Series Title: From Believing to Becoming: 4 Faces of Spirituality (Part I of III)

In this series, Val & Nathan tackle four different ways that humans engage with their spirituality beginning with head knowledge (belief); then heart feeling (faith), which then moves to something that fills the whole body and moves one outside of time for a moment (experience) and finally ends in a gradual shifting of our whole self identity (embodiment).

This series walks you through how each of these types of engagement can lead to the next (and deeper) type but does not necessarily do so.

Today's episode focuses on the major pitfalls of mistaking 'true belief' for the entire spiritual journey and the harm this misconception causes both within oneself and in relationship to others.
