EP 34 - Roger’s Rise: Third and Wise, Mentoring Lives
Roger Caesar shares his inspiring journey in Toastmasters, joining in 2011 to gain confidence in business meetings. He co-founded Raising Champions Advanced Toastmasters and quickly developed a passion for public speaking.
Competing in multiple contests, he reached the World Championship of Public Speaking four times, placing third in 2021. His journey was marked by challenges, including an emotional first Semi-Final speech about his grandmother, who passed away just before the competition.
Learning from setbacks, he now coaches others, helping them overcome fear and develop their speaking skills. His company, Caesar Empire Speaking & Coaching, works with executives and aspiring speakers. Roger emphasizes the importance of resilience, storytelling, and continuous learning.
He co-hosts the Great Convos Podcast, sharing insights on communication and leadership. His advice for new Toastmasters: take the first step, build strong mentorship, and challenge yourself to grow. His passion lies in transforming fear into confidence.
