A decade later, as I continue to grow, I deeply believe in the power of the Holy Mother, the source of creation, and the LOVE of the universe. She is inspiration, healing, creation, inclusion, sharing, and liberation. I am willing to be her instrument, conducting interviews with individuals, I look forward to hearing more personal stories of transformation, growth, and wisdom.
Emily Shen is a radio host, Storyteller, documentary screenwriter, and editor. She enjoys mythology, art, aesthetics, and fieldwork. Since 2016, she has participated in various anthropological films, focusing primarily on tribal women's communities.

Lin Han, curator and founder of DaoHe Plant Dye Studio in Beijing, is currently engaged in the restoration of ancient plant dyeing techniques, as well as research and innovation in dyeing and resist-dyeing patterns. She teaches at Tsinghua University’s Dyeing and Clothing Department, Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, and various national art and intangible cultural heritage projects.
She has led the red dye restoration project for the Palace Museum and serves as an intangible cultural heritage consultant for JNBY, Her long-term fieldwork spans regions such as Daliang Mountain, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Hainan.
In this episode, join Ms. Lin as she shares her experiences in the field, her passion for plant dyeing, and the journey from enthusiasm to inner independence. How can we find our own rhythm and pursue what we love in an era of rapid change? Stay tuned!
