Seriously though, what I wish I'd heard in my early 20s.
If you're in any kind of SERVICE, education, mentorship, teaching: this is for you.
* how to not feel pressured by the result you have in the thing you do for yourself
* why it's OK to be better at things for other people than yourself sometimes
* how it's crucial to NOT make a story up about this like 'does this mean I'm shit'
* how to not go into perfectionism within your work (the destructive kind not attention to detail and high standards kind)
* how to not perform from pressure (which is a disaster)
* how and why to separate the difference between knowledge & wisdom
