This week's cocktail or mocktail-- TWO OCCASIONS:
2 oz Song Cai spiced roselle gin (for mocktail, use hibiscus tea, cooled to room temp)
½ oz St-Germaine or other elderflower liqueur (for mocktail, use simple syrup)
4 drops of lavender extract (or to taste)
1 oz fresh lime juice
Shake all ingredients over ice then strain into a seductive glass and garnish with dried rose petals.
