Hello, people, and welcome to a new episode. Today I want to talk about something that can seriously, and I say seriously, change the speed of your growth in this business. I want to talk about events. A lot of people in network marketing say they want more. They want more momentum, more confidence, more clarity, more belief, more results, and more growth in their team. But when an event comes, hesitation often begins. People start thinking about the ticket, the travel, the hotel, the weekend, and everything around it. Then they stay home, keep building from the same place and continue working with the same thoughts and the same energy. A few weeks later, nothing feels very different. That is exactly why this topic matters. If you really understand what events do in network marketing, you stop seeing them as something extra. You begin to understand that they are one of the smartest decisions a builder can make. Events do not just fill your calendar, they change the way you build. When people look at events from the outside, they often focus on the wrong things first. They see a stage, lights, music, dressed-up people, and excitement. Because that is the visible part. They sometimes assume an event is mostly about atmosphere. But the real value goes much deeper than just atmosphere. An event changes the way a person sees the business. It changes the way a person sees themselves inside the business. It changes the level of belief, the level of commitment, and the level of action after the event is over. That's why events matter so much. Most people already have enough information. They know they should speak to more people. They know they should follow up. They know they should stay consistent. They know they should become stronger in their communication. In most cases, the problem is not that someone needs five more pieces of information. The problem is that they stay too long in the same environment and slowly start seeing the business through a smaller and smaller lens. That happens very easily. When someone builds from home for too long from the same chair with the same routine around the same people, the business can start feeling smaller than it really is. Progress feels slow, effort feels heavy, and vision begins to shrink without the person even noticing it. This is where events become powerful. An event resets your vision. When you walk into a serious room full of builders, your business stops feeling like a tiny personal project. You start seeing the real size of what is possible. You hear stories from people who also had doubts, who also had jobs, who also had responsibilities, and who also started with no special advantage. Then you see what happened because they kept growing, kept learning, and kept moving. That changes something inside a person. Belief becomes stronger when possibility stops being theory and becomes visible in front of your eyes. Belief grows faster when you can see what is possible. This is one of the biggest reasons events matter. Another thing people often misunderstand is who events are really for. Some believe events are mainly for leaders, for people who are already successful, or for people who already have a strong team. But if you listen carefully to enough serious builders, you will notice that many of them did not start attending events because or when they were already big. In many cases, attending events was one of the reasons they became bigger. The difference here is important. Staying in your normal routine can make your current level feel acceptable. Your excuses begin to sound reasonable. Your low activity begins to feel understandable. Your goals begin to feel smaller without you realizing it. Then you enter a room full of serious people and something changes very quickly. The speed feels different. The focus feels different. The standard feels different. That experience is useful because it challenges the way you have been thinking. Sometimes the room makes a person a little uncomfortable at first. That is not a bad sign. It usually means the person has just seen a level they know they could grow into. A strong event shows you the level you have not stepped into yet. And there is another reason events matter, and this one is deeply human. Network marketing is emotional. Of course, this business has structure. Conversation matters, presentations matter, follow-up, leadership, everything matters. But anyone with real experience knows that people do not slow down only because they don't know what to do. A lot of people slow down because doubt becomes louder than their vision. That happens quietly. A person starts questioning themselves, energy drops, comparison grows, the mind becomes heavy, the business starts feeling more difficult than it felt before, even though the actions themselves did not become more difficult. If someone stays alone with that for too long, those thoughts begin to feel true. This is exactly where events become so important. At an event, a person realizes they are not the only one who has gone through that phase. They meet other people who also had fear, confusion, slow periods, rejection, and moments where they thought about stopping. That brings relief. Relief matters in network marketing because a person who feels isolated often steps back, while a person who feels connected usually keeps moving. Sometimes an event gives someone the exact emotional reset they needed. They arrive tired, uncertain, and half out of the business. They spend one or two days in the right room, hear the right message at the right time, and suddenly everything becomes clearer again. Nothing magical happened. Clarity happened. And clarity changes behavior. Sometimes one event gives a person enough strength to keep building for the next six months. There is also something else that happens at events, and people do not always talk about it openly. Events create decisions. Many people spend months being around the business without ever making a real intentional decision. They are present but not fully committed. They do some activity but not with full intention. They watch, listen, and think, but deep inside they are still undecided. Then they go to an event. A real event can create the moment where someone finally says, I'm in. I want to take this seriously. I want to raise my level. That kind of decision changes a lot. It changes how a person uses time, how they speak to people, how they follow up, how they show up in their team, and how they see the future in the business. Events often create the decision that daily activity was waiting for. That's why people come home different. Now let's speak honestly about what happens when people skip events. Sometimes they think they are saving money. Sometimes they think it is more practical to stay home. Sometimes they say they will just come to the next one. But very often they are also staying away from a moment that would have challenged them to grow. Because attending a serious event asks something from a person. It asks for commitment. It asks for movement. It asks them to place themselves in a stronger environment. It asks them to stop watching from a distance and get into the room. That can feel uncomfortable. But comfort rarely creates acceleration. When someone skips an event, they are not only missing two days on a calendar, they are also missing the environment, the conversations before and after the stage, the emotional shift, the stronger vision, the belief, the urgency, and the moments that often stay with people long after the event ends. Those things are difficult to measure while they are happening. Later, though, the difference becomes visible. A person who attended often goes home sharper, clearer, and more committed. A person who stayed home often continues with the same thinking they already had before. And in network marketing, thinking influences action very quickly. The room you choose influences the future you build. This becomes even more important when you think about teams. When one person from a team attends a serious event, the value does not stay with that one person. They return with stronger belief, a better standard, a fresh energy. That affects conversations, team culture, and momentum. A stronger person often brings strength back into the whole organization. That is why mature teams never treat events casually. They understand that growth often shows up after the event because the people who attended come back changed. And that is the reason I believe event culture matters so much in network marketing. A builder who keeps placing themselves in the right rooms usually grows faster than someone who tries to build everything alone from home. The reason is simple environment shapes thinking and thinking shapes action. A serious builder does not only ask, what should I do next? A serious builder also asks, Where do I need to be to grow? After the event, the same result may feel too small to the level the person now wants to reach. Before the event, hesitation may have felt normal. After the event, hesitation feels expensive. Before the event, the builder may have been thinking like a participant. After the event, they begin thinking like a leader. That shift is extremely valuable. And this is exactly why a strong event can affect far more than one weekend. It can influence the next months, the next season, and sometimes even be the next chapter of a person's life inside the business. So if you take one thing from this episode, let it be this.
