Hello people! Today I want to talk with you about something that many people feel at some point in their life, but very few people truly understand. That moment when you begin to notice that something inside your life does not feel right anymore. From outside, everything may look completely normal. You go to work, you follow your routine, you take care of your responsibilities, and you continue doing what everyone expects from you. Yet internally, something feels different. Your motivation is not the same as it used to be, your energy feels lower, and you begin questioning whether the direction you're going is really the direction you want for your future. Most people experience this moment at some point. What many people do not realize is that these feelings are not random. Your life is sending you signals. Your mind and your body are simply telling you that something important in your life is no longer aligned with who you are becoming. Through my own experience, I discovered that there are three fundamental needs that must be fulfilled for a person to feel energized, motivated, and fulfilled in life. When one of these needs is missing, frustration slowly begins to appear. Energy is not only about physical strength. Energy is about the balance between what you invest and what you receive in return. Think about the way many people live today. Someone works 8 hours a day, sometimes 10 or 12. Some people even take additional jobs in the evening or during weekends simply to keep their financial situation stable. And at the end of the month, they look at their bank account and realize that all this effort barely moved their life forward. In that situation, the equation becomes very simple. When you invest more energy than you receive in return, frustration begins to grow. Money is one form of energy, but it is not the only one. Recognition is also energy. Respect is energy. Personal growth is energy. Working in an environment where your effort is never recognized slowly drains your motivation. When someone has to fight for every opportunity, every salary increase, or even the chance to contribute ideas, the person eventually begins feeling exhausted. Human beings naturally look for situations where the energy they invest creates meaningful return. When this balance disappears for too long, dissatisfaction appears. The second need that strongly influences our life is the environment we live in. Every person is influenced by the people around them more than they usually realize. Almost everyone has experienced this situation. You meet someone for a coffee, and the entire conversation revolves around problems, complaints, and negativity. After the meeting, you return home and notice that your own energy has dropped. Your mind continues replaying everything that was said. Now imagine living permanently in an environment like that. Your environment quietly shapes the way you see your own future. If the people around you constantly question your ambitions, criticize your decisions, or focus only on problems, maintaining a positive mindset becomes extremely difficult. Every person needs an environment where support exists, where people are generally happy when others succeed, and where progress is celebrated instead of criticized. A healthy environment allows people to grow. Without that environment, even the most motivated individuals eventually lose momentum. The third need is the one that changed my life the most. Every person has a deep need to feel that they are building something that belongs to them. This does not always mean a company or a business. It simply means having a project that gives your life direction and meaning. Without a personal project, life can begin to feel repetitive. The years pass quickly, routines repeat themselves, and a quiet question appears more often. Is this really the life I want to live? That question is not negative. In fact, it's often the beginning of a transformation. In my own case, that moment arrived several years ago. I had built a career in the IT and banking world. From the outside, everything looked stable and successful. Yet internally I felt more restricted every year. I realized that my potential was not fully expressed in the path I had chosen earlier in my life. Looking back, there were already signs many years before. When I was very young, one of my mentors once told me that he did not really see me as an IT professional. At that moment, I did not understand what he meant. Years later, I finally understood what he was trying to tell me. When you grow older, you start understanding yourself better. You understand your strength, your motivations, and the type of life you truly want to build. Around the age of 36, I realized something very clearly. I could not continue living a life that did not reflect who I truly was. At that moment, my decisions were not only about my own future, I also carried responsibility for my family and my children. I wanted to be a father who feels fulfilled and energized, not someone who spends years feeling trapped inside a path that no longer feels right. That was the moment when I understood that I had to listen to the signals my life was giving me. Listening to yourself is not always easy. Modern life keeps people extremely busy. Many individuals spend most of their time simply maintaining the routine and covering their responsibilities. Very few people stop and ask themselves the important questions. Between you and your dreams, there is often only one decision. In my case, that decision led me to network marketing. At the beginning, I had no experience, no clear roadmap, and no guarantee that things would work. But I had something more important. I had the willingness to try. Looking back today, I never imagined the experiences that would follow. Today I lead a team of more than 180,000 partners in over 50 countries across Europe. I never imagined speaking in front of thousands of people at large events. Our next event will bring together nearly 2,500 people, and I cannot wait to stand on that stage and to share value with them. Life reveals opportunities that you cannot see at the beginning of the journey, but those opportunities only appear when you start moving. And this is exactly why focused periods like a 90-day run are so powerful. A 90-day run is simply a moment where you stop waiting for the perfect condition and decide to take consistent action. You move forward with discipline, clarity, and commitment. And something remarkable happens during that process. Your confidence grows, your abilities expand, and the future that once looked uncertain slowly becomes visible. Sometimes life feels like driving with the handbrake still engaged. You are moving forward, but everything feels heavier than it should. The moment you release that handbrake, everything changes. You finally discover who you really are capable of becoming.
