This week on The Educate & Empower Podcast, Bec is joined by Kate, an inspiring mum, wife and all the other things! Kate and Bec started their journeys as patient and practitioner but have over the course of the years developed a beautiful bond and friendship. Kate underwent weight loss surgery some years back but what she has found remarkably surprising is that what she received following her surgery was so much more rewarding than watching the scales go down!
