The past 6 Months has forced our world to embrace technology. Not that we haven't been doing that already, but I'm talking about everyone, every generation, from young to old, everyone is leveraging it more and more each day.
Social distancing and fear have caused many to still remain locked down in their homes, retail was hit by amazon, and then covid came in with a steam roller and just kept backing up over it.
Taxis, and Travel Agents, and the list goes on.
Real Estate is no different.
On one hand I will continue to tell you that you need to remain relevant. People need people when it comes to the home buying and selling process. On the other hand, I will also say that there are efficiencies in how to do things.
