In this month's intro episode of Redefined, we introduce a question that has been discussed and debated for years: Can a woman serve in the role of pastor?
With the recent vote at the Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting, this topic has once again become the center of many conversations. But rather than allowing culture, opinions, or denominational debates to shape our thinking, our goal is simple: What does God's Word say?
In this episode, we introduce the conversation and explain why it's important to approach this topic with humility, grace, and a commitment to Scripture. We want to understand God's design for the church, leadership, and the unique roles He has given to both men and women—not through personal preference, but through the authority of His Word.
As always, we want you to be part of the conversation. Please take a few minutes to complete our podcast feedback form and share your questions, testimonies, or passages of Scripture you would like us to consider as we prepare for the full episode.

Join us this month as we seek to answer this question by opening the Bible and allowing God—not culture—to define the conversation.
