This week's cocktail or mocktail-- LUMBERING INTO THE WOODS:
1 oz dry gin (for mocktail, use 1½ oz tonic water)
1 oz Montenegro (for mocktail, use ½ oz maple syrup or fig syrup)
1 oz Lillet (for mocktail, use fresh lemon juice)
Shake all ingredients over ice, then strain into a stemmed glass, garnish with a twist of orange peel and/or some fresh herbs.
