Hello, and welcome to this podcast style little chat that I'm going to have. I wanted to make this resource really specifically talking to women with businesses in some kind of wellness arena. So nutrition, health, PTs, hypnotherapists, healers, anyone that can kind of relate with being some kind of practitioner or having like a service-based business. It isn't to say that I don't work with people outside of that realm. I do, but that's predominantly who I'm talking to here. And women who are maybe like a year in or maybe a bit further in, but ultimately aren't making the kind of money in their business that they want to. So they are posting online, they are giving it a go, but they're not where they want to be. And that's who I designed this whole thing for. And I wanted it to be podcast style. So you can just really listen to it, really take in what I've got to say. And I'm really just going to get down to the nitty-gritty with you during this. So really what we're looking at here is showing you how I take businesses specifically like this to consistent three to 5k months. So if that's something that you're wanting at the moment, you ultimately haven't cracked, this is perfect for you. If you are someone who is brand new to business, um, you haven't yet started your business, I do still support people like that. Um or if you are someone who is much more in and around like the six-figure mark, you've got a lot more experience. Perhaps you're considerably older than me. I do work predominantly actually with those clients. You can listen to this, you might take a lot from it because you'll still understand how I work, but the program that I'm referencing in this won't be the right one for you. So this is really for people who fit the original bill, have a small business, and ultimately want to get it to the next level. You've got big dreams, you've got big goals, you're here to achieve them, you've got a work ethic, but you'll probably be able to relate with a lot of the stuff that I say inside. And I'm going to really break down how I do that from my expertise. So if we don't know each other already, I'll give you like a really brief intro into who I am, but this isn't really about me, this audio in particular. I'm Liz, I have three kids on my own. Um I actually first became a business owner in makeup. So I had a makeup business. I absolutely loved it. I thought being a makeup artist was like the dream job. And I started it by accident in my living room when I was 21 and a single mum to my now, as I'm recording this, nearly 12-year-old. And I took that business to six figures and I did it in the hardest way possible through blood, sweat, and tears. Obviously, learnt a lot about business, a lot about success, all the difficult way, but it was brilliant all the same. I then actually became single with my kids when I had three of them. So by this point, I was nearing my 30s. And my youngest was only nine months, and we had just had lockdown. I'd had back-to-back maternities, so my business had been literally broken down to the ground. It was so hard. Now, my story is quite interesting. You can find it elsewhere if you're interested in it. I will show you that. But the long and short of it was I pivoted online. I actually moved into online product sales originally with makeup with a company that is only stocked in spas. And then I actually moved into network marketing for a bit at exactly the same time as coaching business owners to do what I'd done. So I started a coaching membership where I was teaching at the time half mindset and half strategy for business owners that wanted to do what I'd done basically with my makeup business. Since then, I've had a really big journey. 100% of my income is now made online. I make multiple six figures a year, and I don't do any of the shit that a lot of people are sometimes trying to do or think you have to do in order to do that. I'm not techie. Um, I've never built a funnel. Um, I got to multiple six figures without things like ads or sales pages. I didn't have a website. Um, I didn't get up at 5 a.m. and start working. I didn't focus on following count or virality. I really did it with the ingredients that I'm gonna pace you through. And I've had obviously enormous success with the clients that I now support doing exactly the same. And I'm really passionate about it. And my real belief behind business and through really going through things the hard way, burning out so severely, being taught to work in ways that I didn't want to work in, and you know, feeling massively misaligned with my business at times, or like my potential was just so out of reach, seeing people out earning me, which filled me with fury, and you know, achieving really big things on the outside. Like I was getting European sales records with my sales companies, all sorts of things like that, but still being like, there's just something bigger in me. And yeah, through all of that journey, my real belief underneath everything is women reaching their potential, but in a way that feels really good. So if that is something that you're interested in, then you're gonna love the rest of this. So the first step of a few that I take with clients to get to this point, specifically in my program Rebirth, is clarity on what to actually do every day. So if at the moment you and I were in a one-to-one and I said in a very neutral way, I am not gonna be judgmental about this kind of thing, how? How are you going to reach your goal? So, whatever your financial goal is at the moment, how are you gonna reach it? And your reply was like just post and keep going and hope, then there's no judgment. There is nothing wrong with that. I have obviously been there where I'm turning up to work, you know, to run my business on a Monday to Friday thinking, well, just keep posting and keep hoping. But that's not how we're gonna do this. Okay, so that's the first thing that I like to clean up because it gives you something really tangible, gets you a fast result, and it gets you feeling really confident. So we really need to make sure that you know in your business how to find new clients, not just new followers, how to find new clients in a way that feels good to you. So I'm not gonna be like you should call DM, okay, in a way that feels good to you. How to warm those clients and how to confidently sell to those clients without giving yourself the ick. Those three parts are crucial. You may have one or two of those down. You may be someone who's like, bitch, I can sell, I feel good with that. I know how to onboard clients into my service or get a booking with them or sell my digital product, whatever you're at the moment selling into. Or you may be someone that's like, if I got a DM of someone wanting to book, I always freak out. Like, I'm worried they're not gonna buy, I don't know what to reply. You're gonna be somewhere different on that realm. But all three of those absolutely do not need to be guests. It blows my mind how many people are running businesses, not earning the money that they want to earn, and still don't think that those are sort of urgent to carve out. So those are the first things that we hit the ground running with in one session, first of all, inside rebirth, so that you're like, I can't hell, I know exactly what to do. Okay, you know what to do every day, every week, and every month to reach your goal because it makes sense, right? Same as you would if you wanted to, I don't know, grow a great butt or drop two dress sizes, okay? You wouldn't just be like, well, I'll just go to the gym and hope for the best. You could do that. You will get a bit of a result, but you're obviously not going to get your best result. The second step we do is we sharpen what we call your positioning. And positioning is a bit like niching. So at the moment, you, even if you are doubting yourself, you are great at what you do. So the way you help people, you're great at that. I'm not here to try and tell you that, you know, I'm the expert in your business. I'm here to be like, we need to support the ingredients outside of that. My areas of genius, okay? And one of those is positioning. And my positioning is what creates me multiple six figures and my clients. So it's amazing to have the opportunity to do that with your business now. And this is like usually when people meet me, women meet me, their positioning is all over the place, which again is absolutely fine. This is actually something that I found really hard to do myself. So it's one of those areas of my genius that's been developed through finding this very hard and investing in a shit ton of mentorship, not something that I was just sort of naturally very good at. So I think that's why I teach it so clearly for people because it was something that I was like, oh my God, this feels so hard. So usually when people find me, they are talking to everyone, they are unclear on exactly who their perfect client is and how to talk to them in a way that actually makes them buy. And that is what we need to do straight away. When we clean that up, your content is sharper. You you know, if at the moment you're unclear kind of what to sell them into, like what service what you're wanting to progress on and scale or build a digital um product at some point, now you know what to do. If you're wanting to do things like freebies or lead-ins, or example, even like this audio, when your positioning is where it needs to be, you know how to do things like that. So there's no shade because, like I say, I find this really challenging myself. And I have a really simple way of doing this called the invested client, which is different to the ideal client. I found a lot of problems and gaps with the concept of the ideal client. I did use to teach it. Then I was in a lot of programs, had a lot of success myself, you know, went through all sorts of different experiences, and I saw where there were a lot of problems with what the ideal client was teaching, because they weren't particularly ideal. Having these pieces feel this clear is another piece in you feeling as regulated as possible behind your business. Because obviously, if you show up on, like I say, a Monday morning and you're like, boom, I know exactly who I am, I know exactly what my message is, I know how to almost kind of word the solution that I solve, because that can be really challenging inside wellness businesses. I don't sound just fucking generic and boring. It actually makes sense to the person that I want to buy off me. And I'm knowing how to sort of make it come across and feel and word it in a way that she actually recognized, then you're going to feel more confident, you're going to feel more regulated behind things. And if you're going to go to the effort of making content, which we all know is like a full-time fucking job in itself, it may as well work better for you. So you can still crack on. You may be someone who's already amazing at content. Happy days. If your positioning is better behind your content, you're not talking to beginners, you're not talking to people you have to persuade into investing with you. Ugh, okay. Then the content that you're already potentially amazing at making is going to be so much more effective. You're going to get a higher conversion of it. If you're someone who's still like, ah, I don't identify as someone who's good at making content, amazing, even better. It's going to be so much easier for me to support you with your content and your marketing when again, you are clear on those pieces. The third one is you. And this is the piece that is my zone of genius and my favorite part. The other pieces are important. Your strategy is important, as is your self work, your self-progress. And what I again saw lacking through my journey so much was the blend of these, the infusion of these two things. I just saw people either being like all about the self-development and like mindset, which is not what I teach, to be clear. I teach something much deeper than mindset, or all about like the doing and the strategy. And there was just always this disconnect because when people only worked on their strategy, they just burn out, okay? Because they're not progressing in themselves. They're neglecting some really key parts that I'm going to highlight in a minute. But then equally, if they're just working on themselves, A, I found that they worked on themselves in the wrong way. There's a lot of people who quote unquote have worked on themselves, but they aren't making enough money. Then there's clearly a gap, right? And also then they neglected what to do. So I really like to blend the both, but I find this part is um really the biggest catapulter of you. And especially in the piece where I say, I want you to be earning the money, but I really care about the experience. So let's break this down, and this is where I'm gonna really show you where the gaps I found both in myself, the reason when I really got to the bottom of it of why, why am I working hard, being out-earned, not on my potential, constantly in some kind of income ceiling, dealing with the same kind of shit, and of course, in other people, I'm gonna really break those down from here. You may even want to take notes, okay? But hopefully you'll see a lot for yourself in this. So your strategy is only gonna work to the degree that you, the operator behind the business, can and does. That just makes sense. Okay, obviously. So if in your day-to-day you are confident on the outside, but you're overthinking things like, will I reach my next financial goal? How will I reach my next financial goal? You're doing things like making a reel and then archiving it because you're worrying about like what your sister will think about you online. If you're playing small, if you feel like you're even worried to claim your income goals, red flag, red flag. If you can't even claim your fucking income goals, babe, funnily enough, you're not going to reach them, okay? There's something else going on there, right? Or even things like um playing it small and like downplaying your business. So someone, say if you had like another another job. So a lot of women that come into rebirth maybe have like a job and then they're building the business outside of it. And someone says something like, you know, oh, what do you do? And you don't make eye contact and you can't just own and be like, boom, this is what I do, this is who I am, this is how I help people, you're cringing inside. Okay. If things like that are displaying and you ultimately are not feeling and seeing yourself like a highly paid CEO, seeing yourself more as like a small business owner, then obviously this is a problem. And that is great, that is good news because that is such a controllable, tangible problem for us to be able to solve. If you're there in the 1.0 identity, as I call it, even if, like I say, you're shiny on the outside, you're showing up, you'll still not show up like, own, or go for big opportunities. You won't put yourself out there. You just won't even see the opportunities to be able to do it because you still don't feel like you qualify for them. You won't say to someone, hey, I'd love to come feature on your podcast, or I'd love to host a guest session for your clients, or examples of just things that you basically will be cockwalking yourself. Yeah, the worst part about this, I find, and obviously I found this from experience, but I see it with other people as well, is that they feel at exactly the same time like they're doing all the things. They're like, I couldn't work anymore, I couldn't be doing any more stuff. Okay, but that is your red flag. So the way that we solve this is what I named my become first method. And I designed this when I'd had the success with my makeup business, pivoted online, but then I really felt this plateau. I was seeing repeating patterns in myself, I was seeing the same repeating patterns happening in my clients, things like the overthinking, things like the self-criticism, things like the income um plateau, things like procrastination, um, things like achieving goals and still being like, oh, it doesn't count, or like it just never feeling like enough. I saw all of this stuff, and this is when I massively deep dived, went back to square one, and was like, something else is going on, and that is when I designed the become first method. There is no denying from this point forwards, as much as your ego will want to, that if you were the version of yourself, if you were the woman that you needed to be to create the result that you want, you would have that result. And sometimes when certainly when I first really absorbed that, and when I say that to people, it's the piece that hits, is we can bullshit ourselves. We can be like, I've worked on myself for years, I've worked on my mindset, whatever it was. But ultimately, if you were it, you would have it. And I bring that with myself still now at every single level. I'm not at some kind of like end point on the rainbow, right? Like there's never a finish line when it comes to your success and your potential. I still do that same thing where I no longer allow my ego to get in the way, whereas it massively was at this point in my career, I was a fucking know it all, okay, because that's what happens when we've had like a little bit of success and we've got some life experience under our belt, and maybe we have worked on ourselves a lot, okay. We let our ego accidentally get out of control and be like, oh, I already nailed this stuff. But again, ultimately, if I was that version, then I would have that result. So from this point, I really want you to think loosely about what you would love. So I want you to think about what the financial result would be. You can say it out loud, you can think it in your head, roughly a month. Doesn't have to be crazy, it can be something that's like still relatable right now. It's not like, you know, a million a month, right? So roughly what a month, and then I want you to define from what experience. So it may be for the sake of argument, 3k a month, feeling regulated and powerful. It's really important when we set our goals to relate the number and the feeling because the reason I saw people reaching uh financial success in my coaching originally, but then feeling crap behind it was actually really obvious in hindsight because I was like, well, obviously, you know, you've reached XYZ in your business, but you're feeling burnt out. The goal was never ease, the goal was never regulation, yeah. Or of course you've reached XYZ number in your business, but you're still feeling like you know, you're a fraud or not as confident as you want to overthinking. That was never the goal. So that is the piece that I want you to take from this. Is that is the identity that you are going to go on and ultimately become. So now consider this version of you that has that result. Like I say, for example, the 3K a month regulated, powerful version of you. Consider without any judgment, okay, we're not gonna play that game. What are the differences between who you are right now and who she is there? So this is not a chance. I just want to reiterate to have another opportunity to be mean to yourself. That's not what we're doing. You are gonna move in this next following exercise, like the powerful self-led woman that you are, and you're gonna give yourself the chance of finding this data clarity and blind spots, blind spots. Because these right now, what we're gonna go on to discuss together for a minute, are what you have actually been asking for when you're craving, claiming, manifesting, goal setting this result. Does that make sense? When you are saying, I really want to hit XK months, or that's the kind of business I want, or that's the kind of lifestyle I want to provide my family with, you will always receive that result. You will always receive the answers. Whether you are willing to then receive it or not, is up to you, my friend. Okay. So the answers and the gaps that we're about to find are the answers that you have actually inadvertently asked for when you've been manifesting, or like I say, goal setting, things like that. So the version of you that already has that, just on a normal day-to-day basis, I just want you to have a little think. What are the thoughts that that version of you has versus the thoughts that you have right now? So, for example, that version of you does not think on a day-to-day basis, I'm not good online, I'm not good at content, I'm not experienced enough to earn X, Y, Z a month. She does not think things like that. You may be able to enter the things that she does think. So if those are relevant examples for you, it will be things like, I'm really actively growing to be brilliant online. Okay. It's not about plastering it with some shit, fake, positive affirmation that you can't connect with. It's about understanding you're only going to be able to rewire your thoughts that at the moment are dictating 80% of your current result, 80%, whether you like it or not, that's what they are. You're only going to be able to rewire those if you can get a grip on what the first ones are, which is a method that I teach inside rebirth of really finding them and knowing what to actually rewire them with, with things that you aren't going to not be able to connect with. I want you to consider the beliefs that she has versus you. So the beliefs that that version of you has, she does not believe, believe. I'm not saying like on the surface, I'm talking deep down. She does not deep down believe that she doesn't have time for this success because of the kids uh example, but she believes that she moves like the 2.0 CEO version of herself and she creates support, she creates time, and importantly, she creates enough knowledge, clarity, support system to be able to make the most of that time. A really clear example of this that I've worked through with so many clients is clients that are feeling like always having that niggle inside that they're like, I always feel like I haven't got time to, for example, post content, yet I know that I waste time, you know. So things that we've got down to underneath that were the real blocks was like, yes, number one, we want to rewire that you have got time and you can you can do this, but we don't want to gaslight you. Like you have a lot on your plate. I get this of all people, right? My plate is more full than most people's ever. Okay. So instead, What she would really move like instead and reprogram that reprogram that to is okay, if two days a week I only have half an hour to post my content, what would be supportive and responsible of me is not to like batch make your content because who the fuck actually even does that, but to set myself up for success by having two to three content ideas that are prepped, or I have a content audio, for example, for my clients, something that I can listen to that just stimulates that creativity, brings me back into exactly who I'm talking to, how to talk to her in a way that's effective, instead of going, I've only got half an hour and now I'm expecting myself to stimulate all this creativity from myself and reinvent the wheel, etc. etc. Now I want you to consider her relationship with money. So the version of you that already has this result versus you now, what is the difference in the relationship with money? For example, if at the moment it feels weird, cringy, greedy, icky to claim bigger money or even just really far from you, that is not how she physically in her body feels and relates to money. Does that make sense? And none of this is like a spend the money now and it'll flow back to you. Like it's not bullshit. It's just a pragmatic upgrade in your relationship to money because it's again mental to me how many business owners want to make more money, ultimately, you're not going to be able to have the freedom, take your kids on the holidays, like have the time, be able to switch off for a week in the half terms if you want to and stuff, if you haven't got the money, all right? So if your relationship with money is weird, it's not looking like it's going very well. Next, I really want you to consider your relationship with putting yourself first. And this is a really, really big one, especially for women that are ambitious. We often have kids, like we're juggling a lot, right? The version of you now versus the version of you that has your result. And this is why we really tune into the experience that you want to create this result in. The version of you that has a result from regulated power, ultimately, ease. She does not have a relationship, a pattern where she earns her rest. She does not have a relationship where she can't accept or ask for support or feels guilty for stopping or feels guilty for putting herself first. She has the ability to actually be in ease. I am not here to bullshit you and be like, you can just make soft girl millions. Like obviously, obviously, your success takes effort, takes work, takes time. But there is a difference between pretending something's easy and allowing it to be easeful. And this was huge for me. I had no ability to switch off at all. I was so dysregulated, and I just kept myself in that state. I based all of my self-worth on how much I was doing, literally wore it like a badge of honor. I would be the hardest working one in the room because I just, I don't know, it just developed this pattern where I just felt like that made me cool, felt like that made me better, felt like that made me safer. It made my nervous system pretend to itself it was safer, because I would be like, oh, well, if I'm working really hard and doing loads of stuff, all of which was just basically shit anyway, then you know, my success is gonna happen, you know, forcing, forcing, forcing, obviously then burning myself out. So you will reach your potential, but only if you're like an iPhone that's been plugged in. Yeah. You will reach your potential when you learn how to take a chill pill, when you learn to actually be able to switch off properly, not fake switch off, not record a video on Instagram and be like present with my kids while you're fucking thinking about work, okay? Properly switch off because then when you're on, you're not going to be dealing with stuff like um the dysregulation, the procrastination, the overthinking, you're not going to be dealing with that stuff like that, okay? It makes perfect sense. But ultimately, the first step of understanding is that if you want your success to not be dysregulating, if you don't want to be one of those gross business owners that is fried, that is glamorizing success being really hard, being really burnt out, like just not having any aliveness, wasting all of your kids' childhood, which I have seen people do that, which is so sad. Their kids literally get to the point where they've left home and being like, I don't know that they ever made eye contact with that kid. Like they were just working, working, working non-present. And what was the fucking point? Your first step is to acknowledge this, and your second step is to understand that you cannot create ease if you are not in ease. Okay. And that's the breakthrough, is it's like ding ding. If you want some kind of easeful success, yeah, we still want to be fast-paced, we still want to be baddies, we still want to, you know, go at like a decent pace. That's who you are. That's cool, me too. But if you want it to be from an experience of ease, you've got to stop bullshitting yourself. That at the end of this elusive rainbow of when I make 10k months, or when I, you know, do one more client, one more client, then I'll feel ease. No, you fucking won't. You have to feel it and learn how to be that version of you now, and it is going to do the opposite of sabotage your success. So I formed the become first method when I'd actually already worked on myself a lot. I was already very self-aware. I'd been doing personal development for about 11 years. I'd, as I said, taught it to a lot of clients. You may not be in that position right now, which is absolutely fine. So if you're someone that's like, no, ready for the inner work, bang up for it, I get it, I want it, haven't done lots of it, no problem. Okay, just you can just listen to the next bit and then move on from it. But if, again, like a lot of my clients, you're actually someone who's trained in things like NLP, um, hypnotherapy, you do mindset work of some kind with your clients, this applies to you, this part. Ultimately, whether you like it or not, if you are having doubts, wobbles, feeling dysregulated, spiraling when you have like no sales for a week or two weeks or a month, watering yourself down online, not going for your biggest opportunities, procrastinating, getting in your way at all. Even if things are still quite good on the outside, we don't want, I'm not talking to broken people, right? But if those symptoms are presenting, you have gaps. Okay. And this is the part that is really, really important to understand. As honestly, it's the maker or breaker of whether someone's going to get a transformation of themselves. And this was a big ego death for me. Most of my clients have said to me that they had to eat a level of humble pie when they came to work with me because, like I say, they knew this stuff. Okay. They they knew the law of attraction, they knew the power of their thoughts and beliefs. They may even have helped other people with this, they may even have helped other people with this for a living. But the fact is, when I was in that exact position but could not argue the external result, I just needed a way to implement this into my business success identity. There's a difference between knowing that shit and being able to work on some of it versus literally just having the method to rewire it now. And that's what I formed the become first method for, literally for myself. That's what I did originally was I was like, I need to like work this thing out. Obviously, I did it in the most painful route possible, which I save you the agony of needing to do. The way that I teach this in rebirth, actually, all my programs, and obviously in this today as well, is audio only. Um, I like the method that I created to, like I say, call out your gaps, find them, reprogram them as fast as possible with your thoughts, beliefs, relationships to your success, and basically in yourself forming that identity to be as simple, vast, and implementable as possible. Like I say, I developed this method originally for myself. I did not have time to fuck about. I am the soul provider. I have three children on my own. At the time, they were really, really tiny. My youngest wasn't even at school. So the way this is delivered to you is audio only, so that you can listen in the car, you can listen on the go, you can listen in the gym, you can listen on your walks. Also, we all know the power of like re-listening to things as well. So there will be a couple of sessions that you'll be like, oh, I really want to, you know, come back to that or keep reminding myself or like brainwashing myself with it. Um ultimately what I do in simple forms without why I don't do like meditation. There is actually one meditation in rebirth, which is luscious, but I don't do fiddly things like that. I literally just hit the ground running with pragmatic tools pacing you through that reprogram of your thoughts, of your beliefs to actually become literally feel like, think like on autopilot, operate like, relate like the woman of you that already has the result. When you are her, when you become her, and as you begin to become her, that is how we create such incredible results in all of the programs. Because your whole operation behind everything you do, everywhere you're showing up, your boundaries, your productivity, your um ideas, your execution on things, your level of conviction, your audacity is different. So that when I then also match that with the parts of strategy that I help with, right? Positioning, sales, and marketing, you can actually execute on it. You're not given more strategy and then sat there like, okay, well, I'm still watering myself down and, you know, being a bit generic here or wimping away from saying the thing that I really want to say, or, you know, not closing that sale because I was having a wobble, like, not that. And this is the method that took me from a thousand pounds a month to 14 to 30 grand a month in one year and have stayed there ever since. That is how powerful this method is. Rebirth and my other program, which does exactly the same thing, CEO, has a hundred percent success rate of all of my clients completely transforming and achieving their biggest goals. You've probably seen them in my results. I'm sure I'll put them underneath here where you can have a look. But ultimately, that's what it does. And the biggest piece that I have found that it's done for myself and them is it really closes the gap. It closes like a three to five year gap of people doing things, moving, like going for, earning, achieving goals that would ultimately have been like years down the line. Like people starting podcasts that were like, I can't even talk on camera when we first met, you know, like I don't know, three months in or something, which is just fucking amazing. So I'm gonna talk a little bit through how the program works now so that you can have the opportunity to understand any other details that I've probably not covered in this with the format as such. So with Rebirth, you like I said, you have audio only, self-paced, instant access. Like, what would you do here? Can you audit my Instagram um reel, my content? I feel massively stuck here. No such thing as a stupid question in rebirth. It can be like it can feel so beginner, that is absolutely fine. It can be obviously blocks in you, it can be you working through things, it can be you sharing wins. And the beauty of being in that container with other women who are on the same path is I find the women that come into rebirth have a real concern in their life at the time that they don't have enough people, women, that get it. They don't have necessarily friends that are really building businesses, they don't have people that are on a personal growth journey. And you can take and leave that as much as you want. Some people really like to get involved in the community, some people just do their own thing. And that is why there's like, there's no, there's no like weird catch to rebirth, you know. It's just that, like I say, there are a lot of people who are willing to do the work, have the goals, are amazing at what they do, and want to get to a different point, to be able to be someone who has done that, who has proven the process, who has done that in a way that actually feels good, to have done that in a way that's not like cookie cutter or one size fits all, or like get up at 5 a.m. and post five bits of content, and to have all those answers is a feeling that I can't describe. So I wanted to make this feel accessible. And that's just how that part is, really, for you, for the collective, for our children that are watching, for the people that you help. So I have a challenge from now as I'm gonna wrap up. So seeing as you and I, from this point, are not having a one-to-one conversation as relaxed as this and my whole approach is. For some of you, this is the point now where your old outdated 1.0 identity is gonna start putting the brakes on. Okay. We're gonna do a little challenge together. Okay. So, what I want you to do is I want you to actually understand a few things and then ask yourself a question. And the first things that I want you to understand, and this may be a bit more beginner for anyone who's potentially a bit earlier in their business journey, is the most expensive financial thing that you can do in your business is not invest in, like I say, something that you know will create you more money, more time, faster goals for the sake of money. Like that is actually just illogical. Okay, as long as you trust the person and you think, do you know what? This is what I need, to not invest in something based on money is your exact problem. That kind of embodiment, self-leadership, choice, doubt is the most expensive and ridiculous thing that you can do. Because obviously, if you take your emotions out, and we're going to discuss those in a minute, and really consider, you know, what do I want? And is this just the solution to my problems, you know? But if you if you're in that position to not move based on lack of money is going to cost you how much? So that's the first piece to really understand. Most people do understand that, but some people haven't had that sort of um breakthrough in themselves or their business just yet. Okay. The next part is that I want you to actually be honest. I actually just want to give you an opportunity to hear the BS, right? I actually just want you to allow yourself to just hear, call them excuses, call it bullshit, call it doubts, call it whatever you want. Okay. Be honest with yourself, all right? If you couldn't use money as the excuse for this process, okay? What is the real reason? Just give yourself the opportunity without any judgment, even if it feels totally irrational, to say it. What is it? What is the real reason? What is the bullshit? What is the real reason that you wouldn't go for something like this? Because the reason this is so powerful for you to find, even if you and I never work together, is that is the exact problem that is going to prevent you from getting to your next level. That is the data that you and I will bring to rebirth and get rid of. So if in that moment, maybe you've paused this for a minute, so pause it if you haven't. Okay. If in that moment what's come up is like I just don't trust myself to see it through. I'm worried I'm gonna invest in it and then I'm gonna ghost it. If what's come up is I still just don't think I'm capable of running a business like this. If what's come up is maybe even more egoy, I can do this on my own, whatever it is, that that's the thing, babe, that we need to rewire. And that's good because all of us, like I say, this this never ends, right? Like I call my own BS in this shadow work style way all the time. That's what I show you to do, show you how to move through it. But you're gonna need to become an expert, whatever you do in business, at calling your shit, taking responsibility for it. And there's a very big difference between self. Criticism being like, oh, I'm just not good at X, Y, and Z versus taking radical responsibility. Like, what is it? What is that blocking me? What is that real doubt? And the only thing you need to do from there is you need to just make a powerful conscious choice. It doesn't matter what that choice is, so long as you are on board with the choice and the result that that choice will lead you to. That's it. You just need to ask yourself, what do I want? What do I want and when? Do I want to wait three more months? Do I want to wait till fucking payday? Do I want to wait till I get another class? What do I want? What do I want in my business? What do I want from my life? Even if that's clarity, more clarity on my vision. Yeah. What is it that I want? Who's the version of me that creates that? And which one am I going to choose? Am I going to choose the 1.0 move of leading and letting my decisions be made by doubt and fear and what if and wobbles and lack? If that's what I want, not a problem. You don't need to judge yourself for it. You just need to be okay with the fact that that will create a lack result. And so long as you're okay with that, it is not a problem. And if you are okay with that, you're not a bad person. But I would argue that you don't actually want what you say that you want. That's all. Or you want to make a powerful decision. And this is how I really show people to step into their leadership anywhere, right? It's got nothing to do with, again, like whether you're working with me or not. And learn to make fucking decisions. And you have to learn to separate that physical fear, that worry, those intrusive thoughts. So oh my God, what if I do that? Yeah. And just the pragmatic decision that will get you to where you want to get to. It's really not that complicated. And when I learned to do that and stop leading with like, everything fucking changed. Because funnily enough, when you make the moves, show up like, act like, pace yourself like, educate yourself like, put yourself in the rooms like the version of you that's got it, it happens and it happens much faster. It's not woo, it's not magic, it's just obvious. Yeah. If you wanted to get in the shape of your life, you could either fanny around for three months about getting the gym membership, or you could be like, right, I'll book my appointment and I'm going. And then I will just go to the gym and do the stuff. Show up like, act like, move like the version of me that already has that body, eat like, sleep like, drink like. And funnily enough, I'll probably wake up a hell of a lot faster and I'll be in the shape of my life. Happy fucking days. So that is what I want to leave you with.
