Peach Basket and a Dream
In 1891, James Naismith created basketball as a way for athletes to stay active in the winter months between the baseball and football seasons. The first game was super raw, much like this podcast, and used literal peach baskets on poles to form the "hoop". With nothing but a peach basket and a dream, the wonderful sport of basketball was born.
Similarly, with nothing but a microphone and way too many opinions, this podcast was born.
In this space, we cover basketball in terms of numbers, but more importantly we also get into the characters and story lines that make up some of the best reality TV available in the form of the NBA and WNBA.
Looking for a simple game to play and test your basketball knowledge?
Try out Basketball Leg Ends on Instagram. Every few days we will post a picture of a basketball player's legs and task you with identifying that player.

E28 - Olympic Medal Games + Final Thoughts/Consequences
We have taken a few days to digest the "cuisine a la maison". Recaps/reactions of/to the medal games for both men and women comprise the majority of this episode.
Check us out on Instagram for more Basketball Leg Ends, a visual trivia game.
The final thoughts/consequences have to do with getting international play to harmonize a little better with WNBA as well as detailing some players who probably felt a bit disrespected this past month or so and how that could manifest in their play moving forward. Men AND Women.
