Active in real estate for 17 years, he is a Broker with Royal LePage Team Realty, Brokerage in Ottawa. He is a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) where he served as a Director for six years before becoming President in 2015. He has also served as a member and Chair of several OREB committees and task forces, including the Finance and Audit, Governance, MLS® and Technology committees.

She is a member of the London St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR) where she served as a Director for eight years before becoming President in 2016.
