Sandra Hughes
Volunteers with the Alzheimers Society as a Dementia Friends Ambassador. I deliver Dementia Friends Information Sessions to members of the public to groups/businesses or families who are interested in learning more about living with the symptoms of dementia/memory loss, and how they can be supported in the community.
I also volunteer at Dementia Cafés which provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals, families and carers who are affected by the disease.
If anyone near the NR7 area would like a free face-to-face session then I am very happy to come along, or alternatively you can visit the Dementia Friends website and watch a short video.
