Ep # 151 What If Turning On Your Own Stem Cells Changed Everything
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What do you do when a trusted path stops making sense? Alicia J. Osborne reached that crossroads after a stage four non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis and a difficult round of chemotherapy. She chose to pause, gather second opinions, and map every credible option she could find. That search led to a light-based, non-transdermal patch designed to signal the body’s GHK-Cu copper peptide and wake up dormant stem cells—an approach first refined for Navy SEALs seeking safe, non-addictive performance support.
We walk through Alicia’s process step by step: why she tested one variable at a time, how she placed the patch at C7 or below the navel, and the routine that made it stick—12 hours on, 12 off, anchored to simple habits. The early signals were hard to ignore: deeper REM sleep within nights, a long-standing back pain easing by week three, and, at day 43, measurable changes across blood markers and CT scans, including the phrase “noticeable reduction of disease.” Along the way, we unpack the fundamentals of phototherapy, peptide signaling, and why independent, peer-reviewed, double-blind studies matter when you’re weighing complementary tools.
If you’re curious where to begin, Alicia suggests starting with X39 as the foundation, then layering support as needed: Eon for inflammation, glutathione for oxidative stress, and targeted placement near areas of discomfort. Because the patches are non-transdermal, nothing enters the bloodstream, which helps ease concerns about medication conflicts. You’ll hear practical tips for tracking progress—sleep quality, pain levels, energy, mobility, and, where possible, lab results—so you can make informed decisions without guesswork.

Meet Alicia And Her Story
Regina LeagueWelcome everyone to another episode of the Good Neighbor Podcast. I'm your host, Regina League. I'm here in Charlotte, North Carolina. My favorite thing to do is talk to local business owners. And I am super excited about today. I am talking with Alicia J. Osborne. I met her recently at a networking meeting in uh around the Lake Norman area of Charlotte. Welcome, Alicia. Good morning.
Alicia OsbornI'm so excited to be here. Thank you for inviting me.
Regina LeagueYeah, you're you just have this amazing smile. Some of our people, listeners, will see and others won't, but um I just love your passion for what you do. So let's start with what do you do and tell us the story about why you do what you do.
The Shock Of A Stage Four Diagnosis
Exploring Options Beyond Chemo
Alicia OsbornWell, that that's a great place to start. So several years ago, I was what I thought at the height of my life. I was married and had two beautiful daughters, and you know, just working and living, you know, just bought a new home. Everything was fabulous, had returned from Thailand and got sick and went to actually to my daughter. She was uh athlete at UNC Charlotte here, and she had to go to a doctor's appointment for an EKG and she was scared to go by herself. And I was like, you know, why do you need me to go? But I went with her, and our doctor, who had been our family physician for years, asked me how my trip was. And when I told him that I was feeling bad, and it, you know, I said that jet lag had really kicked my butt. And he said, What do you mean, jet lag? It's been like four months, and immediately that doctor sprang to action, who's fabulous. I um three days later was diagnosed with cancer, and a month later was staged with stage four non-Hotchkins lymphoma. Oh my gosh. Yeah, and so it was present in my bone, bone marrow throughout my lymphatic system, and it's a it's a blood cancer, it's part of the LLS. Um, they originally thought it possibly was leukemia, but it was lymphoma then. So after a whirlwind of looking at this doctor who sends you to another doctor and you know, consulting with oncology, they immediately want to install a port and you know, thrust you into the world of chemotherapy. And I just said, time out. I need some time to wrap my head around this, and I also need some time to look at some other things. And luckily, my brother-in-law was a pathologist in Louisville, Kentucky. I went and consulted with their oncology team. I went to South Carolina and met with some nutritionists, I went to Florida and met with a holistic and functional medicine doctor, I went to Davidson and worked with a holistic doctor here. I really, really tried to see all the solutions and all the options that were out there. And one of those options that I found that I was really interested in was stem cell therapy. But after finding out that real stem cell therapy and stem cell therapy that you can trust that doesn't come from other donors is not available in the United States. The real stem cell therapy, you have to go to Central and South America or Europe to get that done. And it's all out of pocket, and what I needed was going to cost me a hundred thousand dollars. So it wasn't an option. It wasn't an option. So I did start with a traditional round of chemotherapy, and on my fifth treatment, the doctor stopped me at the door. I had a yellow slip on my clipboard when I went into the infusion center, and so I went back to his office and he sat at the desk and he threw a pile of a stack of papers in front of me and he said, You're not doing so well. And your prognosis with or without this treatment is probably going to be about the same. And I just looked at him and I said, So what are you saying? And he said, Well, do you what do you want to do? Do you want to keep doing the therapy or do you want to stop? Oh, wow. And I said, We're done. Let's stop. So I pulled out of uh the traditional chemotherapy for my diagnosis and just was trying to live our best life. And luckily, the doctor and a friend of mine from Sarasota, Florida, who had shown me some research in uh the years prior about stem cell research and therapy, and had actually seen really big results for her daughter, who had had a traumatic brain injury, introduced me to this sticker that we're talking about today. And it's the sticker, and it's what I now call my miracle sticker because we are four and a half years, almost five years past my initial introduction of that sticker.
Regina LeagueAmazing.
Discovering The “Miracle Sticker”
Alicia OsbornYeah. And so, and when I say sticker, it is a sticker, it is the size of a quarter, it's this little white round adhesive that uh it's kind of got this little lip and little seal in encased in the sticker is a pad with a an amino acid crystal lattice structure in it. Now, what does that mean? What does it do? Where does it come from? And what do I do now? Well, I am an executive director with LifeWave Global, and our company has actually been around for um in 2026, will be our 22nd year of business. The owner and vendor of the product, his name is David Smith, and he's actually he resides now in Orlando, Florida, and he worked 22 years ago with the U.S. Navy SEALs to produce a product that would be safe and effective, non-narcotic, non-stimulant, and most importantly, non-addictive, that would give the Navy SEALs something that they could use on big long missions to go out and not get them addicted or just you know medically jacked up on some pharmaceutical or otherwise. And he figured out how to trigger peptides in the bodies with these stickers, with these patches now. And that's how our company was born. And for me, what happened was my friend found about it and how it was activating the GHKCU, copper peptide in the body. And when that is activated, it wakes up the dead, dormant, and dying stem cells in our bodies to heal, repair, restore, and just you know, rejuvenate you to back to a more youthful, younger state and a healthier way of living. And so she's like, Alicia, I think you really need to try this. And I did.
Regina LeagueWhere in your situation with the kind of cancer you had, where did you put the sticker and how many did you need?
Alicia OsbornOh, yeah. So there are 10 different stickers that we have available, but the main one that I used is called X39. Now, why is it called X39? There seem there should be some beautiful big scientific reason. But David, the inventor, said it took him 39 tries to get it right, but then X marks the spot when he hit it on his 39th try. He called it X39. And I love that. What a great spot. Now we uh we do have over 200 patents. We have dozens, if not hundreds, of clinical studies and trials. And one of the really cool things about the clinical studies and trials on our product is they are all independent, they're used with a double blind placebo and they're peer-reviewed. That's a big deal in the medical community, and most of your natural holistic products are never used with a double blind placebo and never peer reviewed. But we just have that high of standards with our product. And when those studies are done, you take the patch, you take the little adhesive off the back, and where it's recommended and where the clinical studies and the trials were done were right on the back of the neck, in between C5 and C7. Or if you don't know where that is, if you like, lean your head for just a little bit. The one bone that sticks out the furthest, you just want to focus in right in that area, and you can pop it right back there.
Regina LeagueOkay.
How The Patch Works And Origins
Alicia OsbornOr another great position and another place that the clinical studies were done was right below the belly button. And you could put two fingers right below the belly button and pop that little patch right there. And those are two great meridian points that just give you overall general well-being and health. But our patch does so much for so many different people. And you can, if you're having knee issues, if you're having elbow concerns, if you're having shoulder discomfort, place that patch wherever you're looking for the relief, and you can see some magic start to happen. Or, like I would say, like to say, you can start to see your miracle happen.
Regina LeagueYeah. So how long do you wear the patch?
Alicia OsbornSo it's 12 hours on, 12 hours off daily. So I tell people, get up in the morning, put it with maybe a pharmaceutical or a vitamin or supplement that you're taking now, or your toothbrush. You know, you're gonna you're gonna brush your teeth every morning. Put your put your patches right by your toothbrush, put that patch on, wear it all day, and then take it off before you go to bed. And one of the things that you're gonna notice when patching is the best sleep of your life. A D REM, restful, and I say in the South, a dreaming and drooling sleep. You're gonna that was my first dreaming and drooling.
Regina LeagueI need some of that.
Placement, Protocol, And Sleep Benefits
Alicia OsbornDreaming and drooling. You know, when I started patching, I I I purchased the patches just for the hope of having something restored or something good happen with my cancer diagnosis. But in three nights I slept through the night for the first time in years, years, and I had spent money on teas and potions and pillows and sound machines, you know, all the things. Yeah, and I got that sleep that first night. Now, after about three weeks of patching, I woke up and my back didn't hurt anymore. And I had not even realized that I had relieved that lower back pain that had just really been bothering me, and it was gone, and it has not returned in four and a half years, and it was a pretty severe back pain that I was dealing with and had been seeing a chiropractor for about 18 months to get some solutions that I had not gotten until I started using the patch. And then, because of my diagnosis and because they had dismissed me from chemo, I was having to go in to the oncologist every three months at that point. I went in for blood work, CT, blood work CT. So I was having four rounds of blood work a year, and I was having two CTs a year at that time. And I knew my markers, I knew my levels, I knew where I was. You know, we all have my chart on our computers, and a lot of times we see the results before we even meet with the doctor. And I went in for that CT 43 days after I had started this patch protocol, and every single marker had improved on my blood work, every single marker had improved on my CT, pelvic, chest, and abdomen. Every marker, and I'll never forget the line at the bottom of the path or not the the um CT report. It said noticeable reduction of disease. Gives me cold chills. Oh my god, it it was pretty outstanding. It was pretty you know, I have I'm like four and a half years removed from it now, so it makes it a little bit easier to be like that. But wow, it was the miracle and it was the sticker because I also am very adamant that if I'm trying one product product or I'm trying one protocol, that's what I want to do because I really want to test it, I want to see what it is, I want to see what it's gonna do for the body, instead of just doing a whole lot of different things at the same time. But it was it was the patch, it was the product, and the thing that was so funny about it is I didn't tell the only human that knew that I was using this product was my husband because it was a little kind. I mean, when you tell people that you're putting a sticker on because you have cancer, they're like, Well, really, right? You know, there are a lot of misconceptions.
Regina LeagueWhat planet are you on? Yeah, it's uh it's truly a miracle. Are there different stickers for different ailments?
Early Results And Scan Improvements
Alicia OsbornSo the life wave product line consists of 10 different products. We have um a product actually for sleep, we have a product for pain, we have a product for energy, we have a product for as an anti-inflammatory, we have a glutathione, which glutathione is the the body's master antioxidant, and our glutathione has been shown to be 300 times more effective than an IV drip or a supplement in clinical studies. It's the the studies on the glutathione are out of this world too, and uh I I love that product. I love the product we have. It's an it's called Eon, but it's spelled A-E-O-N, and it's an anti-inflammatory. And so the Eon mixed with the X39, when we can reduce the inflammation in the body and we can boost the GHKCU in the body to wake up those stem cells, those two products together are like the rebuilding powerhouse. I have a good friend of mine, he's an MD in Michigan, and he calls it the dynamic duo because they dynamically work together to really restore the body in some you know different areas. And the testimonials that I get to witness and see. Oh, I've heard you talk. Yeah, I've heard them personally. I mean, personally, you've heard about shoulder pain being restored and gone. We've heard sleep improve, we've heard men's PSA numbers uh go down, cholesterol improve, blood pressure improve. I have a dear friend that uh I I I get to just spend so much time with her now when I used to not, who uh was suffering with lupus and couldn't even leave her house. And she now has the ability to vacuum. She was so excited that she got to vacuum and was not in pain. Um, there's a friend of mine that was dealing with IBS, and because of that, severe depression. And in three days starting patching, uh using these little miracle stickers, her depression lifted and her IBS improved, and now she's flying all over the world, whereas before she wouldn't even get on an airplane because of the, you know, having IBS is really debilitating for people. And uh through patching, she's seen total recovery on that.
Regina LeagueSo, next up, because there's like five of those things I could use a patch for. What happens first when someone reaches out to you? Is there a questionnaire? Is there a test? Explain the process.
Product Line Overview And Pairings
Alicia OsbornSo I really love, I mean, this isn't uh, you know, this isn't a pill, this isn't a cream, this is an injectable, this is a product that we're using to restore your life. It's a completely new category. And because each and every person has different things that are going on in in their lives, I really like to do a one-on-one, just either I can text message with you, I can talk to you on the phone, we can do it by email, we can do it by Zoom, we can get together and have coffee. I really like to get down to you know what's going on and how can I help? And you can access me in any of those ways. You know, I truly believe without the test, you're not giving the testimonial. And my goal and my desire now is to use this product and to use my background to give hope to other people. And so you can reach me. Um, you'll have access, I hope, through this podcast to my website, and that will have my phone number, it'll have my Facebook, it'll have the um all the ways to get in touch with me, or you can simply click on the product link purchase now and order the X39 because everybody needs to start that there. That's really the foundational patch is the X39. Um, you know, it's the other thing that I love to share with people is I want you to know that it's non-transdermal. This is super important. When something's non-transdermal, that means nothing is entering the bloodstream that would give any contraindication to any condition that you might have now or any other medication that you might be taking for that. So that's really, really important to know because people would say, Well, I don't know because I'm taking da-da-da. You're fine, it's non-transdermal. There's not going to be any contraindication with that. So it that's that's really exciting to share with that.
Regina LeagueWell, go ahead and tell us, Alicia, how do people reach you? Because there's going to be so many people curious that want to get this help.
Alicia OsbornSo uh, of course, you can call or text 704-476-9857, or you can go to my website, miracle sticker.com. Now, that's not the name of the product, but that's how you find me to get the product. If you call LifeWave Global directly, they will tell you that you need to go through a licensed brand affiliate or partner or um practitioner. And so they do not sell directly to the public. You have to go through a licensed agent and representative. So get in touch with me at miraclesticker.com or 704-476-9857.
Regina LeagueWell, you named your company perfectly. Um, I just it it is sounds like a miracle. And my gosh, I can't wait to try it. Alicia, thank you so much for joining us today. I I love your passion, and most of all, what an amazing journey you've been on and uh be able to give one of the best testimonials I've ever heard. I love that.
Alicia OsbornI love that you invited me on. Uh, you know, it it feels good to give people hope because as I tell everybody, I don't know what your circumstances are, but you deserve a victory.
