Military Precision For A Better Disney Day With An Earth Cocktail
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
A Disney day can go sideways fast: a dead phone battery, a surprise two-hour line, a mid-afternoon heat crash, or that one person who disappears into a gift shop while you’re trying to hit a Lightning Lane window. So we decided to solve it the only reasonable way: by treating a Disney vacation like a military operation. Think chain of command, mission readiness, rules of engagement, supply lines, rally points, and tactical withdrawals when a ride breaks down.
We start with a quick drink review of the Via Napoli Earth Cocktail at EPCOT, breaking down the ingredients, the price, and what it actually tastes like when you make it at home. From there, we turn Disney trip planning into a strategy session built for real park conditions at Walt Disney World and Disneyland: rope drop “rapid deployment,” using your phone and the Disney app as a mobile command and control center, and staying flexible with flanking maneuvers when plans change. We also lay down our one non-negotiable rule for the parks: treat Cast Members with respect, keep the smiles coming, and leave Cast Compliments whenever you can.
Then we go park by park with “theater of operations” tactics, including why Magic Kingdom and Disneyland are target-rich environments, why It’s a Small World is basically behind enemy lines, and why EPCOT rewards smart pavilion recon for snacks, souvenirs, and hydration. We wrap with a full script briefing called Operation Pixie Dust for Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney California Adventure, plus a debate on what’s actually court martial worthy at Disney. Subscribe, share this with your favorite park planner, and leave a review with your best Disney battle tactic.
Earth Cocktail And Price Talk
SPEAKER_02Today we tried an earth cocktail from Viennapolis at Epicot, and we talk military precision at Disney. Welcome to Tears Tears.
SPEAKER_00We're old-fashioned Manhattan. We'll talk about that too from future land to the wild frontier. It's Disney talk on Tears 2.
SPEAKER_03Okay, we are back. Time to talk military precision at Disney. And have a drink. And have a drink. So let's talk about this drink first.
SPEAKER_02Yes, this Viennapolis Earth Cocktail at Viennapoly at Epcot. And it's made with Tito's handmade vodka, Midori orange juice, and pineapple juice. Thank you for a drink with simple words to say. Yes. And it's $18 there. Okay, about midlin. Yeah. Middlin price.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's pretty good. So we did two ounces of Tito's vodka, two ounces of orange juice, two ounces of pineapple juice, and one ounce of Mindori. It's a pleasant-looking drink. And pleasant tasting drink. And it's a pleasant tasting drink. Yeah, Viennapoly does not disappoint. It's got that, I think between the pineapple and the orange juice, it's got that a slight bitterness, but not a bad bitterness to it. And it's but it's still got some of the sweet. The juice got in my throat a little bit. I don't think it's a good one. You can you can kind of pick up on all of the all the different flavors that are part of it, but nothing stands out. It's not alcohol forward at all. I'm not picking up any of the any of the vodka in there. Just the Midori. A little bit of the Midori, but it it's kind of a Midori orange juice pineapple mix, is what I'm tasting.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's fruity, good.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. So I wonder how it okay. Now I can imagine it with like a slice of pizza or some Italian food.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I don't know. I don't know if it works. Maybe a lighter like a like a fettuccine. Possibly. Maybe a maybe a seafood dish.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, this is one that would get kind of get lost in the in a real spicy Italian.
SPEAKER_02Right, it has to be a lighter fare.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. And it's not like barbecue. So we had talked about previously a drink with barbecue that you wanted to kind of cut through all that that strong flavor. This one, I think, this one I don't think would do that. But if you were going in there for maybe appetizers and a drink, I think this one would hit just right. Nice hot day. Yeah, this would be a good one. Yeah, I like this drink. We even have umbrellas.
SPEAKER_02We have umbrellas. I don't know why a military umbrella. I don't know. We should have put something like military style in here. Oh, yeah, a little army man or something. But this is like if you're chilling on China Beach. Yeah. That's the best I got.
SPEAKER_03But today we're talking storming the beaches of an operation, right?
SPEAKER_02Storming the beach. My dad, my dad stormed the beach in Ormandy.
SPEAKER_03Patton probably drank two or three of these, you know. Probably when he was going through Palermo.
SPEAKER_02He probably had a he probably had his his uh canteen.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, full of uh of an earth cocktail. Yeah, I forgot about Earth cocktail.
Military Terms Meet Disney Planning
SPEAKER_03So, yes, we are talking military precision. We are so we looked up, actually, we did this a little differently, as we are wont to do, and I kind of just looked up a bunch of military terms and then applied them to a Disney trip where you wrote out a script from the viewpoint of the general informing his troops of what the operation is going to be. Okay, I took a Marine Corps general stance on the entire operation, exactly. So mine's pre-trip and then what we call the theater of operations. We split up the parks. We did three each. I did Magic Kingdom, Disneyland, and Epcot. You had Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and California Adventure. And so I have pre-trip military things that you would do. Okay. And then when you're in the theater of operations.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so why don't you start?
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_02And we'll just talk through yours. Okay. And I'll stop you and hopefully make fun of you sometimes or something. So have some great tidbits.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Pre-trip.
Chain Of Command And Mission Ready
SPEAKER_03First thing you're going to do, you're you're establishing a chain of command. You know, who's who's in charge of this trip? Okay. Now, when it's you and I going on the trip, whether it's just the two of us or we have the accompanying families, we it's shared command.
SPEAKER_02Right. It's like we're two captains off-duty.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02Kind of thing.
SPEAKER_03So, but you would be the commander of the Wall family and I would be the commander of the Riley family. Right. And so we would we would have a joint, it's a joint operation. It's a joint operation. Right. So like I'm the Navy and you're the Marines in it's in this type of thing. Okay. That's I like that. Yeah. Yeah. So we're, you know, we're gonna go in mission ready. So we we have lightning lanes booked. Okay, mission ready. Yeah. So whether depending on the park, like Disneyland, you can't pre-book them, but lightning lanes are booked. You're going in mission ready. You have your crossbody bag full of the stuff that you need, umbrellas, ponchos, electrolyte packets, mission ready. That is how it works. Command and control center. So your phone, the app is up to date and it's fully charged. Okay. And you have a battery backup. So you have a mobile command and control center. You have a mobile command and control center. I like it. And that that is going to guide your actions throughout the day. So you need to establish comms with your platoon. Okay. Yeah. So everybody needs to have everybody else's cell phone number. And they all need to be part of the command and control center, their information in that, so that they can be guided as to what to do next. Okay. Yeah. So, you know, you might send part of your part of your platoon goes and does this thing, and part of them goes and does this thing, but you need to control that. Command and mobile command and control center. Very important. So you establish our rules of engagement ahead of time. So which means smile at cast members and provide cast compliments.
SPEAKER_02Oh, good.
SPEAKER_03Those are our rules of engagement.
SPEAKER_02I like that.
SPEAKER_03That's what we do. There's no yelling at the cast members. Even if they do something that's slightly frustrating, which one out of 50 does. Because they're slightly frustrated. Yes. Because of their job. I get it. So that's but those are our rules of engagement. Smiles and compliments. Good. I like
Rapid Deployment And Supply Lines
SPEAKER_03it. So we start our day, and it doesn't matter what park you are in. You start your day with a rapid deployment from the transportation in Florida or the walk to the gates in California. Okay. But it's rapid deployment. It is you get on that bus, you get off that bus, you get to that line. Yeah, you get in formation in line. Right. Ready to scan.
SPEAKER_02You can also send like a point man to the line. You could.
SPEAKER_03And then join them. You could. And that does happen, like when you send someone ahead for Skyliner in the morning or the buses.
SPEAKER_02Right. Or at Disney when we were staying at we're staying at Pixar Place. Uh-huh. Yes. And then DJ and Leah would cruise ahead when we stopped at Starbucks. Yes.
SPEAKER_03Go get in line and then yeah, someone else would stop and get the that's totally legal. The Starbucks. Yeah. Upsetting people. But you have to see that also is the side mission. Your command and control center, it's not just the app for Disneyland, Disney World. It's the Starbucks app. Okay. So you pre-order if you need to, or your mobile pay, but see, you have someone break off to hit the supply lines as you advance. So you're so when you hit the parks, your supplies are in full. You're fully supplied. Yes. And you can resign is a throughout the day type of thing.
SPEAKER_02It's like we would go to the line and Christy and Asha were like our helicopter drop zone.
SPEAKER_03Yes, they are. Yeah. Yeah. Dropping in supplies. Dropping in supplies alive. Making sure we're taken care of. So know that if a ride breakdowns, there will be a tactical withdrawal after consulting with command and control. Like it. Because okay, is this a is this a tactical pause or is this tactical with withdrawal? Do we need to retreat here? You have to you have to play that and it's moment by moment. So it might be one of those situations where you realize, you know, I can pivot with my operation and go ahead over to a different ride, different part of the park. Uh-huh. You know, it advance in a different direction, maybe a flanking maneuver. Or flanking, there you go. Something like that. One of your 50 words, I bet. Yes. Oh, I'll use that a couple of times. So the ride, and then that ride might remain part of your mission objective if it was not fully achieved. It depends on if evacu was needed, when and where. So exactly. Certain situations, like I've been evacued off of a couple of rides before, but I felt that mission was completed. I did not need to the my mission objective was complete. I didn't need to revisit that and secure that
Tactics For Ride Breakdowns
SPEAKER_03beach head. It was like I was ready to go. Okay. So with all of this, you start out in the morning, shock and awe. Shock and awe. It's just boom, hit that ride. Boom, hit that ride. Boom, hit that ride. Boom. And you were just moving. It is shock and awe. And then you proceed with a scorched earth mission. Get it all done. Leave nothing standing. Right. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. Yeah. And churros. Napalm and churros in the morning.
SPEAKER_02It's like a napalm with a little cinnamon. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Napalm and chimichangas. Okay. Need a little drink there. That's funny. Okay. So you don't subject, then this is a rule when you are on this mission. You don't subject your team to friendly fire. Bathroom breaks are to be completed at a time when not rushing to a ride, DJ. Whoa, yeah, I know. That's a that popped up my head in the middle of your sentence. Yeah. A little friendly fire. Hey, uh, hold on. I'm just gone for 20 minutes as we're trying to rush into a 20-minute wait time for guardians or something like that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that was our fault for not establishing fire zones.
SPEAKER_03See, and pre-pre this is a pre-trip thing. You these are what you're establishing ahead of time that no friendly fire. Nobody gets hurt because you're not paying attention.
SPEAKER_02I know, and I'm all I'm all for not leaving a man behind, but it was almost warranted there.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. He was almost lost in the jungle.
SPEAKER_03We generally don't leave a man behind. No, but that was close to that was close. That was close. You don't, you know, gosh, if a guy shoots off his foot, you you're gonna sacrifice two more guys to carry him? I don't think so.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Was it mission critical that we didn't go to cars? That we didn't get to ride cars right then. Was it mission critical? It kind of was. Kind of was. I think it was. And if we go back, if that's one of the things, if we went back, yeah, we we should have ditched him.
SPEAKER_03We should have. Because that made it a because we were see, it was tight, it was a tight operating window because it was it was riding cars, and then it was going to rise of the resistance to close out the night. And so that was, I mean, that's a long trek. So terrible, you know. You when timing is critical, sometimes you have to make the tough decision and triage. It's all triage on the battlefield. It is. Yeah, well, he almost did. Corbett. Now, we do provide cover fire for individual objectives. So you want to go in and do some shopping? Great. The rest of us establish a perimeter. We're gonna establish a perimeter, lay down some suppressing fire, right? Keep on mission, but it'll be a we're gonna lay down that cover fire so that you can go get that spirit jersey before or ears or whatever it is. Right. There is room in a in a Disney trip for individual objectives. It's on a real battlefield, no, but Disney, you can, because that is part of the whole the whole mission military, you know, experience with it. So that is all my pre-trip.
Shock And Awe Then Triage
SPEAKER_03Okay. Now getting into my theater of operations, all right. Magic Kingdom, nitty-gritty and Epcot. Now, Magic Kingdom and Disneyland, somewhat similar, but there are a little bit of differences. That's square mileage. They're both a target-rich environment. That's true. There's a lot to do. There's a lot to do. Yeah, which means you you need to maintain operational focus. You got to keep your eyes on the target.
SPEAKER_02And you have to have different kinds of training. You can't just have desert training, you have to have jungle training, space training, swamp training. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, Arctic training, you know, dealing with Yeti Matterhorn. You know, you have to be able to handle yourself in any situation. You do. So both Magic Kingdom, both target-rich environments. Now, for both of those, small world is behind enemy lines. We will get you out. Remain calm and stay mission focused, but we will get you out. We will save you. We will not leave you behind. This is one of the times because you're just you're small world, you're behind enemy lines. There's no other way around that. No. And there's no other real behind enemy lines like being in small world.
SPEAKER_01No, no, Billy's 10 minutes into smaller. We've got to get him out of there. Go, go, go.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. You're setting up. Yeah, you're working out the evac plan, whatever you need to do.
SPEAKER_0215 minutes is is that how long it is? 15 minutes, somewhere around there. I think something like that. It's long. It's too long. Yeah. We'll say 15 minutes for the sake of the argument. Yeah. 10 minutes of 10 minutes in, you gotta get a guy out.
SPEAKER_03Now he'll be too fatigued to continue the mission. He will he would be. Now, during that, and that's during common time. Now, during Christmas, I would say that you're not behind enemy lines, but you are in hostile territory.
SPEAKER_02Yes. You have to just keep be on the alert.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. It's still like the TED offensive where they at any moment something could happen. They could come at you.
SPEAKER_02You have to go in with the buddy system. Yes. And make sure someone has your six.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. At all times. Someone to have your six. Right. That is mission critical. So mission objective at Magic Kingdom rides and shows. Lots of shows there. Lots of rides. That that is your objective to hit all of it. You know, you got to get your Mickey's Philharm Magic. Carousel Progress, even though it's down
Shopping Missions And Cover Fire
SPEAKER_03now. It's down. It's it's it's in the uh good term for that, I guess. The it's being it's being triaged.
SPEAKER_02It's uh it got medavact out.
SPEAKER_03Yes, but country bears, tiki room. Uh-huh. There's lots of lots of good shows there. So the operational tempo, speed is key at rope drop with tactical pause midday to reassess mission objectives. Okay. You know, rally point? Rally point, yes. You should have a rally point. And I meant to put that in there about where your rally point would be. You know, do you always make it the hub or is it is it somewhere else?
SPEAKER_02I don't know. Do you make it the hub? Because that's very you're in the line of fire. Snipers can be around.
SPEAKER_03That it's open. It's open. It's too open.
Magic Kingdom Target Rich Priorities
SPEAKER_02It's too open. Somewhere else.
SPEAKER_03Maybe the Hall of Presidents, or that's a good one. That's a good one.
SPEAKER_02Good. Yeah, this is just Magic Kingdom.
SPEAKER_03Yes, this is just Magic Kingdom.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the Dumbo ride.
SPEAKER_03Yes. It's kind of out in the side area. You're secluded. You have a good strong perimeter to your back. You know, you can hold off offensive incursions into your into your turf, yes, in your into your controlled area.
SPEAKER_02The ride, the dumbo ride will provide some cover as it's spinning.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02From aerosolts.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Well, you can send someone up like into the tower to scout. And I mean it's 360. And just looking around.
SPEAKER_02I like that job. Yeah. I like to be the scout.
SPEAKER_03So, but you know, you want it, you do want a tactical pause at midday to assess what your your speed is key at road drop. What have we accomplished as towards our mission? Okay, so does that mean we can now back off? Does that mean we need to push forward in some areas? Yeah, it gives you that break to figure things out. And finally, Magic Kingdom, you need to embrace the suck.
SPEAKER_02It is hot. Mission critical for all of Disney.
SPEAKER_03It's hot, and the lines are a thing.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. If you take anything from this episode that's real, it's embrace the suck at Disney.
SPEAKER_03Embrace the suck at Magic Kingdom.
SPEAKER_02We need those shirts.
Rally Points Heat And Embrace It
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02We need Cheers to Ears, Embrace the Suck shirts. I like this. Write that down.
SPEAKER_03Okay. We'll we'll get our secretary Debbie on it. Debbie. Okay. Disneyland.
Disneyland Lines And Heat Strategy
SPEAKER_03Also a target-rich environment. Small world, of course, like I said, stay behind enemy lines. We will get you out, remain calm. Stay mission focused. Mission objective is rides. Now there are a couple of shows, but there's only two. There's the Bluey show, and then there's the tiki room. Other than that, there's no shows, but there's more rides. So you so that is mission objectives. A little bit different of a mission objective for Disneyland. And then hurry up and wait is your battle cry. Hurry up and wait, because lines are a thing. And it's not quite embrace the suck because you don't have the heat at Disneyland like you do Magic Kingdom. The heat and the humidity.
SPEAKER_02Not the humidity.
SPEAKER_03No.
SPEAKER_02But the heat can hit you different, depending on who you are. Like the heat at Disneyland.
SPEAKER_03Oh, that's my wife Christy.
SPEAKER_02That's and because the heat index.
SPEAKER_03But the heat index is because of humidity.
SPEAKER_02No, it's the sun. It's the way the sun is. Oh, the is hitting you? Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_02It just depletes her energy so fast and it it cooks her. It cooks her. Yeah. That's the best thing. And then she has to be Medevact. Right. She's back to the hotel room. She's been metevact out a few times. Yeah. And she showed when we were in, we were visiting Boise last week or two weeks ago, whenever it was, and she said she was showing Addie, my son's fiance, how to how she does Disney when it was really hot outside. She goes, she runs between the shade areas. Oh, okay. So it's shade and she runs, she walks really fast, and then she walks really slow in the shade. And then the slow and then walks really fast. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I found it important to avoid a Medivac to uh just go on a ride, go get a free water ride. You gotta hit the supply lines more often.
SPEAKER_02And Magic Kingdom's easier for that because there's so many cues that are indoors and covered.
SPEAKER_03Yes, very different. Yeah, very different environment.
Epcot Flanking France And Food Recon
SPEAKER_03Last park, Epcot. Epcot, okay. So your day begins with a flanking maneuver. Because you're coming in from the international gateway. Yeah. I typically that's where I stay. I I'm doing the flanking maneuver. We attack France first and we expect a quick surrender because it's Frank.
SPEAKER_01Throw that in there.
SPEAKER_02No, no offense, Froggies, but that's like how France surrendered the World Cup and played for third place.
SPEAKER_03So I yeah, I attack France first, always. You know, there's this Canada thing and Mexico thing. Nope, it's France. You attack France first, flanky maneuver. So you have dual area of operations. So you have the land pavilions and then you have the front of park. So a mission objective is rides and pavilion recon. So you do recon before you go, and then you're doing some boats on the ground recon once you're there. So the recons, it's about food and it's about souvenirs for those land pavilions. You're just walking around looking for some little snacks. Yeah. Looking for your souvenirs, whether you want a whatever the name of the Hitochi or whatever in the Japan pavilion. You always got to walk through that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Boots on the ground recon.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_03You know, you're you're checking out the land. That is mission objective.
SPEAKER_02Ooh, rally point, that little area in Canada where you walk through and there's like waterfalls.
SPEAKER_03Yes. That's a great rally point. Because that's really close also to where you get an auto apple. Supply lines. Right. Supply lines, rehydrate. People, supply line, supply lines, supply line. That's mission critical. You've got to keep your supply lines open throughout this whole process. Don't get cut off. It's gosh, I can't stress that enough. Do not get cut off from your supply lines. Auto apples, Kringla bakery, you know, school bread. Yeah, you have to. Maybe you want a Viking coffee. Right. How close are we to school bread? Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. So that is my military operation. That was hilarious. On how to do those three parks.
SPEAKER_02That was hilarious. Now mine's more of a script.
Operation Pixie Dust Script Briefing
SPEAKER_02Yours is a script. That I wrote. So I'll read it through it. Yeah. Please hold all questions to the end. Okay. Because I will read it like you're one of my people I'm talking to.
SPEAKER_03So what is it when is it mission clarity that I'm at when I ask questions at the end? That sounds good. Mission clarity.
SPEAKER_02I have no idea if I'll have any answers. Okay. I'll have to refer you to my second computer.
SPEAKER_03We should be taking notes, but I'll have to remember.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, who knows? Who knows what how this is even going to come out? And a little military mind here. Okay, so I did we both had three parks. And my three parks were Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney California Adventure. And so I'm just going to start with the pre-tick trip tactics and then all three theaters of operations. Okay. And how we're going to go through them. This is a whole mission. I called it Operation Something Mouse, but I just changed it in my mind just now to Operation Pixie Dust.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_02Well, yeah, that makes sense. It's a perfect operation.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02That's what we're calling this. The whole thing. Okay. Ladies and gentlemen, today we embark on the most dangerous campaign known to mankind, a Disney vacation. Failure is not an option. Neither is showing up with a dead phone battery. Your mission begins weeks before deployment. Reconnaissance is mandatory. Study park maps like their classified intelligence. Secure your reservations. Change every portable battery you own. Hydrate, stretch, break in your shoes. Anyone who says we'll figure it out when we get there will immediately be reassigned to the standing in a two-hour line battalion. Now to the theaters of operation. Theater one is Hollywood Studios. This is where legends are made. And where your first objective objective is rise the resistance. If you hesitate, the civilians will swarm the queue faster than seagulls spotting in an unattended French fry. Secondary objectives include Tower of Terror, Rock and Roller Coaster, and whatever snacks someone insists is the best thing Disney has ever made. Beware of the enemy known as the midday. Crowds. They are relentless. They're loud. And somehow all stop in the middle of the walkway at the exact same time. Theater two is Animal Kingdom. Do not underestimate this battlefield. Many recruits hear zoo and they lower their guard. They're fools. The jungle fights back with humidity, capable of turning every soldier into a damp paper towel before 10 a.m. Your primary target is flight of passage. Secure it immediately. Then advance toward Expedition Everest, where you'll learn the Yetis apparently have unresolved anger issues. Maintain your hydration. Failure to commit consume water will result in spontaneous transformation into one of the animatronic plants. Theater three is California Adventure. This operation demands speed, courage, and a healthy appreciation for Pixar. Guardians of the Galaxy is your first assault. Yes, it used to be Tower of Terror. No, arguing about it will not change history. Radiator Springs racers must also be conquered before enemy and wait times reach tactical absurdity. Finally approach Pixar Pier for morale restoration through snacks, laughter, and questionable financial decisions. Our rules of engagement are if someone says let's split up, deny that request immediately. This is how people disappear into gift shops for 45 minutes. If you spot shade, occupy it. If someone wants just one more souvenir, prepare for a logistical delay of unknown duration. Remember that every operation eventually ends with someone carrying six shopping bags, two popcorn buckets, and questioning every financial decision they've ever made. Now move out, and remember, we do not retreat, we do not surrender. We do, however, stop for churros. Dismissed.
SPEAKER_03So early on, this is this is my mission clarity question.
Court Martial Offenses And Debrief
SPEAKER_03So it made me think, what is court martial worthy? Oh you know, so going back to mine, right? Like was DJ, was that a court martial worthy offense? No, I don't think so because it wasn't intentional. Was that a code red? He might have got code red.
SPEAKER_02That was code red. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay, we handle that in in in a house.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it house. Yeah. I don't think it was court-martialable though. Okay. But I wonder what would be the code red might be a question court-martialed later. What was court-martialed in this scenario? That's pretty that's a pretty good question.
SPEAKER_03Waking up late multiple days.
SPEAKER_02Waking up late.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Missing formation. When you're trying to rope drop. That court martial.
SPEAKER_02Right. Not the hydr not hydrating, correct? Yeah. Court martial. Stop.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02For non-hydration.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02That's a good one.
SPEAKER_03Going back to the hotel in the middle of the day.
SPEAKER_02That could be unless, well, it's you have to find you in command.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Medevact.
SPEAKER_02If you don't have chain of command approval, you better not go back to the hotel.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you better clear clear, you better clear that with everyone. Right. Up up the chain of command.
SPEAKER_02Right. Major Christie request Medavac.
SPEAKER_03Two two hours of R.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_03You just have R and R.
SPEAKER_02Depends on how you put your time in.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02But yeah.
SPEAKER_03I guess R and R would be, but you you gotta put that in the case.
SPEAKER_02That's on a case-by-case basis. It's all about chain of command. And if you use it correctly.
SPEAKER_03Exactly.
SPEAKER_02So you don't want to, you don't want to protect my walls.
SPEAKER_03Not fulfilling the mission. I should have done it as more like or stopping others from fulfilling the mission.
SPEAKER_02I should have made a secondary one like Colonel Jessup. Like a hardcore. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Oh yeah. I stand two meters from the part to the north.
SPEAKER_02There's going to be some arguments in the troops whether we primary target is flight of passage too. This is true. Some of the troops aren't going to like that.
SPEAKER_03They're going to want to go to Expedition Everest or to the But see, this is that's a situation where you provide cover fire. You set up your perimeter. You go do Navi Journ Navi River Journey while others are completing that mission. You complete a little side mission and then you all head up to Kilimanjaro Safaris. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Right. Some people aren't going to understand why we're doing that first. We're going to want to hit the safari in the morning.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But it's just part of not being in command.
SPEAKER_03Who was I with? I did Expedition Everest first. Well, we did it first. Did we? Yeah. Oh. We rope dropped it. I thought I might have done that with David Oshan. No, I might have done River Navi River. Anyway, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we didn't ride Navi River because it was too busy all day. By the time we got over there, we skipped it that time. I didn't ride the next time I went.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Oh, okay. I thought I'd gone on that. But I went over to Expedition Everest. But see, that was it. We're just we're running cover fire. Right. As people need to. We ran cover fire for you as you know, you were getting resupplied. Your supply line had been cut off when I was Restaurantsaurus. And then you had to go requisitions and the reforms. Right.

SPEAKER_02Yeah, I took a little more serious than you did with the Marine Corps styling. Oh, yes. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. But I don't have any experience to draw from. You have the military background to draw from to adapt it. I like that we did not retreat and we do not surrender.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Okay. Pretty good. There we go. There we go.
