Peach Basket and a Dream
In 1891, James Naismith created basketball as a way for athletes to stay active in the winter months between the baseball and football seasons. The first game was super raw, much like this podcast, and used literal peach baskets on poles to form the "hoop". With nothing but a peach basket and a dream, the wonderful sport of basketball was born.
Similarly, with nothing but a microphone and way too many opinions, this podcast was born.
In this space, we cover basketball in terms of numbers, but more importantly we also get into the characters and story lines that make up some of the best reality TV available in the form of the NBA and WNBA.

Seriously, I was really starting to doubt we would have a WNBA season and I could not be happier about the new CBA.
First half of the episode we go through all the trades to establish deadline winners and losers (it IS all still relevant).
Second half of the episode we take guesses at who will be protected in the expansion draft and who the big available names might be.
