I’m Melinda, RN, RAC certified professional, LNHA and the owner of Renshaw Reimbursement & Consulting. With 27 years of experience-I’ve served as a charge nurse, DON, and MDS coordinator. While working as a multi-facility troubleshooter for MDS processes, I mastered the complexities of MDS, case mix, and PDPM. I recognize a critical need for expert guidance-especially for privately owned and county-owned LTC facilities-where errors in these processes can have serious consequences. Renshaw Reimbursement & Consulting is in its 4th year and specializes in improving facilities CMI for Missouri Medicaid reimbursement and optimizing PDPM through the MDS process. We are LTC revenue integrity specialists. I started this podcast in January of 2024 as an adjunct to supporting other MDS workers.
