Episode S2:3 - Ken Ramey, Family Policy Institute of Washington
Welcome to Salt & Light, a place to help you live out your faith right where you are planted. We want to empower you to walk in your identity in Christ, to live a life that transforms culture and to provide you with a biblical lens to process the world around you.
Today's episode "FPIW Q&A" was recorded live as part of the "Biblical Citizenship in Modern America" series hosted by Fathers House Church. Each night of the series, we are talking with an elected official or person involved in the public square about the different levels of government and how we as believers can be a part of the process. Today's guest is Ken Ramey, Director of Pastoral & Church Relations with Family Policy Institute of Washington. FPIW works to engage churches to be informed and equipped to be engaged in the public square as well as working with the elected officials in Olympia, WA, to fight for and protect biblical values. As Brian P. Noble, Director of FPIW states:
“We are tired of losing. In our lifetime, we’ve seen the destruction of our cities, our schools, and our families. We want our beloved state back. The living water of grace calls us to forgive and unite, and to bring God back into the public square. It’s time for the triumph of victory in Washington State.”
