Ken Phelps, IOM is Vice President of Resource Development for the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce. In that role, he engages the local business community in several key areas including strategic partnerships related to education and workforce development, leadership development, talent development and retention, and entrepreneurship. 

Ken graduated from Leadership Daytona in 2017. He leverages the benefit of that experience in volunteer roles for several organizations including CareerSource Flagler Volusia, Daytona State College, and Junior Achievement of Central Florida.

He lives in Ormond Beach with his wife, Mindi, and their son, Clay, a student at the University of Central Florida. In addition to spending time with family, Ken enjoys going to the beach, paddleboarding, and more. A University of Florida alum, he is an avid fan of Florida Gators sports and will watch most anything if the athletes are wearing Orange & Blue and keeping score.
