Good morning, my sugar plums. You'll sat with me in my favourite summer position, and I'm just gonna describe this to you if you're a mum, especially you'll be like, This is bliss. But you know where the weather has been so fucking good this year, this summer. I've been coming out and I've got this like zero gravity recliner chair, right? Amazon can't recommend enough. I love it, so you can like recline in it, and it's anyway, it's just a whole vibe. And then I have the best, most luxurious white, deep, furry blanket, and I basically wrap the whole blanket around me like a sleeping bag, and I sit out here under the blue sky with my coffee before the kids get up, and it's just a 400 out of 10 situation. What you're gonna need for this podcast, first of all, is just to answer one question and it's gonna land. Um, because we're gonna bring that through the rest of it, and it's better for us to define that first. Um, which might sound like an obvious question, but especially if your head's been up your ass or you've been looking after kids for weeks, or just whatever you've got lost and things, it's really important to define that. So the question is I just want you to answer to yourself what is your priority in your business, in your outcome, and when I say that, what I'm referencing to is ultimately money, okay, which isn't your priority because we all have so much bigger um driving forces. Um, and I actually also fully appreciate that a lot of us would do our work for free. I mean, right now I'm doing this for free, so I get that, but like when it really boils down to it, if it comes down to like I don't know, fucking ego being stroked or being seen or you know, all of those things, what is the priority? Like, just be honest with yourself, don't dance around it, don't make it weird, we don't need to get into like a soul-searching conversation in this world. We do that enough on this podcast, okay? We get that we care, we get it, okay. But ultimately, I just want you to define what your priority is now. If your priority is for some reason to have a viral platform, and the priority is not to produce income off that, and I'm not saying it's not that you don't want to, I'm just saying that it's not the priority. I'm saying if you have to choose one, because that's the definition of the word priority, right? Is putting one before something else, then this probably isn't relevant for you. Um, because say, for example, and this obviously is not my audience, but say, for example, someone was an influencer, um, they might have like a totally different mindset. So I've I've said that for you, I've said that so it makes sense with what we're gonna talk about. I've said it to help you weave out where maybe sometimes we've got a bit like lost or confused, I don't fucking know. Um, and I've also said it because if that isn't you, then this isn't relevant. So yeah, if you are a business owner, like you run a business, you are not an influencer, you are not trying to be an influencer, or I mean, not that that is remotely my audience, you are something like an influencer, but the number one priority was ultimately making money, then this is going to make sense for you. Um, call me a grandma and call me old school um for the rest of this episode. Uh, but I also think this is the magic of someone that ran a business not online for the good part of 10 years, um, is in the day and age that we're in now of shiny object syndrome and people selling you a dream, and uh, you know, people distracting you without even realizing in your own business to aim towards things that ultimately don't actually make sense to a business, and I will elaborate on that. Personally, for me, the um foundation that I come from and that my clients reap the benefits of, and my business and revenue reaps the benefits of, is just seeing things the way that they are, right? Is knowing what a business requires in order to thrive. And in all of this, it's not going to be a heartfelt episode, so I am just gonna make the final disclaimer that probably one of the biggest driving forces for me of all is nothing to do with finances. Um, but also I'm not a fucking charity, and neither are you, okay? So that's not something that we're gonna talk about in here, but it doesn't mean that we don't get that we all feel like that, okay? Because also some of the most beneficial things to a business are how much you care, they are how deep the relationships that you create with people are, they are your level of service, etc. etc. Okay. But what I'm saying is I'm coming at this conversation with an actual mature business hat on because it's mind-blowing how many like just girly pops have like popped up on the internet and give people advice on their businesses when when I've like had a look, I'm like, I think what's happened here is someone has done like MRR or digital marketing for a year, done really well from it, and then decided to like do some consultancy work with other people on their content, and underneath all of that, there's just not really any substance because the advice that they're giving people is verging on dangerous because it is not the kind of advice that actually makes people more money. Okay, so if you are wanting to make more money or strengthen the part of you that feels confident that you're driving behind your content to make more money, this is what this episode is about. Yes, if you're not, go elsewhere. So, one of my clients in Rebirth asked me a really interesting question, and that's what prompted this episode. And she said, Should I be auditing my content weekly? And I was like, What the fuck is that? Right? And when we got down to it, it was basically that a coach she'd worked with for some stuff had um had some kind of process, which is obviously her process, so I'm not gonna know anything about this, where she gave her clients like a weekly audit, and I've seen this kind of thing myself, okay? It's not gonna hear the seagulls, it's not something that I do, but I have seen it in like random stuff that I've been a little bit part of from time to time. So she had been trained and coached on doing this weekly audit in air quotes on her content every single week. I just want to highlight that this is not a client who's been making money from her content, which is a really important like aspect to this conversation, okay. What I have so much beef with, number one, is the word working. Like, I do not know when this got so confused in the business world, but it blows my brain out, okay. Like I say, especially as someone that had an offline business for the good part of 10 years, because when you have an offline business for the good part of 10 years, guys, there's absolutely no confusion whether your business is working or not, and like back in the olden days in 2015, if someone had said to us when we were running offline businesses, your business working is eight people looking through the window of your shop, you'd be like, No, my business working is clients that have paid me today, it's really not complicated, okay. So I am absolutely mind-blown how much I have seen this be used, in including in four-figure investments into marketing and content, okay, including that, including being given to people who do make a lot of money from their content or have like viral um following bases and stuff, is the word working and how it relates to our content, right? So if we're looking at this audit, when I was like, well, what like no? What she was being encouraged to do is basically assess how many likes, saves, I assume potentially comments were happening, and then dialing down, doubling down on again air quotes, what works, red flag, yeah, and going again with it. Again, in this particular case study, this is someone that is not making money, particularly from their content. Not that you're not, and not that I often do see people that come to me that are making money from their content but are still being encouraged to do stupid fucking things like this. Okay, right, just again to be the grown-up before we move on from this. Are we all seeing the problem in this? Yeah, as someone that actually consistently makes a huge amount of money from my content, I just need to highlight the really obvious facts that I can't tell you how few people that hire me or are like, yes, bitch, I want to work with you, come into my programmes or DM me ever comment or like on my content. Ever. So if I was to be unhinged enough to use this kind of strategy from someone who has also clearly lost their mind, it would be the most detrimental business suicide thing I could possibly do for my revenue, for my revenue. So do you remember at the beginning of this conversation and we defined what your priority is, right? Which ultimately, when it boils down to it, is your business making money? That doesn't make any sense. Yes? Because if my perfect client is called Laura, her behaviors are normal human behaviors. She sees my content, she binges five pieces, she watches some of my stories, she might message me or she might go and listen to my podcast. Three weeks later, she might see something else, she might have liked a few bits here and there, and then I might do some stories, and then she might slide into my DMs and be like, How do we work together? Like I'm I'm interested. Okay, that's a normal human behaviour. Now, if I was someone who had mastered the concept in my content where people, you know, comment the keyword, which I actually think is dying off a little bit, but some people have really mastered that, that's cool, that's their method. Then she might have commented a keyword, but again, please don't get shiny object syndrome and think that like that is how the most successful people are making money because again, it just isn't like even as a client myself that is an active investor in anything, whether it comes to my business or my personal life or my health or my mindset, it's very rare that that's how I will act as a buyer, and it's not because people don't, it's because people are different, like I'm a different type of buyer than the type of buyer you are. So, my point is if we're looking at this client, Laura, and her buying behavior, but then we are doing unhinged things to try and assess if our own content is or isn't working, what are we even looking at? Because the likes, views, and saves and comments on your content mean so little, literally so little. If I have even even if I have 20 saves on an Instagram post, which to be honest is rare, right? For my staff, but say I had that on my Instagram post, it doesn't mean shit, it could be five other people uh copy saving it to copy it. That's it, it could be an accident, it could yeah, if people like it again, okay, great, they like it. It doesn't mean they're buying anything from it. If people are watching it loads of times, or you know, it really blew up on an engagement. Maybe they just liked the piece of content. Again, it's not your green flag to air quotes double down on it and make shit tons more if we're looking at conversion, like it's such a dangerous game, and I've seen it taught everywhere, and I'm like, it doesn't make any sense because there is a difference, like I say, between people looking through your shop window and coming in and purchasing as a client, and I don't know when people got so fucking confused about the difference between those two things. So, where do we go from here? How's has this point fully landed? Okay, I really hope it has. We need to look at the different pieces of content that we make, every different piece of content has a purpose. Some people already know that before they work with me, some people don't, some people already know that, and they're like, Yeah, tick, tick, tick, I've already got this. I just want to sharpen my positioning behind it. But if that is new information for you, this was one of the most helpful things I ever learned about making content, and it's that you have different content categories, and they do different things. So, one content category, for example, will um create some kind of awareness for your client. There's a specific method behind this of the problem that they have. One specific piece of content will really be focused on the solution, one will be focused on the solution they're trying versus the solution you have, and so on and so forth. So I work with about five content categories, right? Also, one of those for me is personal brand, which I do recommend. So, one of those is you basically, and it's quite likely that that content is going to get higher likes or views or maybe comments because it's more likable, right? Like, that's the purpose of that piece of content is for people to form a connection with you, right? To decide that they like you, or to be like, Oh wow, I didn't know that about your story, or that really touched me, or like whatever, right? It's to form that personal relationship. Same thing if you had a shop, it's the difference between you having a robot in the shop or a human that someone's like, Oh, I really liked her, right? Like a real, like, yeah, it's gonna make a difference to their buying, it's not gonna be the determiner because they're going to also need to see the products, understand the products, trust the products, understand why the product is better than the product that they're using right now, but it is going to be a determiner. But again, as the CEO of my business, it's going to be really important that I know the differences between these pieces of content. It's going to be really important that I'm the version of myself that can keep my fucking head and not just be like, oh my god, well, everyone really likes that piece of content, so I'm just gonna make loads of them. Okay. No, like it's okay that people just really liked that, but we're not going to make that our whole personality and our whole content strategy because that would be super detrimental for our conversion. So this leads me to the point of the conversation that I feel is the most important. Ready? And this is something I've talked about several times, I think, in episodes as of late, and it's something that I have seen in a huge variety of clients, which is why I think it's massively relevant. Because I've seen this in clients who are earning over 200 grand a year before they work with me, I've seen this in clients in middle ground, I've seen this in clients wanting to get to six figures, and I've seen this in clients who are not making much money at all in their business when they meet me. And this is highlighting the conversation of how uh dangerous prioritizing engagement is for your business, and I get it. When something goes viral, I have gone viral on my other profile several times. When something goes viral, it's exciting. You get a bit of a buzz, you feel fucking good about yourself, you get some dopamine, it's quite fun, and that's it. Okay, you feel a bit like the big I am for a minute, happy fucking days, okay. But that is not you running a business with the level of self-leadership and the quality of business brain that is required for where you know you're capable of going. Like, that is irrelevant, that is not even part of this conversation. That is like going, well, I also absolutely love my new kitchen. I love my new kitchen, I get a buzz from it, I feel good when I'm in it, I love it. Okay, that has no relevancy to my business whatsoever. But if you're not careful and mindful and aware of the self behind your business, sometimes you won't even realize that this is swaying you, distracting you, and pulling you away from leading yourself and taking your business actions in a way that are actually aligned with what you want, with you making more money, with your business reaching more people, that you can actually help inside of your programs or your one-to-one work. Sometimes what I'm saying is we don't even realize we're doing this. Sometimes what I'm saying is, high earners that I meet that get great engagement haven't even realized that this is one of the core reasons why the money they make has plateaued for over a year. They don't realize that, and they could defend it in so many different ways. They could be like, nope, I hired someone for PR, I hired someone for social media management, I did a new brand shoot, I am totally focused on making revenue from my content, but it's not that complicated. When we sit down, when we look at it, it's extremely clear that this is what's happening because they're like, Yeah, fuck, inside, I do, I get a real kick from from how well it performs, and I fear and feel resistance, the idea of doing anything except aiming towards that. So when we have a client whose content gets great engagement, okay, but revenue is plateauing massively, as in staying the same. When I look at the content, I'm like, well, I can see why this content isn't convert converting higher. Like, and if anything, it's getting worse and worse from a conversion point, as in when I'm looking at the quality of what's being put out, they're just wanging like workout videos out, or what I would call like me content, okay, or like funny, relatable stuff, or yeah, just nicey nicy things, and I'm not being this huge dick that's like you can't do that in your business, you should just become some absolute fucking bore. Of course not, but I'm just here to ground everyone and have a normal adult responsible conversation in saying, What are we actually doing here? Are we aiming to be a viral influencer or are we running a business? Because they are two different things, and that to me sounds like the latter, it really does. And so, what happens underneath in us, especially from what I've seen with clients that have quite a decent following, so maybe over 20k, maybe up to 60k, maybe even over 100k. That's something I've only seen one time, but you know, past that point as well, on in terms of followers, and the engagement's decent, and people love them, blah blah blah, is they almost get put in a little bit of a prison mentally, which then of course hugely dip dictates and changes the actions. That they're taking where not only are they hooked on this engagement, they also feel like a bit of a pressure to keep it up because there's that little part of them that's like, Well, what if my stuff starts getting like three likes and I look like a bit of a dick? And the worst part I would say is they become really watered down and like misses palatable. And so what they've done is their version of following what works in air quotes. Okay, again, what the fuck is works? What is works? Like, I don't remember likes and views and follows being revenue, so in my opinion, I'm like, I don't even understand how that is works, okay. But they're so hooked on what works, which ultimately is appeasing the mass, is being likey, likey, nicey, nicey, likable, relatable, etc. And I'm not saying don't be relatable in your business. I am the most authentic version of myself. I'm saying you're confusing or you're using the word, and we've got a whole podcast on this. You can go find the relatable one, it will hit a lot. You're using the word relatable as a complete bullshit blanket for basically a watered-down version of yourself where you show your flaws or whatever, and then you feel like you're following like you more for it. Again, I'm just so fucking confused what this has to do with your business. Like, I am just confused, it just doesn't make any sense. And so then the business owner behind the business, and I know this because they fucking hire me and they say the same thing to me every time, is like I feel uh trapped in this because I do have a personality and I do have a strong take on things, and I have outgrown the client that I'm working with, and I know that I'm doing it, that's the worst thing, and obviously, no, they don't want to be a dick, which is not what anyone is insinuating, but they just want to be able to be themselves and speak their truth and uh do you know what I mean? Like have their business feel like them, and that doesn't feel like them, and they can keep telling themselves the story that uh being uh not like that might be less authentically them, which is uh insanity, because that is the opposite, like speaking your truth is the most authentic you, and that will always come across in a polite, respectful way if you want it to, okay, it's got nothing to do with it, but they are trapped in this habitual way of showing up. And I wanted to highlight that so much, despite the fact that I do feel I have done several episodes hitting this chord lately, because the more I see it, the more I'm like, this is where people are imprisoned and going wrong. And so much of this is on the inside, whether you like it or not. Because I could give you them the pieces of um strategy and education that my clients use for their content where we really nail who the client is you want to talk to and align you making content in a way that creates the awareness they need and shows how you solve the problem. Yes, like incorporate some of you and the personal brand and that that fun unit, obviously. Yes. I could give you the education, I could give you the plan, but the fact of the matter is every single strategic action we take in life, including in our business, has two sides. Number one, what you do, and number two, who you are doing it. And so you have to get to a point where you realize and accept this, is that it is an inside game as much as it is an outside game. And the outside game bits are not rocket science, like they're really, really not. Like, yes, they're important and you need them, but you could follow that same plan that I have clients making a crap ton more money off, but you're it's not gonna change the fact that you're coming from a version of you who might have had a lot of awareness from this podcast episode, but ultimately still in seven days will make a piece of content and go, Oh my god, am I too much, or overthink it, or post it, and I could look at it and be like, You've still not done it, like you've still not, you've still watered yourself down, you've still not spoken your truth. Because these things are things that you need a method to get rid of too, and so it's very rare that someone will hire me and go, Hi Liz, I'm hiring you because I want the method to become the version of me who can post a killer piece of content that actually moves my business forward and have the bollocks to totally speak my truth, not water myself down, and then not overthink it for the whole afternoon, just be at peace with it, be the version of myself that can just do that. The end doesn't think was I too much, should I archive that? Have I offended people? I don't want to fuck my following off. It's very rare someone will hire me and say that, but that at the end of the day is the result that you do want. You want to be able to move your business forwards, you want to know that the content that you're making is actually fucking worthwhile. That's why it's so easy to fall for these stupid challenges with content or yap challenges or content audits or whatever. Because, yes, a part of you is seeking knowing if I'm gonna go to the effort of making content, which is a fucking ballade, let's be honest. I at least want to know that what I'm making is moving my business forwards, but you're confusing forwards and confusing working for like engagement and likes and dopamine hits, okay? But you want to execute that in a way where you have an entire month of just not questioning yourself full stop, of being able to be that full out version of you, not offensive, not sounding like me, not sounding like someone else, but just you, just full out you, and you being okay with that. You being okay with that, not your following being okay with that, you want you to be okay with that, you be at peace with it, you be able to be like, I can just be myself and put and speak my fucking truth, and say this wrong thing to my client that I mean and that I really care about, and then not have that mental noise. So I would love to challenge you to gather some like perspective shift that you feel you've had from this conversation. I'm gonna give you a little bit of space to do that here. I would love you to first of all consider what is one thing that you're taking from this. If you need to pause me, you can, but I really want you to answer this for yourself. What is one thing that you're taking for this for yourself? I would absolutely love you to consider the whole concept of running your hard work through a lens that doesn't actually align with your priority. So if you're going to the effort of making content, which you are right now, I really want you to consider the concept of running all of that hard work through a lens as it doesn't actually make sense of your priority. Where do you sit on that? What have you seen for yourself on that? And the last thing that I actually really want you to consider to future-proof you is I want you to just think about the feeling in your body that you get, right? Like the feeling in your stomach that you get when you see something, if you have, this might not apply to everyone, but you see something shiny object syndrome-y and exciting when it comes to content. Like, I out of curiosity, for example, I did join a very well-known coach challenge a few months back, okay. Now I join things like that from a very different lens, okay. I'm curious about who's in there, I'm curious about the way that they're teaching things. It has a it's a bit like market research for me, okay. And I'm interested as well to see, of course, if there's like any gaps that I've got. But I saw so many flaws in that challenge when it came to her facilitating the people that she was helping having any kind of success in actually converting people. I saw so many flaws, and I was like, am I I seem to be the only person in the room that is actually seeing this, is the whole thing was focused on more views, more following, more eyes, more polarity, um, more spiciness. Now, yes, there were some brilliant um takes from that, you know, encouraging people to speak their truth a little bit, okay. But other than that, it was so focused on being spicier and just talking more and getting people to watch your reels more. Whereas I was like, half the stuff you're encouraging people to talk to is abysmal positioning when it comes to these people actually drawing in the right client, like the topics weren't even the kind of topics that you could or should be encouraging people to talk about when it comes to them optimizing conversion in your business, and I just saw hundreds of people literally obsessing over and totally oblivious to and distracted by and fucking buzzing off this whole concept. When I was like, not one of you has even considered that none of this conversation and barely any of these skills are setting you up for conversion in your business, which again, I'm like, if so, what is the point? Like, you guys all have so much on, like, you don't have time to focus on being the next fucking viral sensation. You you need to prioritize bringing wonderful new clients into your business. That's it. If you happen to have so much more time on your hands as well, to also work on becoming a viral sensation, then be my guest. But at least if you're going to do that, make sure that you're editing that with the right strands that's going to be bringing the right eyeballs onto your content. Which I saw so many errors as someone whose fucking expertise is in positioning to the right person on that. I saw her encouraging people to have like rants about things that you don't like. That is a terrible idea if you don't know how to do that in a way to actually draw people that aren't doing the things that you don't want them to do in. Like it was just a terrible idea. So, my point here is what is the feeling that you get in your body when you see shiny object syndrome, freebies, content audit type things, yap challenges, messaging courses, um anything that is supporting you with engagement. I want you to think about something that you've seen, even a promise of someone from like a PR thing, or something like that, when you see it advertised or you are nearly sold into something, or maybe you have bought something before you felt that. What is the feeling in your body? Just think about the feeling that you got, think about it. Maybe even when you saw the title of this podcast, okay, about how to edit your content. Think about the feeling you got in your body. And I want you to challenge yourself to create so much more awareness about how and where you are prioritizing leading your decisions and actions from that feeling instead of using your business brain. That feeling is like a bit exciting, a bit dopaminey, a bit buzzy, and I fucking love that behind business as well, too. Okay, like I'm here for the buzz, I'm here for it to be fun, I really am. Okay, but do you know the best thing I ever broke up with was the codependency on me needing that feeling from my business? Because without realizing, you'll be making so many big and micro decisions from that feeling in your body, shiny object syndrome, that like, oh yeah, that's exciting, that's a bit, yeah, surface-level, quick winny, wizzy wizzy, fun fun, buzzy buzzy, that feeling. You will be making so many decisions, both in your investments, both in the things that you're downloading, in the strategies that you're trying, but also even behind the things that you are doing and creating in your own business. Like, oh, that reel got really good engagement, so I want to make another one because I want that same feeling again. And when we're looking at your revenue, which is the thing that is, trust me, the most fucking exciting, okay, is when you're looking in your fucking bank account and you're like, Oh, hey sister, now I get that feeling. When you're looking in the container in your programs, and you're like, damn, these fucking women give me that feeling. When you're looking in the right areas aligned with your priority that you defined at the beginning of this episode, it is crucial to start to unwind some of this self-leadership here because that is like 1.0 behavior that is not aligned with the version of you, that is a match for the revenue and the business and the experience that you want. Because yes, you get to earn way more money than you are right now, undeniably, because if you've got as far as you have now, and we're gonna make these little things that are happening behind your business better, then you're obviously going to make more money. But we want you to have that wonderful feeling, but we don't want you getting it from the wrong places, from the places that stop that happening in the first place, that actually act as an invisible block as a dam. We don't want that. So that's what I want you to leave with. And I'm gonna stop talking now. I hope you got so much from this. You know where I am if you want to work together. I have a few different programs, so I'm gonna run through those super quick because I know when I talk about content, it's usually a moment where people are curious about what this looks like together. So you can go if you've got enough from this. If you're interested about working with me, you can stay off the rest of this, by the way. So I have two different places that you can work with me, and occasionally, depending on the month and my capacity, I will offer like a one-off, one-to-one audit. In a one-off, one-to-one audit, the thing that we tend to do is look at your positioning. I find so obviously there's only so much you can do in one session. So we focus on one thing that's really going to move you forwards, which usually is like unfuck my head, I just need a bit of a clear focus, clear direction. I will do a mini audit of my zone of genius on your business. Obviously, you are the expert in your business, no one is ever saying that you're not, but it's really looking at like okay, what is really working here? What can I see potentially behind um your niche or lack of niche or where things are too like aiming towards too many people, and really looking at how do we streamline this and how do we make you the most with what you've already got. So that will potentially be at looking at your offers, so making sure you've got or at least are on your way to being able to have like one clean offer that you're pouring into, and depending where you are, sometimes you are only ready to do one-to-one. That's fine, doesn't mean that you have to be ready to scale. Some people they are ready to scale, so we just really look at one clear area after I do a quick mini audit of what we can really do in that time to give you some massive breakthroughs on really pulling out who that niche is that you're talking to, how to do that, what the message of your business really is. Because I find that tends to be something that people are totally unclear of, and I can immediately see that when I look in someone's bio, even when they've had loads of business coaching, it's just off, and sometimes that's just really fucking hard to do on your own. Like sometimes you just need an expert that can look at someone's business and be like, boom, that that is what your client wants you to say. We can look at things like your pinned posts and like a weekly kind of loose strategy of okay, now I know what to create on a Monday, what to create on a Wednesday, what to create on a Friday behind your content. So you can do a one-to-one, one-off audit. Um, you can just slide into my DMs and just say, I'm interested in an audit, are you running them right now? Um, that's the least common way people work with me, but you are welcome to ask, uh, don't ask, don't get. The next one is rebirth. So this is for people who are under the 5k a month mark. I'm talking in pounds, I have a lot of US listeners and US clients. So roughly there is anyone that is not quite at the 5k a month point yet, or occasionally people go into rebirth that might be hovering around for, but are just not ready to set fire to what they're doing, and they want to go into something that is a much, much lower investment. Do the work that I teach behind you and also your positioning, message, content, and sales. They want that, but they're not ready to be like, yeah, I'm gonna just fucking go for it and go high ticket and whatever. So sometimes it's just like a really nice, safe, no-brainer option um that you can go into, you can inquire about rebirth, you do get access to me. All of my programs are hybrid where you do also get um levels of access to me, but rebirth is like a no-brainer price basically. But in rebirth, those are the pieces that people do ultimately. When people people go into rebirth, they're at a point where they've got the Instagram page, they're obviously posting content, they're probably about a year in. They have clients, but they've got to that humbling point where they were like, I can do this on my own, and then they're like, Oh, that's so interesting because I have done this and I have made money, but I haven't got a fucking clue how to make more. Tends to be that they've had like a big month three months ago, four months ago, thought everything's gonna be okay from there, and then it's not been, it's dropped down, and they're like, I actually don't know what to do. So basically, in rebirth, I tell you what the fuck to do in a way that feels like you. So, what I say here is if you're running a business at the moment and you could not look me in the whites of your eyes and be like, I know exactly what to post online Monday to Sunday, that ensures a client converts, like a client sees that content and is like, Oh yeah, perfect, I need you, I want what you've got. If you cannot look me in the whites of the eyes and say, I know exactly what to say, what questions to ask, what to do in a conversation when someone comes into my DMs and inquires, and maybe you run a business at the moment where that isn't how you get your business, but you're saying that you want to. But actually, if someone was to come into your DMs, or you jumped on a uh phone call with them, like a Zoom call, you wouldn't be a hundred percent sure what to say to them, or you have any pieces inside you which you will, because this is one of the biggest things that actually makes the difference in rebirth, where you don't feel like a proper business owner, you just feel self-employed, or you're still working another job, like a corporate job, and you cringe when people ask you what you do in your business, and you're in this like cringy small business energy, and there's that little bit of self-doubt going on, a little bit of can I do this? Am I capable? Second guessing yourself, and you don't know how to change that tomorrow, then rebirth is for you because the sooner we do that, the better. It's very focused on financial return on investment because ultimately this is with clients who are not making the money that they want to, and then my signature space is CEO, so that's the core space that my business is centered around. This is for clients who are in and around six figures or above, and the pieces that we do inside CEO are much more centered around the business owner behind the business. So we're playing a different game at this point. Are we focused on revenue? Yes. So strategically, we do tend to look at things like if we need to. Um, make a scalable program that's like my bread and butter. We do that all the fucking time. We want to make sure we're actually doing that in a way that is going to sell, in a way that is simple for you, in a way that isn't going to burn you out, in a way that makes sure if you do have a scalable evergreen type offer, that it is something that can scale, I would say, all the way to a million without you burning out. It's not that you're going to necessarily aim for a million straight away, but it's that you want to know that if that's what it was bringing in, you're a hundred percent confident that you would not be working a hundred-hour weeks, basically, because that's a really good idea when you're scaling. So people tend to hire me at the point where they want to do something in their business, like create an offer, like go into upgrade season, and they want to fucking do it properly. But the piece that we work on the most inside CEO, because ultimately you, as the client at this point, know what to fucking do. Like, you know how to make content, you know how to sell to clients, you have proved this, you know how to serve people, you know how to make a difference, you know probably how to write emails that people like, etc. Do those pieces need polishing? Yes. Is your positioning and niching all over the fucking shop still behind the scenes? Yes, that's absolutely fine. We can change that, but you're a big girl, you know what to do, you're the expert behind your business. So the pieces and CEO that we focus on most of the time the most, are you behind all of those actions? And that is what sets fire to your business being in a completely different place in six months after we work together. So, what that would look like, for example, is very common things I hear before people hire me in CEO where you do get one-to-one, is things like I'm waking up in the middle of the night thinking about work. I literally cannot switch off, like I'm knackered, I am my brain is all over the place, I can't switch off. I feel completely maxed out on my time and have no idea what to do, and don't want to keep making stupid decisions, I don't want to keep making four million fucking mini offers or stupid fucking investments in my business or whatever, and they're just a bit dysregulated behind the business, and they've built something and they love it, but they want to go to the next level, so they want to make more money ultimately, but they want to feel really good behind that, and there is a lot of self-doubt going on sometimes, there is a lot of stressing about money, there is a lot of no matter what I produce, it still doesn't feel enough. Sometimes they feel good when they're winning, they feel good. If they're having a big month, they feel good, and then when things happen in the business that are annoying, like a sale falling through, a client not re-signing, someone being a dick, getting trolled, like when something happens, it just throws them, it really does behind the business. And these are the kind of kind of women that are consistent either way, right? I get all of this. This has been my personal journey, this is why I teach this stuff. I could not relate harder. So it's not that they're not showing up consistently, but the consistency in their self, in their self-belief, in their conviction, is not where it needs to be and not where they want it to be. And so we go through my proven method for the inner work, which completely takes you off that emotional roller coaster. Like, life and business is always gonna be a roller coaster, we get this, but we take you off it fast. And the last thing that I'll say on this, you may have heard me say this, but you may be new to here, so I'm gonna mention it again. Is a majority of the clients inside Rebirth, like maybe 90%, are women who do teach elements of identity, often are older than me, often have way more experience in business than me, often are in some kind of coaching role. Maybe it's parent coaching, maybe it's NLP trained. Behind I've got someone who's a career coach, NLP trained. Um, I have someone who is an identity and NLP expert who's just worked with me and had the most insane result. I have to get her on the podcast if she will come on. So I just want to highlight how every single one of these women has said to me that this takes a minute of pushing your ego aside to be like, I do need to be facilitated here, and this is gonna make a difference. And the biggest thing that I want to say in this is it's okay to be someone who is an identity expert in the area that you teach and the facilitation for your clients, and still ultimately thrive from being facilitated in that way in yourself, and the biggest difference in what I do in my business versus what I find those women do in their business, which makes sense to them, is I show you how to do that in relation to you as a CEO. So you might be someone that understands behavior change or identity patterns when it comes to health or hormones, right? Or eating changes, etc., or exercise. But ultimately, if you had that down pat behind yourself in a in a business sense, you wouldn't be experiencing the symptoms that I just said, like you wouldn't feel high in a sale and shit in a month where you've not made any sales, you just wouldn't. So sometimes you just have to have that call out to be like, it's okay, it doesn't mean something about you. But those are the pieces that make the most significant difference to my client's revenue, experience behind your business, but more importantly, alignment behind what you're doing. Because every single one of those comes to me with the same problem where they don't feel like their business is a hundred percent them. They've borrowed lots of other people's strategies, they've borrowed lots of content, you know, strategies over the years. Those things have been important, yes, but all of it has lost that 100% feeling like them, that 100% alignment. And so they want to reach their next level, but they want to do that in a way where the Evergreen program that they do make and everything that we do that makes it so streamlined, where there's not like 50 million fucking offers and tons of low-ticket shit everywhere, and just blah, they want to do that in a way where what we create is like chef's kiss, it's to a client that they really want to work with, the client that they've grown up and evolved ready to serve, right? It's a more mature client, it's a more premium client. They want to do that in a way where their content really feels like them, like it's hitting the mark as it needs to to create more revenue, and it just feels like them speaking their truth. They want to do that in a way where their Monday to Friday time structure works for the life that they have around their kids, around their family, around their unique way of functioning. Maybe they're a type A, maybe they want something that they're like, I just want to know exactly what I'm fucking posting every single week. Maybe you're like me, maybe you're a complete ADHD type B, and you're like, I just don't want to work in a way where I feel like I'm in a box, but either way, I need it to work. So that is CEO. You can inquire with me on Instagram DM and just message me and just say, curious about CEO. Um, like I say, that is private access to me. Again, it is super revenue appropriate. The ROI on CEO is actually makes me fucking sick in my mouth. It is so good. So all of my programs are beautifully priced and here to see you win. And I fucking love you, and I hope you have a great day.
