Kathey Williams
Kathey Williams is an adoptee who was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After years of searching for her biological family, in 2015, she was able to use her strong genealogy skills, combined with her own DNA, to finally identify her birth family.
Bitten by the genetic genealogy bug, and a passion to continually pay it forward, she volunteers as a Genetic Genealogy Search Angel having solved well over 500 cases. She also serves as a Sr. Admin for the Facebook group, Search Squad, and works tirelessly to unite families separated by adoption, surprise DNA results, and circumstances outside of their control.
Kathey lives in Chouteau, OK with her husband, and dotes proudly over her six grandchildren. In addition to continually working on new cases, she finds time to write and advise others on walking through the reunion process with new family.
