Walk into any vitamin store—or scroll through Instagram for five minutes—and you can start to feel like you need an entire cabinet full of supplements to be healthy.

Collagen for aging skin.
Creatine for muscle.
NAD+ for longevity.
Fish oil for your heart.
Biotin for your hair and nails.
CoQ10 for energy.
Vitamin D for your bones.
Magnesium for...well, seemingly everything!

But how do we separate good science from good marketing?

In this episode we're going to talk about what we can get naturally from food, which supplements have legitimate reasons to consider, which ones may be useful in certain circumstances, and which ones may be more hype than help.

And most importantly: you don't need to take everything.

The goal isn't to build the biggest supplement routine. The goal is to understand your own nutritional needs and make smart, informed decisions.

Supplements are supposed to supplement your diet—not replace a healthy diet.
