She uses the example of Kerstin Ngatuakana who was from New Zealand, but has ancestors from Sweden. Her family tree on her Swedish side, stopped in the early 1800's and she was stuck. Colette walks through step by step how she helped Kerstin find more family members and how she was able to push past that part of Kerstin's tree. When you understand the methodology, getting past the frustrating dead ends becomes a little easier.
