It is our hope that listeners who are interested in a solution to their personal battle with addiction will be inspired to seek the help they so desperately need in the form they deem appropriate. Rich and I are just fellow addicts sharing thoughts and experiences with guests that are likely more qualified than ourselves.

This was a really fun and informative show for us. James has done and learned a lot over his thirty years clean. In this episode we learned about connecting Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Hypnotherapy and Meditation. Combining meditation with sound, binaural beats, and isochronic tones. Then capped it off with James speaking passionately to his work in bringing the fun of karaoke to folks that are not able to get out and experience that form of togetherness on their own.
