As we prepare for family Thanksgiving gatherings, someone is missing at the table. We may not think that we can make it through the day.
What memories surface ?
Are their opportunities for gratitude.
 Can grief and gratitude co-exist/
Set a place-setting and a change. Invite everyone to share a happy memory.  Share in the Gratitude.

What can you place in your "Wellness Self-Care Tool Kit"
to prepare for the day?
Suggestions: Write a note to your loved one, Look at  a photo of joyous memory
Be intentional and have a plan for your range of feelings that may surface with your heart ache?
Take a Sacred Pause, Breath and Listen Within with Gratitude.
Make a list of a minimum of three (3) things, people, memories that you are grateful for at that moment.
Remain Present to the Now.
