With a BSc in Nutritional Therapy and over a decade of clinical experience, Amanda supports women navigating midlife transitions with practical, evidence-based strategies rooted in food, lifestyle, and hormone health.
After experiencing her own challenges with perimenopause, Amanda developed the "Feel Good Four" method - a simple yet powerful framework to help women rebalance their bodies, regain energy, and feel like themselves again.
