Leah V is a spoken word artist and poet based out of New York City, she is the host and curator of Mictastic  and co author of The Writer’s Journal: Prompts & Activities For Writers. In this episode we speak about her influences, why “what is bad for the heart is good for the art” and how to utilize social media as hesitant artists/creators. Mario and Jose also speak briefly about the 2024 Olympics in the introduction and later perform a written piece from Leah V’s writing prompts.
