Trauma!!!

Disclaimer alert: if you haven't yet seen baby reindeer ,I highly suggest you do (or dont) depending on how much you can truly stomach! Eek,but also just know this episode has mad spoilers so maybe steer clear?!.. anyway welcome to a new episode, in this one I use the basis of the show baby reindeer  & link it to the topic trauma iykyk & try to find a wider understanding of what it entails. My ADHD grabbed me on this one so you'll notice me weave in and out of numerous topics that all somewhat relate to each other...I'm not an expert or anything,just felt that it might be a topic worth exploring as I believe each and everyone of us has our fair share of trauma.hopefully something stands out for you!
