Stephanie Vincent: Pritchétt Bridal
In this special episode, Mindi Linscombe of Bridal Owner Success interviews Stephanie Vincent from Pritchétt Bridal.
As a mother-daughter duo, Stephanie Vincent and her daughter Tiffany have brought Pritchétt from a small bridal shop in the corner of Orem, Utah, to the thriving and well-known powerhouse in the bridal industry it is today. They love working together, and because of each of their strengths, Pritchétt continues to grow each day.
Stephanie has had her feet in the fashion world for many years, as both a former Mrs. Utah and a highly sought-after pageant coach and judge. She started a real estate company with her husband in 2002 and has been an award-winning realtor in Utah in the decades since, including her time as President of the Utah County Association of Realtors. It was this entrepreneurial spirit and business-minded ambition that encouraged Stephanie's daughter Tiffany to ask her if she wanted to buy a bridal shop together.
After careful consideration, she decided to take the plunge with Tiffany and they bought Avenía together. Since then, Stephanie has been the mastermind behind running Pritchétt. Because of Stephanie’s experience with running a business and building a successful company from the ground up, Pritchétt has flourished in its seven years since. Stephanie manages all of the back-end business with ordering dresses, training our top-of-the-line consultants, ensuring that each bride is well taken care of, and much more to make Pritchétt run so smoothly.
