The Postnatal Depletion Cure by Dr. Oscar Serrallach

Potential Postnatal Depletion Symptoms:

  • Having a medical condition start during or after pregnancy
  • Feeling like digestive issues have worsened since giving birth
  • Feeling severe fatigue, or feeling exhausted on waking (which I know is hard to differentiate when you’re up around the clock with a newborn, but we’re talking extreme fatigue)
  • Falling asleep unintentionally when putting kids to bed
  • Sensitivity to bright light or repetitive sounds, feeling easily started
  • Experiencing anxiety above your norm
  • Being a “light sleeper” and being overly aware when you are asleep
  • Having a poor sex drive
  • Experiencing severe brain fog
  • Struggling to keep up with basic self-care
  • Experiencing a significant loss of self-esteem
  • Having a sense of isolation
  • Feeling like there is no time for you
  • Feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope
  • Feeling guilt or shame or failure around your role as a mom
