But Joe’s story didn’t stop there. He went on to play professionally with the Harlem Globetrotters, and had an international career that took him to Russia, France, and beyond. He shares stories of life overseas, the challenges of adapting to different cultures and styles of play, and how he overcame a torn ACL in Russia — a major setback that would’ve ended many careers.
