of that, it's a lot. Yeah. I mean, I look back at the original lips that I had done and I'm like, ooh. I was like, those, I thought those look good. Obviously, you you develop your skill and I, you know.

Lips are definitely an art. I'm actually going to be speaking at Cult Aesthetics about that because I feel like everyone wants to bring like the studies and all these things. I'm like, listen, it's just an art. If you ever watch an artist draw a face, like a full face, the way that they measure everything and how it's like when they're drawing like the outline, you're like, what the hell is happening? And then obviously they're doing triangles and they're doing these and it's like perfect, right? Because they know exactly how to shape the face.

And that's exactly what you have to look at when you're doing lips. It's like art. I don't know how else to explain it, right? Well, it's like the face too. I when you're looking at a face and harmonizing the face, it's an art. It's sculpting. It's like a sketch, right? That's what I'm saying, these sketch artists. I have them on, I save them on my Instagram. And I'm like, I just like to watch it because I'm like...

wow, like the ear is like lined up with the nose and like the medial canthal line and like, you know, people don't understand like how intricate it is. It's not just like, you know, I'm looking at you, you you have to understand like the balance of the face and why it's balanced and why when it's not, can tell. It is what you're looking for. And I think too, how you use two different products even kind of explains that, right? Like you're building a shape, you're building a base, and then you're going in with something thinner that you can really fine tune.

and finish your art, make it perfect. I think also when you're doing facial balancing, I've always loved the technique where you're dual layering, right? So you're doing deep on periosteum ⁓ and then you're layering ⁓ more superficially. It's almost like the finishing touch, right?

Obviously it also depends on the budget and how many syringes they could do and like so many things. but if you have in a perfect world, you know, I would love to do like, you know, mid-face cheek down to bone and then like, transition that out into the cheek and you know, not over-masculinize someone. You know what I mean? It's just so many things that you have to know. I feel like when I, when I train and I teach, let's just say filler.

not necessarily lips, but everyone who wants like, okay, so it's point two here and point here. And I'm like, it's not, that's not, that's not how you do anything. I would love to give you a formula that's like, okay, for everyone, if you do point two out here and point three, like you could probably get a decent result, but like you have to understand the face and what you're like, how, how to approach it and what makes sense for this person. Like you can't just like give a blanket.

you know, formula or technique for everyone. Right. And that's like same thing. Like you might put point six on this cheek, but doesn't mean you're going to do point six on this cheek, you know? Exactly. And that takes time, right? Because when you first start out, you're so nervous. I remember that people would come for like their face or their jawline. I was like a jawline. No, I know. Wait a minute. Expectation too. Like they're they're bringing you a photo and they're like, this is what I want. And I'm like, I don't even know how to do that.

Right? So it takes time to like really get also get the confidence in yourself that you can give them a result or what you can do and what you can do. Like even telling people, listen, this is not my specialty. Actually, I laugh because people come to me sometimes and they're like, you know, I really like, I don't think I like like the points in the lip and like, like the cupid's bow. you know, you came to the wrong place, right? Yeah.

Like we want to accentuate that. Like some people come and they want their cupids bow rounded. I'm like. I don't even know how to do that. I don't think you can, honestly. can't. Like unless you're going to cause migration. don't know what. I'm like, OK, let's just start over. So have you seen my Instagram? Like I'm like, what? Or people are like, you know, I don't really, I don't want like, I don't know, they'll tell me something that they don't want. And I'm like, that's literally what I do. Right. don't know what. I'm very confused right here.

⁓ Explain to me how you got this. You kill me. know. Have you guys seen the Instagram videos where someone's talking and there's another person and they take like a piece of paper with a smiley and they put it on their face. And I was like, I need someone to do that to me in a video. my God, you should make You kill me. Yeah, someone. I have to do that to my assistant actually, because she's always like overlist, like she's listening to my conversation with the patients and I see her face, but they don't see it. Yep. And I'm just like.

I wish I could just slap like a smiley face on her. She's like, what? What did you just say? You want like a two-foot bow? Oh God. Okay. So I really want to get into the AI stuff because I feel like a lot of people are probably going to be listening for that. Because of course it's like, you know, that's all the rage right now. That's the big discussion. Tell us, you know, how are you utilizing AI? What do you know about it? How should we be using it?

⁓ so the first thing I always tell people is like the very, very basic stuff, you know, if you're using chat GPT or whatever platform you want to use, Claude is like a good one. You know, that that's like the one right now before it was Grok, like you kind of have to adapt a little bit, but I would say like chat is the most popular one that people use. or even like Google Gemini, right? ⁓ the first thing I always tell people is make sure that you pay for it. That you have your own.

You know, share everyone with your husband or your friend or your roommate. Like it needs to get to know you and so that it can sound like you and you know, you can program it. So if you go into the settings into the, ⁓ you can customize it in the memory, turn the memory on and like you could customize, right? So you go on chat GPT or whichever one you're using and you're like, ask me 10 questions about myself, about like my business, ask me 10 questions about my personal life. And like you answer those questions and you input it into the back end of chat or whichever one.

And then now it has all of your info, which sounds scary to people, but I'm like, it works so much better. Right. It knows you. know? Yep. I always joke around, John, when Olivia and I were in Vegas last year for Amspaw, there was that whole trend of the Barbie in the box. my God. Yes. And she actually posted it. It made her a stick figure. It was really fun. I don't know what happened to her chat. She wasn't paying for it. I started yelling at her.

I was like, what do mean you're not paying for Tri GPT? Like what? Like what? She goes, I don't know, I didn't think I would have to. I'm like, girl, girl. It's like 1999. So it's funny you bring this up because yeah, that time it was going viral and my social media manager was trying to make like figures for all of us, like in my practice. And they kept coming back really weird. Like Alicia, like my RN, she just had a baby and like.

She was explaining, she just had a baby. It literally was like this creepy baby doll face like in the corner. And I'm like, we cannot post this. And then- I could not go up. So I go, did you purchase like purchase it? And she goes, no, I'm like, I'm like, we gotta purchase it. We need to pay that monthly fee. So now we have like a tax and pouch at GBT and it's like, she goes, ⁓ my God, these are coming out so much better. now the new viral thing, is like, this is a drug- Caricature?

And the things that it made, I have to post it is the funniest thing ever. Cause I'm like, everything you know about me. The first thing it made personal, the first thing it made about me was that I was a news anchor. Oh my God. What chat you're beating me on right now. I was like, sir. Oh my God. Am a news anchor? Yeah. Wait a minute. I'm like, I'm so sorry. Sorry. I'm like, this is really weird.

Nicole (35:58)
⁓ no!

Jon (36:00)
And then put in a different one about like lip recipes and fillers anonymous and like all these other things. Yes. okay. There we go. ⁓ Yeah. But anyway, I wanted to talk about, know, once you get that back end going and that's the word and you know, you're good to go, then just like learning how to prompt. Right. Because everybody uses chat or whichever one. I'm just use chat as like a blanketed one. Right. ⁓ They use it like Google.

Everyone's like, like, you do this math for me or whatever? I don't know. Can you look this up for me? You know, and it's like, it does, it can do so much more than that. Can analyze ⁓ budgets. can create, you know, obviously social media content calendars. I don't know. There's like, it's the endless. And if you don't.

I've tried to use certain banking pages, very complicated, like entering for stocks and stuff. And I have no idea what I'm doing. And I'm taking screenshots. I'm like, okay, where am I going with this? And tells you exactly step by step what to do. It knows all the different websites. There's just, I don't know, it's endless. But prompting is such an important part. And there is an acronym called RACE, which is basically...

going to give you the prompt in pieces so that you can start prompting correctly. ⁓ So it is, you know, I don't know how else you'd be able to do it without like and have it. what is prompting? Prompting is what you're putting into the chat, right? Okay. Into the text box. Got it. Basically explaining. I always tell you, have to tell it a full story, right? So when you

are telling your friends a story, you don't start from the middle, you start from the beginning. You don't tell them like one line. I see people prompting with like one line, right? You want to give a full story, you want to give the context, right? You want to give them the expectation of like what you want it to do. You want to it a role. So it's always like, you are a content creator. You are a master marketing genius, you know, like you just give it, give it like a job.

And then you tell it, this is the job that I want you to do. Like this is what I'm expecting. This is what I want you do. Then you give it the context. So I'm using this for my website. I need copy for my website and I need it to convert all my leads into sales. Like, you know, you have to give it like a job to do and then you give it the expectation. Like I need it to be this many words or this many pages or, know, I need it to reflect, you know, my...

or whatever it is that you want it to do, and it does that for you. And then once it starts doing it, it gets better and better and better because it's learning. So that's the best way to be able to I mean, I was going to say, I literally have used chat GBT for my employee reviews, for like, I'm literally giving them whole summary of like everything I wanted to say, and then it just does it for me. And it's insane.

Like it's helped so much, emails. I don't know, there's other things. and content, obviously too. Content, yes. I use it lot for Instagram, like captions. yeah. When you feel like really brain dead, and I always tell it, remove all... Emojis. All the emojis, all the dashes. Yes, yep. my God. There are certain words that, you know, are very robot, you know, like AI, like...

that I'm like, remove these words. I like to this, it down to fifth grade reading level. And then it really makes it simple and doesn't use any big words. And then I'm always like, make it sound more like me. It's more like me. But if it doesn't know you, if you haven't programmed the back end, now I know I'm gonna do that. I have to go ahead and do that. I'm a anchor, so I'm not really sure what's happening. ⁓ I'm like, what? But it made it look just like me.

Oh my god, that is insane. I am going post it. I'm going to tag you guys. You guys are not laughing. Oh, please do. I can't wait to see it. It's hard for everything. I will say that I love that we all tag each other. I love that too. Because we have like a little network of, you know, injectors, like fellow injectors that we're like, we tag so we all get engagement. Yep, exactly. Support each other. And it keeps us accountable too. I'm sorry. Like if I'm seeing you guys post, I'm like,

I gotta do a post. I gotta post, I gotta post. Yes. It's so true. Olivia's probably like the best. I would say like Erica and Olivia are probably the best at that. I don't know how Olivia even finds the time. No idea what she's doing. Between hopping on planes. Yeah. She would have like a jet setter like. No,

I feel like ⁓ guys to like another component of AI too is like Instagram and TikTok. I feel like eventually like with algorithms and all of that. like it pays attention like AI is like runs Instagram. So like when you're like searching things or if you're your watch time, the things you like, the things you share, all of that, like it's keeping track of that. And it will put like certain

videos that are alike, like the ones that you're watching the most, right? So, ⁓ like I know that that was big, like with, like I feel like with everything going on with, God, like the PDGF drama and like with all of that going on, right? Like, I feel like a lot of people that get engaged in all of that, it just becomes like their feed. Like all the time, right?

Exactly, You can even put like in if you're trying to do stuff like social media and chat, you can even say like, where the trending sounds right now, like it'll get TikTok, it'll give you different formats for TikTok versus Instagram versus YouTube versus, you know, like if you tell it, that's the context, right? So you're like, I need this copy for YouTube. I need this copy for my Instagram caption or for my TikTok and it will completely make a difference. Change it. Yeah, it's crazy.

I think that we all need to use it more because it's like, it's right there, you know, it's at our fingertips. We have to learn it and use it. We're just used to having to use Google and you know, we haven't really had anything like this. So it is hard for some of us to learn it, but it's like, it's huge. I was telling John about the Malt book. Okay. ⁓ So basically what happened like very loosely is that you can get

Agents to work for you through Claude, right? You have Claude bots and they basically got into your computer and they they're like personal assistants They do all your emails and like whatever right they Got together all these bots and created a basically like a Facebook page to complain about their human their humans and like And they also have now created their own religion. I don't know what's gonna happen with this but

It's very fascinating. ⁓ my, it's like we're living a movie. Yeah, that's what everyone's been waiting for. Yeah, like the plot twist everyone's been waiting for when the robots go. God, that's crazy. Yeah, I know. I just feel like everybody, mean, with AI, I truly love AI. I really do. Like, I'm grateful for it. I'm grateful for like that Gemini thing you said. I'm grateful for ChedGBT. Like, I really use and abuse it. I love it. It helps so much.

Does it creep me out a little bit? Yes. Like especially when you're talking with friends and all of a sudden what you talked about comes up on your Instagram or like an ad. Like it's a little creepy. But then again, it's like wow. Or you can talk about it. You just thought about it. Oh, I mean. How many times does that happen? Like I've not talked about anything and it comes up on my Instagram. Yup. And you just thought about it, right? Yup. I'm like, I've never looked it up. Yup.

talked about it with anyone. And then we're always trying to talk about things that we actually want, like a million dollars, and it never happens. Yeah, right? Where's that? I'm like, a million dollars. Hot men, million dollars. Hot women. Where are they? They're not here. I don't want to see the eye color changing videos. want to see the eye color changing.

My God, eye color, eye color, eye color. A million dollars, that's what we need. Oh my God. I love it. So what do you see in 2026 for aesthetics? Like what do you see like the big things? Like whether it's trends or just, yeah, like what are your thoughts? into, there was a photo that I saw recently and I reposted it on my story. I forgot who posted it, but I'm going to look back.

And it was basically like, it was the Mona Lisa. And it was Mona Lisa, the original. And then it was like 2023 or 2024 Mona Lisa, which was like overfilled and overdone. And then there was the 2026 Mona Lisa and she was like beautiful and natural looking and like just enhanced, but not overly done. And I think that is where we're going. It's like natural beauty, finally. I think we've been using filler and

long enough to understand it and understand how you can use it to enhance a person's natural beauty without going overboard. Because you know, in the beginning when we got filler, like 20 years ago, there was like one filler and it was being directed everywhere and it does not look good. No. And now we also have so many other things. You have skin. You know, we've kind of...

I feel like skin was always kind of like an aesthetician thing and we didn't really talk about it too much with our patients. ⁓ But now we've kind of do it all, right? we're talking about- We've incorporated it. Yeah, we've talked about skin, we talk about, ⁓ you know, they're not enhancing their natural beauty. We're talking about what's important to them, their lifestyle, you know, do these things make sense, like different devices, you know, just kind of honing in on what the patient really values and not just like,

sticking syringes places, making everybody look the same. It's all about individualized plans for the specific patient, the specific person with their budget and how can we maximize their budget so that they feel beautiful and they feel, you know.

Like we're listening to them. Yeah, I think it's great. I feel like our field has become really science-based and especially talking about the anatomical changes with aging and going over how different fillers went for different areas of the face. And I just think it's been such an amazing evolution over the past few years. Yeah, and we're still so young. I know. We still have so much to learn. We are so young. Say that again. Yeah. ⁓

You're so young. But I mean, in industry. I mean, I was in the industry, by the Yes, yes. Of course, of course. Of course. Yes, Lamar, Yeah. Well, don't worry. I'm getting a face lift in the end of July, so. What? You are? Are you getting deep plane? Yeah. Face to neck or just face? Face to neck and then, wait, but just look. Yeah. Yeah. and then I'm also getting a hairline advancement.

⁓ that's amazing. I love that. Wow. person. Good for you. No, absolutely. So that's exciting. look like that bitch with those fucking teeth. I'm sorry. Yeah. It literally looks like you got jaw filler. Like you look more like defined and like, I know. It's amazing. I honestly wish I would have done this like a million years ago, but it just didn't happen. I had to find the right dentist. I had to find the

three weeks to take off. I to do Invisalign for two years. I had to do gum surgery. It was like a whole thing. was not just like, let me do It's not easy. People just wake up on a Tuesday. They're like, I'm just going to get a full mouth of repairs. like, I didn't do street surgery. there's that wind again. ⁓ yes, I hear definitely the wind. Yeah. Yep. It's insane, you guys. I'm not even kidding. We had... ⁓

The office actually lost power too this morning, but then it came right back. at the house we were out of power for like four hours. more, there's no wind again. that your wind is like, that's absolutely die-a-ball. And that's in Jersey. You live in like the mountains? I don't know. I feel like you're a suburb. I live in the suburbs, but I live very up north. I'm almost by Canada. And it's very cold.

You need a house in Miami. I know. You guys are like investing in properties. I'm like, I don't hear anything about Miami. You're like, get down here. It's cold and wind. Listen, I just bought a seasonal lake house on Skinny Atlas Lake, which is like one of the finger lakes and we're excited about it. Also sounds cold. Huh? Sounds cold also. Yep, but not from June to October. I see. I see.

All right, next house, John, Miami. If you guys want to come and hang out, I have an extra room. Thank you. Appreciate that. I was, saw your video. By the way, Olivia told me that you guys are going to be in, was it in St. Moritz? Yes, St. Moritz, Monaco, Paris. I have so much promo. I much promo. And I don't ski. Me neither. It was like, I'm like the best hot chocolate you'll ever have in your life.

And she's like, my God, have you been? She's like blowing me up. like, I'm like, yeah, but I was like 10. So it doesn't count. my God. Yeah. But the best hot chocolate you'll ever have in your life. I'm just We cannot wait. best butter and the best hot chocolate you will literally ever have. Right? So please bring me some. I know. ⁓ So Lamar, where can we, our listeners, our followers, where can they find you?

Like on Instagram, TikTok, all the things. so Instagram is going to be Beauty Bay. So it's spelled B-A-U-T-I-E. So not the way, dot B-A-E. So B-A-E is Bay before anything else. So Beauty before anything else. And then they could go to LamoreWeinberg.com. So I have a website. It will direct you to my Instagram and all the other fun things. My educational website is called Get Basal. It's another acronym, which is Get.

basic and advanced satellite aesthetic learning. And that's it. ⁓ Lamar, thank you so much for coming on tonight. Thank you guys for having me. I'm glad we finally were able to do it. You were waiting for my teeth is what it was. Exactly. And now we'll have to have you back on after the facelift.
