Hello, people, and welcome to a new episode of With Network Marketing to the Moon. Today we are talking about four mistakes that stand between a lot of people and real success in network marketing. And the reason I want to speak about this is very simple. I've seen people come in with energy, with hunger, with big words, and sometimes with real potential. I've also seen why some people move fast while others stay stuck much longer than they should. And very often, it is not because they picked the wrong company. It is not because they are too late. And it's not because they are not made for the business. A lot of the time it comes down to a few mistakes that look small in the beginning, but later they cost people months, sometimes even years. So today I want to walk you through the four mistakes I see again and again, and I want to do it in a practical way so you can recognize them early and avoid them. Let's start with the first one. Mistake number one, not being coachable. A lot of people start network marketing and without saying it directly, they behave like they already know better. Sometimes these are even the people who have never built anything in this profession before. They come in, they hear the system, they hear the guidance, they see the structure, and still they feel the need to do everything their own way from day one. That is a big mistake. Because when you enter a new profession, the smart move is not to reinvent everything. The smart move is to learn from people who are already where you want to go. That is one of the main reasons why choosing the right sponsor, the right team, and the right environment matter so much. If you make a conscious decision to start with a certain person or inside a certain structure, then there should be a reason for that. And if there is a reason, then it makes no sense to ignore all the guidance the moment you begin. A coachable person moves faster because they borrow experience. A stubborn person moves slower because they want to learn everything the hard way. And yes, at the beginning, that often means switching your head off a little bit and just doing the work you're given. It means trusting the assignments, trusting the process, trusting the structure, and understanding that in the first weeks you are not yet in the position to improve the system. First, you have to learn it. Because network marketing is a profession, and in every profession, the beginning is easier when you are willing to be taught. If you are not coachable, you slow down your own success. That is the first mistake. Mistake number two taking network marketing too lightly. This one is extremely common. A lot of people start network marketing because they want a little more money every month. They want to make things easier, they want to breathe a bit more at the end of the month. Maybe they want an extra 300, 500, or even 1000 euros. There is nothing wrong with that. That is a real reason. But then something happens. They stay mentally at that level. They keep treating the business like a small side thing, like something casual, like something they only touch when it fits nicely into the day. And then they start wondering why other people are making 10 times more. The answer is usually very simple. Those people may have started for the same reason, but at some point they understood that network marketing is not just a little extra. They understood that it can become a real profession that changes everything. Because once you take it seriously, your behavior changes. Meetings are no longer a burden. Coaching is no longer too much. Learning is no longer something you avoid. The business starts becoming part of your identity instead of something you do only when it feels comfortable. And this is where a lot of people block themselves. They want big results from a hobby-level attitude that rarely works. You do not have to quit your job tomorrow. You do not have to pretend you are full time if you're not. But you do have to respect what this profession can become. Because if you keep treating it like something small, you will usually stay in small results much longer than necessary. People who take the business lightly usually get light results. This is the second mistake. Mistake number three losing focus. This one becomes dangerous very quickly. Today people hear all the time that they need many income streams. They hear that they should invest here, start something there, maybe do a second business, maybe try crypto, maybe start another company, maybe even join another network. That sounds smart on paper, but timing matters. If you are still early in your journey, if you are still learning how to build, if you are not yet truly strong in one lane, then splitting your energy too early usually creates more weakness, not more security. This is something many people do not understand. They reach a point where they make a little money, but not enough. Then instead of going deeper, they go wider. They start looking left and right, they start chasing the next thing, and the moment that happens, the focus goes down. That hurts them, and it also hurts the team because if you are a leader, even in a small team, people watch you. They read more from your actions than from your words. So if your people see you suddenly building something else on the side, what are you really telling them? You are telling them, without saying it directly, that this first thing is not enough, not safe enough, or not worth full trust. That creates uncertainty. And once uncertainty enters a team, focus drops everywhere. This is why I believe focus is one of the most important assets in network marketing. When your energy is divided, your progress is divided too. That is true for your time, your message, your leadership, and your vision. And there is another point here that matters a lot. A lot of people confuse doubling with growing. They think if I do two things, I will have double the chance. That is not always how it works. Very often, one focused effort built properly has much more power than two distracted efforts built half-heartedly. So if you're still building, still growing, still trying to create something real, then my advice is very simple. Stay where your best chance is. Give your energy a direction. Because once focus is gone, momentum usually goes with it. A divided mind builds a weaker business. That is the third mistake. Mistake number four, treating everyone the same. This one is subtle, but it costs a lot of people results. At the beginning, many networkers do the same thing. They learn one business presentation, one product explanation, one rhythm, one way of speaking, and then they repeat it to everybody. Same energy, same words, same flow, same argument, that feels efficient but is not smart. Because people are different. A businessman does not think the same way as a woman coming out of maternity who wants to build something again. A person who is under financial pressure does not respond in the same way as someone who is more interested in freedom, purpose, or health. A customer looking for better products is not hearing the same message as a prospect looking for a life change. That is why strong networkers do not only learn how to present, they learn how to listen. And that changes everything. Because once you stop trying to give the same presentation to everybody, you begin having real conversations. You begin understanding what the person in front of you actually needs. You start hearing the pain point more clearly. You begin offering something that fits instead of throwing the same words at every person and hoping one sentence lands. That is a huge shift. And to be honest, this is one of the biggest differences between a beginner and a real professional. This is also why support matters so much in the beginning. If you're not yet good at reading people, if you're not yet good at guiding conversations, then bring in your sponsor, bring in your upline, and use the third-party approach. Let more experienced people help you until you build the eye and the ear for it yourself. That is smart. Because over time you will learn not only how to present but how to connect. And once people feel understood, the conversation becomes much stronger. The more you understand people, the better you will become in this business. A lot of what I'm sharing here also became part of Moonshot. I wrote it because I saw too many people with real potential getting stuck for reasons that could have been avoided much earlier. If you want a deeper look at the mindset, at the structure behind building this business the right way, you can check it out in the description below. So if we put everything together, these are the four mistakes I want you to watch very carefully. Do not come into the business thinking you already know better. Be coachable. Do not treat this profession like a casual side game if you want serious results. Respect what it can become. Do not split your focus too early just because other opportunities are shouting for your attention. And do not treat every person the same. Learn to listen, understand, and adapt. If you can avoid these four mistakes, you already remove a lot of unnecessary friction from your journey. Because sometimes success in network marketing is not about doing one magical new thing. Sometimes it is simply about stopping the things that keep slowing you down. And that is the message I want you to remember. A lot of people are not far away from better results. They are only one or two corrections away. Alright, that's it for today.
