Pivot with Purpose
Better Off Said is a career, business, and lifestyle podcast hosted by Meghan Houle, exploring real conversations about work, relationships, money, hiring, negotiation, and power.
This show breaks down how decisions actually get made — from job offers and salary negotiations to fundraising, leadership, relationships, and career pivots — with insights grounded in real-life experience.
Each episode covers topics like:
- career growth and hiring
- salary negotiation and compensation
- entrepreneurship and fundraising
- relationships and decision-making
- personal and professional development
- leadership, leverage, and power dynamics
Unlike traditional career podcasts, Better Off Said focuses on the unspoken realities behind success, the conversations that happen behind closed doors, not just the advice shared publicly.
If you’re looking for honest, strategic insight on how life and work actually intersect and what it really takes to move forward, this podcast brings clear direction and real perspective.
