Ever wondered how to train with no time? How to stay motivated or how to age in reverse? On this episode we hear one of the most usual stories in track cycling, that of Pete Mitchell. Pete was a long standing member of the GBCT and after huge successes on the tandem retired from the sport. in 2023 he stunned riders and audiences at the British champs were he took gold in the sprint after only recently retuning casually to the sport. Pete also runs the largest track cycling coaching company in the world, Black Line. This pod has it all, and we hope you enjoy!
